The value for money was excellent. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of local eateries. The room was clean and comfortable, though basic amenities like toothbrushes were not provided.

While it's not the owner's fault, I'd like to point out a potential issue for future guests. During the rainy season, heavy downpours can cause the alley in front of the property to flood. On one occasion, I returned from a shopping by taxi only to find the alley transformed into a small river, flooding up to my calves. Although the water receded after about an hour, it's something to be aware of.

I only stayed there for 1 night (arrived very late and left fairly early in the morning). The hotel itself is more like a small apartment. It was clean and well kept, with soaps and towels and all that. Perfectly fine if you just want a short stay on a budget. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

I'm not a big fan of the security having to use your card to get in and out the lobby of the building. But that's more a personal thing and not really that relevant but it made the place feel much less like a hotel and more like a prison. That combined with the view, or lack of, because there is a giant grate over the building that basically blocks the view almost completely (at least from the side of the building where my room was). I think it might be quite subjective but the place had an air of coldness that wouldn't really lend itself to comfort or travel, but would be perfectly fine for business. Besides how I FELT about the place, there was actually nothing noteworthy of complaint. It was all perfectly in line.

The front desk workers were actually so amazing. Anytime we asked for anything they would just give us arm loads of it. The room was clean and tidy. 

I probably would’ve liked a room with two queen or double beds, because I was traveling with my teenage daughter and my father, but this place is so popular they did not have those rooms available.

Arrival to the hotel from MRT has to pass throught a narrow walking path. At night, it was very quiet though not a long way to walk.

Very quiet location and the room is clean . Walking distance to the MRT & nearby 7eleven is consider big with lots of daily supplies !

Room are a little small , doesn’t have much space if you decide to keep your luggage open . Doesn’t provide hangers in the room :c

MRT is very close, staff will show the shortcut ally way. Room was really clean. Good food options nearby and also Unique bar (Skybar) was a nice place to have a drink

Location is excellent, staff were helpful, room was very nice and building was beautiful.

Difficult to get a room at a reasonable price when I tried to book again. I suppose it was high season. But I can see why this hotel is in high demand, it was excellent.

Theres not much restaurant near by. Only Chinese resto and some small stalls of canteen But during every night theres a small food bazzar in front of the mrt exit.
