Aristi Mountain Resort met our expectations on every level. The location is spectacular, with views that stop you in your tracks. You can happily spend hours on the veranda just taking in the scenery and you are only a short walk from the tavernas in Aristi square. The staff and service were excellent from the very beginning. Attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The spa facilities and the indoor-outdoor pool are ideal for relaxation, and the spa treatments are offered at very fair prices. Dining at Salvia, their Michelin-starred restaurant, was another highlight and a rare find in a mountain resort. As someone who pays attention to detail and values good hospitality, I found that everything came together here: the setting, the service, and the atmosphere. We even extended our stay because we simply did not want to leave. A top experience, one I would gladly repeat.

Breakfast included daily local delicacies, which I appreciated. Still, I would have preferred an à la carte option where dishes are prepared to order rather than a buffet.

Aristi Mountain Resort is an exceptional hotel located in the heart of the Zagori mountains, surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty in the village of Aristi. The hotel offers a truly high standard of hospitality. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast, the spacious and well-organized room, and the smart TV. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive to every request. The view is absolutely stunning. The outdoor pool was very pleasant, and the indoor pool — with a jacuzzi and sauna — overlooks the mountains, creating a relaxing and unforgettable experience. Dinner was excellent, with a refined French-style menu. The hotel has recently been awarded two Michelin Keys, a well-deserved recognition of its quality. Highly recommended.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at Aristi Hotel. The place itself is stunning – surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty and designed with such charm and attention to detail. The atmosphere was peaceful and inviting, making it the perfect getaway. What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. Every member of the team was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Their hospitality added a personal touch that made a big difference. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and left with unforgettable memories. We’re already looking forward to coming back as soon as we can. Highly recommended!

Welcoming staff and good room service. Nice spa too! The village generally is picturesque and a 6min drive from Voidomatis, one of the most beautiful rivers in Greece. The bathroom was quite nice with a nice bathtub.

Maybe more of than family Hotel We had a suite and the location was quite nice. Good room service friendly staff. The TV in the room was very very small. There was a door, locked, which divided the house in two, from where the noise was a lot. They had little children who ran around and shouted in the morning which was quite disturbing. Make sure to get your own coffee capsules as Nespresso is not provided but something like it. Some issues with the fireplace but opening the window it was ok. There is a kitchenette, which was basic make sure to get your own sugar, sponge and dish soap. Would like softer pillows and larger towels in the bathroom.

We had an amazing stay at this mountain resort! Our room (No. 13) offered a breathtaking view of Mikro and Megalo Papigo, creating the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. The room was cozy and comfortable, complete with a lovely fireplace that added to the charm. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, providing us with excellent tips on places to visit and activities to enjoy in the area. Their local knowledge truly enhanced our experience. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful escape in nature!

We liked everything. Only comment to keep the wellness area as they advertised it. After 15pm only for adults. Unfortunately we visited it and it was fully of children running and screaming.

Fantastic location with a great view from the restaurant. We enjoyed the pool and sauna/steam room and there was parking for our motorcycle near the comfortable room. The restaurant was excellent and there is also a cool taverna in the little village that was a short walk down some steps. The staff at reception gave us a map of the area and some tips on where to go which was appreciated. The resort is well located as it is about 25kms to the Oxya lookout at the southern end of the gorge. We only stayed two nights, but we should have made it three as there is quite a lot to see. We really enjoyed staying here.

We booked a room with balcony and mountain view, but there was a building in front of our room. There was a mountain sure, but I wasn't expecting to look onto a stone roof.

This is a spectacular hotel which manages to provide luxury whilst also remaining very informal. Our room was superb - large, well equipped with a glorious walk in shower, had modern lighting which I would like to have at home, and had a very very comfortable bed. I had a facial whilst there and the spa was brilliant. My husband used the gym and we both swam in the indoor pool which was clean and had a magnificent view. The food in the hotel was great - local and very tasty without being too formal. Breakfast was plentiful and we also had dinner one night.

I can fault nothing.

The best feature of this property is the stunning Mountain View’s. Overall it was a nice place to stay overnight with a nice restaurant but i think it’s overrated in some reviews.

The first thing to highlight is that this is a conference venue. For us, that meant there was nowhere to park on arrival (I mean nowhere!). However after the conference ended at 4pm it was fine. Superior double room had fantastic views, but the room was quite small and certainly far smaller than photos suggest. The bed was also uncomfortable with a really saggy mattress and the tiny fridge in the room although technically ‘working’ did not function so as to actually cool drinks as a fridge should. We had a beautiful evening meal in the restaurant but there was a distinct smell of sewage, suggesting a problem with the septic tank system at the main building.

The views from our balcony were unparalleled - we just wish the balcony was a little bigger ! The spa facilities were amazing with great views from the pool and hot tub. The outdoor pool was not yet open during our stay but should be a great addition. The food was great too, both at breakfast and dinner.

The was no price list available for non-complimentary items in the rooms which led to a bit of confusion. Decaf coffee or teas would have been appreciated.

Loved: location of the property and the views over the mountains. Hot tub was ace! Used it every day without fail. Nespresso coffee machine. Great shower - water pressure!! Breakfast and coffee options. The food at the restaurant was exceptional. Fireplace in the room. Privacy and peace and quiet.

There is no excuse for the pathetic mattress!! In a honeymoon room, no less. Poor quality, soft, with no support whatsoever. We ended up removing it from the bed and sleeping on the mattress topper. All the good impressions from the hotel were cancelled by the poor quality of sleep. No sockets by the bedside - you have the bedside lamp, or your gadget - not both. Had to borrow a multi plug from the reception. Fireplace didn’t work properly and the room filled up with smoke.
