I can always count on a very clean room here everytime for the beach.

The check-in at the Prince Resort was a bit of a pain. Parking to go in one place, up to a lobby, then out o drive down to another and find park again, just a bit annoying. The staff was super friendly though at the Prince Reaort and very helpful. How the check-in is set up is not their fault.

Having to go to prince to check in they said they would text me when our room was ready but they sent me a email I didn’t see so I called and found out our room was ready

We weren’t given the correct address on the website. Took us quite a while after stopping several times to get directions. Had to check in at a different location than where we were staying.

From the front desk attendant, Woody, to our check out was wonderful. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. It has a Kitchenette with everything you would need. The bathroom has a jacuzzi tub with plenty of towels, wash clothes, shampoos, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper for your entire stay.

It was in a nice location. Very close to the beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful if I needed anything during our stay. The room was great bed was comfortable very clean.

To be honest with you I barely saw staff I didn't really need anybody I checked in online I gave my ID one time and paid an advance it was perfect for me and my daughter I had a washing machine a gym and a beach very relaxing love the large relaxing bath tub definitely go back

The facilities & location

The check was down the street at the prince hotel which was where we needed to go to check in because the virtual did not work This meant 2 trips to the other hotel when at first the key wouldn’t open the door & after the key was replaced the door would not lock

Great location. Room was clean and beautiful.

The only negative was having to check in at the Prince resort. That was a bit stressful and seemed quite unnecessary, as there was staffing at the Towers.

The room was cozy.

The refrigerator did not have a light in it. The coffee maker did not work. I reported it to the front desk.
