Staff very helpful and hotel location is excellent for Garda itself or a 7 minute stroll to Ferry Dock if you want to explore the lake area. Bus Station is even closer, around 4 minute walk. Hotel room and public areas spotless. Continental Breakfast fresh and plentiful with hot option of bacon and scrambled eggs available daily too. Efficient friendly service.

Terrace could do with a little maintenance but perfectly usable.

Although dated, the hotel is very clean, the staff are all very pleasant and helpful and our room and bathroom were very large. The breakfast options were plentiful and good quality. There was a kettle with complimentary tea/coffee in the room and the location was good. There was no shower however, just a bathtub with a flexible hose. Overall we were very happy with the accommodation.

We came here last minute because we found a garage nearby that could fix the windshield of our car after it got demolished in a hailstorm and our tent was ruined. It really saved our vacation as we had arrived in Italy only a few Days before. And it eventually didnt cost us much more. All of the staff are extremely friendly and helpfull, willing to go the extra mile to help us out. Especially the older man in the evening/night and the curly hair woman in the afternoon. It's impossible to get by them without a nice talk. They were very good with our kid too. I usually dread breakfast in any hotel but it was really good, a little more variation would be the only improvement I could think of. The nice older man working in the morning is always busy restocking and cleaning tables The location is great, right at the Lake but just far enough away from the busier area. Close to a walk/Bike area along the Lake. The room we were in was had a nice balcony and was always clean. Cleaning Staff always happy, nice and smiling too. The whole hotel was pretty spotless actually. There was a garage where we could put our bikes wich was nice, (and power to charge them). We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back here.

My wife told me there were some Bells from the church nearby early in the morning but I Never woke up from them tbh. Bathroom was quite old, small Bath tub with a screen to shower. Everything is functional and clean tough, just a bit inconvenient.

Staff were always pleasant and willing to help. Location of property was excellent Breakfast was good. Room was good and was very clean and decent size. Wonderful view of the lake from the terrace. We would book this hotel again.

Needed some TLC. For instance the terrace floor was flaking and needed either artificial turf or repainting. The guest rooms downstairs were a little dated. The breakfast was adequate but needed a little bit of variety as it was the same each day although plenty, . The back rooms were very noisy with the traffic late evening and early morning. It would be worth mentioning in description that rooms at rear can sometimes be noisy. At least people are aware. We were not aware until the last day we could use the swimming pool at a sister hotel. That is something that might be useful to communicate.

Great location and supernice, friendly and welcoming staff. Very good breakfast, also with glutenfree options. One of the best we have experienced! Nice big room. We had a lovely 10 days stay.

Our room had a big bathroom that was ok. We missed a better shower though. Walls around the bathtub maybe, or even bytter, a walk in shower. Some rooms have, but not ours...

The location, best we had, ever.

Well, this is a very good hotel. But we cant understand that such a good hotel has a wifi, 1-1,5 mB. Like in Sweden 30 years ago. We had our own mobil 5G, so. In the reception they thought 1-1,5 mB is good. it is NOT, its nothing, 2023. We also wonder why Booking.com dont rate/meassure the wifi. Free wifi, offcourse, but is it useable?

Positioned on a perfect place, just by the lake, with very pleasant staff, and nice, clean and comfy rooms. The breakfast was with plenty of choices, and very pleasant staff to show you all of them and to make sure you don't miss anything. If you come to Garda, this is the place of choice!

We wanted to pay extra for an option to park our car inside the hotel's parking, but we were not allowed as that is not possible with the option of booking through this website, it is reserved only for the clients who book directly with the hotel. I understand that, but there were plenty of free lots there anyways, and I was not asking for free service, but still they were very strict in that policy.

Hotel Terminus is not the Ritz or Savoy, but the location is superb, the staff are excellent, the place is spotless, this was our third stay and we have enjoyed all three, couldn’t fault it.

The property is in a very good location, very close to the lake, restaurants and shops. Our room was spacious and light with a good view of the lake.

The shower was nice but very small
