This was a big surprise: Our originally booked hotel was overbooked and sent us away. At 10 pm! As we stumbled through the nightly streets of Alanya, looking for an alternative, somebody from this place approached us. We didn't expect anything, but were happy to have found a place. What a surprise we were in for: The room was huge, super clean, had a huge balcony with sea view (!) and was really well equipped. And the staff were all super nice and helpful. So if you are looking for excellent value for money in Alanya... don't look any further. I highly recommend this place.

The bartender sometimes conflicts with guests. Food is good, but pretty the same day to day. They give very limited alcohol to one hands The Chief wasn't friendly at all, but cooks fine

This was my best accommodation in my 2-week Turkey stay. Very clean, calm, silent, excellent sleep quality, very near to beach, good food, very helpful stafff... and the price was a real bargain. Excellent a la carte restaurant with very good prices and incredibly proffessional staff.

There was no hot water... but I didnt really care. Cold water was very refreshing.

Everything exceeded my expectations and was just perfect, from location, meals, comfort to staff kindness. The famous Kleopatra beach is just across the street, it is amazing! We will definetely come back!

The hotel was nice and clean. In addition to the great people working there, what I liked the most during my stay, was the location of the hotel, it is not only close to the bus station but also to the beach and the city centre, in other words a great hotel to stay in to spend the holiday.

location, Stuff specially the Russian lady.on reception. first day we arrive early like 8 am since our flight was over night to Antalya then 2 hours driving to Alanya.. the stuff asked the manager for an exception to to do early check-in like 9 am and invited us to the Breakfast while they are preparing it !!! really an amazing and generous experiment with them....

Location of the hotel is excellent :you cross the street and reach Cleopatra beach. Nice views from the balcony. Cleaned everyday, hot water 24/7, hair dryer, etc. Good variety of sweets, a lot of salads, beer, soft drinks, etc. Overall, i can definitely recommend. Last but not least, mr. Deniz (front office manager) is a great guy and will help you with what you need to make your stay pleasant... So, thank you :)

Very bad sound insulation. Basically i used ear plugs so i can sleep. Food was ok-ish ( this is a matter of taste, i hate curry as a spice , and they have a lot of food type with that spice...) but that doesn't mean you will remain hungry. Some of the staff (cook) should learn to smile from time to time at least for the tips(bacșiș) if not for the guests.

Great place in a very good location, we wholeheartedly recommend this place. Very good meals, nice and clean rooms, super friendly and helpful staff including manager that makes you feel at home. We highly recommend this hotel.

The only suggestion is hotel could use a bigger sign because it's hard to find a hotel from the street.
