The price was reasonable.

I was a little worried about safety but didn't experience any problems. The door looked like it had been broken into, the wood was pulled away from the side and not properly fixed. The bathroom door didn't close properly either. There was a donut in the bushes, left from a previous guest, so I didn't try the continental breakfast. At check in I was not greeted warmly and when I asked for a late checkout so I could complete a conference call it was not granted graciously. They seem to forget the meaning of hospitality. I will not be returning.

Well, I think this is more on Booking.com in that I put my destination at a place called "The Pour House" on Derry St. in Harrisburg. They showed the Scottish Inn to only be 6 miles from that destination so I figured that was a 10 to 15 minute transit from the room to the Pour House. The problem was that the Scottish Inn was actually 12 miles away and it was a fair 30 minute drive to my destination. I don't want to sound knit-picky, but that caused us to be late for the opening of our function at The Pour House.

I loved the jacuzzi AND the fact that I could binge watch my favorite shows while relaxing in the tub! My birthday was amazing this year 🥳

The front desk lady was NOT nice to me at all! Her name is Crystal with a K. I've stayed multiple times at this place and never had an issue with the staff until I met her. She's a very rude person and it seems like she doesn't like her job so maybe she needs a new one somewhere else. Other than the interaction with Crystal with a K, I had the BEST time. I just may not be back on a Sunday so I don't see her again.

Drive to door. Looked like Route 66 vintage motel. Everything worked, enough plugins to charge devices. Close to Battle Fields. Interstate close by. Breakfast was pancakes, yogurt and fruit/juice and some grab and go packaged foods. Coffee bar nice w coffee in room also. Modern microwave, dorm refrigerator and flat tv that got news and syfi movies. Slept quiet. Multiple blankets on bed to keep you toasty if desired. Air conditioning worked. Used laundry!

GPS maps had wrong name where to turn. Sign says Shawnee Court I think.

Close to stores, clean, comfortable, great ac system. The blankets and bed were very comfortable. The PM female front desk staff was lovely and informative. Absolutely amazing price for one night!

Nothing to note here, we had a great experience. The only thing I can think of was there were bug traps around the room, but nothing can be perfect and the effort is what counts :)

The weekly rate. The bed was comfortable but the room could be updated . Very friendly helpful staff.. Another thing I liked was the laundry room for convenience.

Their website and advertising features a pool which is no longer there according to staff for a couple of years. I was looking forward to taking a swim but they don't have a pool and they need to take that off of there website and advertising because it really is a drawback especially if someone is looking for that otherwise it was great

The room was exactly as advertised. Very good location (close to the highway but quiet). Very friendly and helpful recepction desk staff which I appreciated.

Little dated but still a good place to stay for the money . Door handle broke off when leaving for the day so they put us in a different room . No pool

It's value for money and not for all their amenities.. we stayed for 2 nights for $150 which we think is cheaper then most hifi hotels where we pat more than 400 for the same type of room. We get wat we pay for. Simple and cosy room with parking next outside the room. All room have microwave and fridge which is working and tv with Roku connection. They offer complimentary breakfast which has 🍩☕ yogurt strudel,juice, muffin which is good . Bathroom is small but ok. Heater/cooler works good. I have stayed in many luxury hotels where heater/cooler won't work microwave don't work etc. Compared to that this is highly recommended if you looking for just stay for a night. This is right next to the highway. Moreover there is no smoking smell in the room, I had a very bad experience with a 4* hotel where they mentioned no smoking inside the building but still we feel a hard smoking smell in the lift and corridor.

Pancake and bread toaster not working

Okay first I want to say, that I did not find one trace of roaches, mice, or bed bugs through my entire week stay, and that's saying a lot since it was super hot out when I was there and if they were going to come out at any time, it'd be the week I was there. I thought the continental breakfast was plentiful; I was able to take a few extra things to snack on throughout the day as well. Water pressure was fine and the bed was comfy. My room was cleaned every single day, which is more than I can say about more higher end places I have stayed at. The location was 15minutes away from where I needed to be; if I come back to New Cumberland, I will definitely be staying here, definitely a good value for the money I paid.

The room felt a little sticky, but that might have been just the humidity and I feel like it's a little dated, but that's to be expected due to the price I paid, I felt it was hygienic enough to feel clean throughout my stay.
