Loved the restaurant and the hours available. The waitresses were phenomenal. The food was wonderful, y'all have a great chef!

Our door was hard to open and the light over the coffee station was out. (Room 411) No, we didn't mention it to the hotel so they didn't know to fix it. Overall it was a perfect room.

Food was great and the service was awesome. The overall hotel was very clean.

I booked a room with snacks and drinks included and I had to tell them more than once that they were not being refreshed. I also had to tell them that I wanted clean towels more than once and I had to chase down toilet paper. I was there for a week so that part of my stay was a misfortune. I was there because it was close to the hospital where my Dad was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer so dealing with piddle stuff was nerve wracking.

We booked this hotel for my parents while my sister was in the hospital. They said the hotel staff were friendly, welcoming and professional. They only had good things to say about their stay and we are grateful for the care and kindness they experienced while staying at the location.

It was clean and the staff were really nice.

The only thing I didn’t like was the air vent popping out when we turnt the air off in the room but when I called the front desk she sent somebody to fix it quick.

Checking in and out was a breeze. The grill has the best food and the breakfast buffet is awesome! The room was clean and everybody was nice and friendly

Easy access to the hospital, clinic, stores and restaurants. Employees from the front desk to their restaurant and housekeeping were all very friendly and helpful. Food in your restaurant was very delicious.

The breakfast was great. The selections were well prepared with a nice variety offered. The hostess was friendly. The servers were attentive and capable. The atmosphere was pleasant for early morning breakfast.

The breakfast area was almost too small. The popularity of breakfast brought quite a lot of people and seating was consumed quickly. However, everyone was accommodated.

Friendly and professional staff, clean room and great food

The water pressure in our room in the shower was low. It took longer to shower due to this issue

The hotel and staff was great. My only negative comment is that it would have been nice to know the pool was under construction before we checked in.

Breakfast was good! Perfect location next to BSW We will be returning to stay with you again in Oct. and Dec. for Dr Appts We will be eating at the restaurant again, very good food and service Check in clerk, very good
