We really loved the pool and being right on the river. It was kind of fun having to get on a little motor boat transfer from the mainland to the island. The resort is so impressive with wide wooden walkways that take you around the resort,. There are also loads of bikes to ride around the resort A great place for a family get away. It was sometimes difficult to get a tuktuk to take you into Kampot ( this could have been because of the three day national holiday) Be prepared for all the music and activity from the water fun park just across from the resort

The location was ideal, right on the river. The lodge room was also very well appointed and perfect for our needs. The outside space was terrific. There were no lack of facilities on site to keep the family entertained. Loved the free use of bikes to transit back and forth between the rooms and dining room, pool, etc.

The staff really struggled with english so arranging things like day tours was a bit of a struggle. The coffee was really bad at breakfast. The wifi was very weak outside of the reception/dining area.

Peam Snea provided almost everything we needed for our vacation. The resort itself is beautiful with tropical wooden house architecture, large salted-water pool. It has a great view and location. It's located on an islet, totally private. Sometimes we can hear music from the water park on the other side of the river but it's not too bad. We also liked the experience of crossing the river on their private speedboat every time we needed to go to town. They also provide free kayaks for us. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Food was fine. I hope they will make a good improvement in the future.

The resort was exceptional, with lovely pool areas, amazing island setting and a great room overlooking the River. Bicycles were provided to enable you to get around the resort. To access the resort you are taken by boat across the river which is an excellent experience. The resort definitely exceeded our expectations.

The resort was very quiet when we were there, which meant the pool bar was not open and it was difficult to find any staff due to the size of the resort.

Loved that it was in a quiet location. We had scooters so could travel 12 mins out of town along the river. The nice part of the stay was that we were basically staying on a river island. Once we parked our scooters we were transported by boat across the property, which overlooked the main river of Kampot, which is a fresh water river so clean and flowing. The rooms were individualised, clean, with excellent facilities. Peaceful, even though a water park/backpackers is across the water… and they do party to loud music. Pool great, breakfast great, no complaints. Although we headed into town for lunch and dinners…. So can’t comment on the evening vibe.

Booking through ‘bookings.com’ was not so straight forward. We were asked to pay but then received an email to say pay in cash. On arrival this was not an issue and our booking made through ‘bookings’ was honoured. So they just need to update things…

This is a true hidden gem If I could say in short. We were surprised that this resort is located on the private island which it did not mention on Booking. However they have the private boat which is very comfortable and the journey from the pier to the island is fairly quick. Our suite has private wooden Bridge directly connected to the cottage where we can enjoy the most stunning of waterway view. We love their activities which we had the bike riding around the resort, then play the pool table. We requested to dine one night at the pool and it was just simply amazing, the cool fresh air the stunning night view and the whole ambiance is making us missing our time on honeymoon at Bali. We thought their meal is a bit over price but considering the island and the treat I think it’s fair.

Everything!!! Getting into town was much easier than we expected! We didn't hear any noise from the waterpark. The hotel boat service is super comfortable since it's 24 hour. The food in the resort was very delicious. The place and location is an absolute paradise! The best resort in Kampot.

This property although a little outside Kampot is a short 5$ tuktuk into the center. It has beautiful and unique little qualities and the staff are wonderful. We were there during the week and it was so quiet. Pool area and rooms are beautiful.

The mosquitos and the rather noisy resort opposite. Neither are this resorts fault are within their control. But worth knowing in advance.

This is absolutely a hidden gem, we came here without high expectations due to the face that their online reputation is hard to find. When we arrived at the parking we were surprise as we did not know that is the island. However, their private boat is complimentary and the journey to the island is pretty quick. They might be running short staff, but the staffs were very helpful and friendly. Buffet breakfast was good considering the island style. We love playing the pool table and enjoy our dining by the pool. if I could make the improvement comments might be the pool area which they should have more staffs to serve us drinks but it did not disturb us at all.

Some noise from the restaurant near by, but at acceptable level.

Very nice resort, placed on the island on the river. Our bungalow was spacious and clean. Stuff is polite and helpful. Swimming pool area is great, we were alone most of the time and had a pool for ourselves. Service is a bit slow, but we didn't mind.
