Staff was very nice, helpfull and polite. Room perfectly cleaned every day. The breakfasts were quite good, but too monotonous for a week's stay. On daily basis - mortadella, prosciuto crudo and cotto and one type of cheese. This was repeated throughout the week of stay. It was the same with sweets. Although there was a wide selection of pies, it was the same all week. That's why we preferred not to have breakfast on the last day of our stay.

Although the hotel was apparently completely new and beautifully equipped, we still felt how weak the walls between the rooms were. So we could hear what was going on around us. Who makes love, who argues, who talks on the phone and who simply watches TV. The neighborhood of the hotel are not very attractive, rather the ruins of the former accommodation facilities are all around...

Excellent price-quality ratio. Strategic location for exploring Val d'Orcia. Hospitable, kind, and attentive personnel. The room was comfortable, very clean, large, with a nice balcony all the advertised amenities. Good air conditioning, a small fridge, and hair dryer. Big, clean, and well ventilated bathroom. Very good breakfast, with plenty of choises for a Mediterranean one (I know, too many sweets, but at least the ones you can find at Hotel Reali are homemade and they are quite tasty). The hotel parking is quite large and I always could find a parking place.

I was very scared because of the negative reviews saying that the rooms have no soundproofing at all. My experience proved that these comments were exaggerated. The soundproof is as bad/good as in many other hotels, which have much higher prices. It depends a lot on your neighbors and their degree of civilization. We had no problem at all until the last night, when a noisy Italian talked on the phone for one hour, almost yelling, and using the phone speaker.

a beautiful but almost ghostly place - no people, abandoned houses and hotels, and the nature is wonderful.The hotel is quite old, despite the cleanliness.

The rooms are small and crowded - why are there 3 beds (my reservation was for a room for 2 people), as you can hardly get go. Good Italian breakfast, mostly sweet items - unfortunately, maybe because we got off later, there wasn't enough savory items left, and the food wasn't replenished.

Hotel Reali has all you need for a wonderful vacation in the extremely beautiful Val d'Orcia. Nice and comfortable room with a splendid view, very delicious food in the restaurant, but most of all - the kind, supportive and very friendly staff. We want to thank once again Diego, who made us feel like special guests. Not to be missed - the spacious parking, which was very convenient. Highly recommended!

The hotel has its free private parking, which facilitates the car issue. The breakfast was acceptable, but with this kind of budget you could not expect more, but to our surprise the room was spacious and clean, which gave us the comfort we were looking for.

The staff were very kind. The room and the bathroom were nice. It was clean and the parking were on the top floor with tent. The room has a terrasse. The bathroom was spacious. There was a good breakfast and the restaurant cook good. We got discount for noise inconvenience.

The only inconvenience were that the rooms are not well sound isolated and outside noise, noise from the neighbor rooms (like the room above all the steps were well heard in our room), the bed was noisy and each move were creating a noise.

Breakfast was excelllent. The room was OK as well. A bed should be more comfortable but still acceptable. All the time the staff was kind and helpfull. If I was right I would rate this to 8.5 mostly due breakfast.

Extra clean, if you are with car traveling in Toscana region, i would strongly recomend to have a stop there because of great price to value ratio. It is great price for such hotel.

If you are without car, you probably wouldnt want to go there. But many people travel by car in Toscana so it is great place for a night stop!

Staff is veri kind, breakfast and dinner are excellent.
