This hotels building, the exterior property and rooms they offer on location are very well kept and managed. It is much safer, nicer, cleaner and is perfectly furnished to meet any travelers needs as a home away from home experience. This hotel always has some availability to accommodate even the most spontaneously last minute, late night and or unplanned reservations. There Is aways a helpful Motel 6 representative that is always on site and available for guest services 24/7 days a week, even on all holidays. Considering the general area of this hotel as well as the availability of dozens of locally owned shops and business as well as fast food and restaurant's. That are all conveniently located within a close distance of a 2-10 minute walk or a quick 1 to 5 minute drive in either direction of the hotel. Making this absolutely the best value in hotels within south Decatur ga. This is a wonderful hotel with even more really nice, wonderfully friendly employees as well as the guests that stay here. There's nothing that I didn't like nor that I found to be unreasonable. Except for just one little minor policy, to check-in Earlier than the standard 3:00pm check in time. they will charge you an extra $25 fee in order for you to check in the hotel early upon availability of rooms.

When you are extended the maids I was told would clean the room at least once a week. This wasn't done. Dogs are allowed, no barking was heard, but, the pet poop wasn't picked up. So nasty! I am an animal lover, but, protocols are required of the dog. Team members especially the maintenance man is exceptional.

The Staff is very professional. I love Miss Betty she is always courteous and friendly. She made us feel like we were at home. The Manager is very friendly too sorry I don't know her name. I would come back if everyone treated you with respect like them

The only complaint I have is one of the security guards accused me of using the side door and the way He said it was like He was talking to a child . He threatened to have me banned from the property. Not everyone is a product of the hood. I just think they need to learn you can't talk to people any kind of way and for that you lost a customer

The manger I thank her name is Jessica the Lady with accent and dreads in her head you wear glasses. She is very understandable helpful very nice personality and she works with you. For the rest of the front desk clerks. They are also nice, and good customer service, and helpful. The security guards that work night shift Tyler, and the heavy set one that drive the white truck are great at their job

Alot I didn't like

Everything and everyone. It was a pleasant experience. I admit I did not expect it to be a good experience but I can't complain about anything the staff is accommodating and very professional. I will continue to come back.

The only thing was one night my microwave didn't work but they did offer me to come up front to warm up my food. I would really appreciate thicker covers for the beds.

Mrs. Betty and Ms. Murphy are angels in Motel 6 clothing. If you want to teach anyone how to run an operation while staying professional, send them to train with these two ladies. Stellar stellar stellar

Murphy is the best ...hands down ... we love her...so sweet and helpful ...also she is very understanding and heaven sent ❤️

The night security guard was a bit rude and perverted but other than that everybody else was amazing

The outside was kinda weird, but as u walked in from the reception to rooms, everywhere was clean , neat. And nice.

The from veranda was crowded by people.....⁸

Isolated I love having my pets with me

Some people they are trying to tell you what to do. I didn’t think that was too friendly.

I like the fact of the room. It's clean and very private.

The doors are not secure. So, I know my room has been entered. Some things was missing out of my room.
