The hotel is in a great location. It's near a big park in a quiet area of Hannover, but still 10 minutes walk from all the restaurants and main places. It' also super close to metro stations so basically everything is in a close reach. Breakfast was really good and always a large variety. The Wi-fi was always stable and surprisingly fast enough. Not much to complain about.

Not much to add - a gym would be a great addition, but now I'm being picky so yeah just ignore this :). A gym is 5 minutes walk from the Hotel, so this is more of a it would be nice rather than a negative.

Very clean, friendly staff, comfortable room with TVs that you can cast to. Fairly standard small bar, but the bar staff were again friendly and efficient. There are a couple of good places nearby, I would recommend Piccolos Roadhouse for football and a bite to eat around the corner.

It is a bit further from the Hbf than it looks on the map, about 15-20 minute walk, but you can Lime/Voi fairly easily which is what I ended up doing.

Absolutely loved my stay at the Mercure Hotel in Hannover Mitte, incredibly helpful staff, perfect rooms and everything was great, it made my stay alot more better knowing I had very helpful staff.

Honestly apart from the TV being a little buggy, it was perfect.

The location was excellent in that (a) it was off a quiet park with little to no traffic passing by (b) it was close ...10-15 minutes' walk... to all historical tourist attractions (c) it was a 10 minute walk to the main shopping streets and (d) it was less than 5 minutes' walk to the metro and trams. The room was very clean.

Bathroom was rather small and shower was not powerful.

This is a great hotel. The room was spacious and clean, the beds very comfortable. The downstairs area, with library / relaxing / work area and a nice bar were particularly nice and helped to create a welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast was outstanding, with very nice gluten free bread on demand and original options such as honeycomb and lovely fresh smoked salmon. The staff were helpful and accommodating of our special requests and the car park is particularly helpful. As a side note, would also strongly recommend the Ma'loa restaurant opposite for a light meal.

The perfect location, it is just around 8 minutes to walk to Steintor, underground station and a big square with shopping streets. Very convenient with underground parking, though you have to pay for it. Breakfast is fantastic.

A small refrigerator would be nice to have in the room.

The room was lacking basic amenities like a refrigerator and water. The air conditioning also did not work properly, making the room uncomfortable. The first night's stay was not a pleasant experience at all. However, upon complaining, the hotel did offer to change our room, which was appreciated. i

The hotel is in a very good position, 10 minutes walking from the city center. The rooms are large, and the beds comfortable. Very good breakfast, many things to chose from. The dessert portion was rather small but was well covered by all the savory possibilities. One of the best breakfasts I have had to date.

We had a very pleasant stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable, and had the extra bed we had asked for our son. Breakfast was very good. The location is close to the city center but itself not very nice, except perhaps a few good restaurants.
