Mark & Sue definitely pride themselves on customer service and running a beautifully organized establishment. The staff members are all exceptional from front desk to housekeeping. They always make me feel welcomed when I stay. I appreciate them and their dedication to making sure their guest are happy comfortably and always make accommodations if possible, when needed.

No complaints from me or my family. Everything was great from prices to the room.

My husband and I arrived at the hotel early in the morning and were very tired. The staff gave us a warm welcome and quickly got us signed in so that we could get to our room. We had a wedding the next afternoon and they graciously gave us an hour late checkout so that we could sleep a little later and have less time to wait between checkout and the wedding. The next morning we were again greeted warmly. As we were leaving the staff asked if there was anything else we needed before leaving and thanked us for coming. We would definitely stay at this hotel again!

The staff were great, very friendly. Our room felt small, but it was clean. Good location, area shopping, and food were close.

Didn't like how small the room felt. Lighting could have been brighter in the room, and the room heater, while adjustable, would get either too hot or to cold.

I like that this hotel is very close to my cultural and ethnic restaurants, stores, etc. it is on the main road and in safe clean area. Very good AC and WIFI.

We stayed for two nights. The first night was noisy little bit outside by other nearby tenants, talking loudly and slamming their doors.

I didn't eat breakfast. The area is really nice and has many food variations very close to eat at.

Traffic but that's not really fixable.

Room was good, had couch and coffee table. Not needed, maybe just a chair would suffice.

All good. Great quite clean and comfortable hotel!! I get great rest and peace of mind when I stay here.. I come back everytime because the staff are great as well with the positive comments above
