The building aesthetic is reason enough alone to stay here. From the exterior through to the entry and lift to the rooms balcony facing the port it was excellent vintage. The rooms were simple, but the bathroom was very good. They come with a little fridge. The balcony was a highlight and somewhere I thoroughly enjoyed watching the sunset with a g&t in hand.

The plugs by the beds did not work as their holes were filled in which meant that only a single plug in the centre of the room was functional and it got very hot. For charging three phones this proved a little challenging.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. It is excellent value for money, and we chose it because it was reasonably priced and had a fabulous location and view. It is very old world and a little bit dated, but that is part of its charm. There is no breakfast room or lounge, but there was no need for either, as just a few steps outside the door and up a side street, you have the entirety of Corfu to explore. Also, it has a wonderful lift that whisks you up to your floor from the entrance, or for the agile and luggage-free free a beautiful, elegant period marble staircase to ascend. For us, it was the perfect base for exploring this amazing town, and being upgraded to a room with a balcony and view was the cherry on the cake.

we had no complaints

I had a very pleasant stay at the Konstantinoupolis Hotel in Corfu. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the town and enjoy everything the area has to offer. The bathroom was very good—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. What stood out the most, however, was the lady at the reception. She was extremely friendly and welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we asked. Her kindness and professionalism made a real difference in our stay. Overall, everything was fine and I would happily stay here again.

We booked a triple bad see view room for one night stay. The location was amazing, right near plenty of restaurants and close to many attractions. It was easy to navigate and well-connected to the airport. The hotel is old but retains its charm. The room was a bit small but clean with renovated toilet, airconditioner and extra pillows. It was extremely beneficial that we could leave our luggage at the hotel after check-out to explore the city before our next transfer.

The internet signal on the 4th floor was unstable

I had a room on the 3rd floor with the most fantastic view. The road outside was busy but full of everyday Corfu life and with windows and shutters closed it was very quiet. My room was spotless with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. The hotel is very old with a quirky lift but full of character. It's in such a central position with restaurants and shops all around. The open top tour bus stops opposite and also the taxi rank. I loved it!

Nothing!

Great location, just a entrance to restaurants and shops . Perfect room for 1 person. Great view. Reception was helpful. Taxi stand was in front of the hotel. I would stay her if i return to Corfu Rooms are old but well kept and bathroom has been updated.

It would have been nice if there was a small Nespresso machine in the room. They stopped offering breakfast several years ago There is a restaurant just outside the hotel, but would be nice to have coffee

Great location. Staff nice and very helpful. Quiet once the windows were closed, especially with harbour view (road side with lots of traffic). Spacious room. Nice old building, that appeared fairly well maintained. I expected no elevator, but they had one.

No breakfast, yet a nice dining room. But nice restaurant downstairs, just outside the building. Secondly, I was sick on the last day and unfortunately, they cut the water during the night. I could not flush the toilet until the morning. Finally, the shower did not have a curtain (water spills), which is something I thought would have been easy to install given the design. But on a positive note, nicely renovated bathroom.

The location was perfect. In the old town, close to San Rocco bus terminus and at the port. The staff were extremely helpful and provided us with a kettle and cups for tea making. Cleaning was done daily and thoroughly. Even though the hotel is located on a busy road, once the windows were closed, there was no noise, and the air conditioner worked quietly and efficiently.

Traditional hotel with plenty of character, including a terrific ancient lift. You could be in an Eric Ambler novel. No breakfast, but go to Cafe Agora downstairs. Good tavernas in the alley behind the hotel and a short walk into the old town or to the new port. Perfect for our overnight stay before heading on to Paxos. Just hope it stays as it is and the corporate beasts don't get hold of it. Recommended.

No complaints.

Its an older hotel, but with loads of atmosphere. Very welcoming staff. Room is spacious. Very modern bathroom. Pick a room with the port/sea view. Hotel is very convenient for ferries from New port. Taxi stand in front of the hotel. Hotel is right on the edge of the old town and very handy for sightseeing etc. Hotel doesn't do breakfast, but plenty of coffee/pastry shops nearby.

A kettle in the room to make a cup of tea would be great.
