Rooms were clean and comfortable. It had a Keurig, which was a surprise because we always bring ours. The indoor pool was nice and parking is close to the lobby entrance. We would definitely be booking here when we come back to Vancouver despite the misunderstanding of the extra charge hold on my card.

I didn't like that they had to put a charge hold on my card for the total room price, including the deposit on top of the actual charge. They told me they needed to make sure I had enough to cover the room. So it showed up on my account as a double charge, which cut into our spending limit. In the end, they released the hold, and it cleared in 3 days. I wish they would've mentioned this when I was paying during check-in, being that they had already cleared the first charge.

The location of the breakfast was convenient and had dairy free options. I like that they offered turkey sausage. A nice variety of food choices. The room was very crisp and clean. We liked that the room had a blackout shade. The bathroom and shower had pump bottles of body soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Plenty of storage for clothes and a place to lounge. Included is an iron and board, hair dryer. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Our room was a little too warm, without the air conditioner running in the Fall.

The room was very clean and spacious, which is always what I look for when I go to a hotel and also the faculty was very nice while we were there

There’s no hot tub

Excellent location for my trip. Near plenty of friends, family and restaurants. There was some road noise but very little, and I was on the main road side of the Inn.

Very quiet. Nice AC unit with a thermostat on the wall by the bed. Walk in shower. Clean.

The breakfast very poor. What little was offered was not good. They were out of milk so we couldn’t even have cereal. Toilet ran off and on.

Only downside was we booked a king room and someone made a mistake and put us in a room with 2 queens. Breakfast was good and room was clean and beds were very comfortable.

Attention to detail was superb. Even had an automatic night light for bathroom. Breakfast high quality and bed very comfortable.

Staff and cleanliness. Staff was very helpful and responsive. Breaksfast was full breaksfast and many choices. Beds were super comfortable. Showers had soap shampoo and conditioner

Faucet in one bedroom was lose at the sink and hard to operate, and shower door would not slide. Staff tried to fix but were unable to get it fixed fully. Tv in one bedroom was difficult to work --staff said cable signal was weak -could not really fix. Safe in one bedroom was not operational.
