We arrived off a domestic flight around 9pm and flew out the next day on an international flight at 9.15am so our overnight stay at Sama Sama Express was all about convenience. It was easy to locate and the checkin process was efficient. The room was on the smaller side and I think it was a double not queen bed however me and my partner both slept well and enjoyed our short stay. The only negative was the plumbing was super noisy when people in nearby rooms showered and turned on taps however it was intermittent and we still managed to get a decent nights sleep. And they no doubt heard the same noise when we used the bathroom.

Close proximity to airport terminal. Hotel provides with the round the clock transportation on a buggy ride. Very clean and spacious room and bathroom with bathtub and separate shower enclosure. There is also swimming pool, , two jacuzzis with sauna and hot steam room. Breakfast has plenty of western and local food selection. I only stayed for 12hours but thoroughly enjoyed the stay..Very helpful staff.

I made a mistake by initially booking the Sama sama express Klia hotel and only realised the mistake on the day. But staff was able to transfer my booking to the main hotel. The Sama sama express hotel is only for international transit passengers. The above feedback is for the main Sama sama Klia hotel. The rate is a bit pricey and I wished I checked in a lot earlier to use all the hotel facilities.

Was a perfect spot to book for our son to stay when he had long stopper in KL on way back to NZ. Was no issue with us booking and him being the guest (at 19 years old). It is airside so no need to leave airport or go through immigration or anything and he was all checked in to get straight on plane next morning. Perfect for him.

Requested two beds (twin) as booked for 2 people and was for him and friend but when got there told was only a double bed so the friend didn't end up staying and got own room. That was a shame but not a show stopper.

During check in time there was a lady who walked in and proceeded to the lift and the receptionist in a very rude manner asked if she had a room. After we checked in we went to the Golden Lounge to chill, and when the 4 of us came back, she also asked the same if we had a room, and honestly it was pretty rude to talk to your PAYING guest in that way Was wondering wow you just checked us in like 2 hours ago. Hahaha! Felt really not welcoming but this is the first time so I will let it slide.

The hotel is perfect if you need somewhere to stay while in transit - it is well signed. The room was quite compact - but I had everything I needed. The shower was good and hot, while the bed was extremely comfortable. Good size TV on wall. There were new toothbrushes etc, hairdryer, tea/coffee. There is a bar and a self-service restaurant serving fairly basic, but quite edible, food in the hotel, and the staff there were helpful. Breakfast can be included on some deals, which I hadn't realised. I actually needed my room for 14 hours instead of the 12 I had booked, and paid for the additional hours at check in.

I felt a little claustrophobic simply because there wasn't a window in my room - it may be that none of the rooms have windows - I don't know. The air conditioning worked well though, and I was quite comfortable.

Good location just a walk from the restaurants in satellite terminal. Upgraded room was clean, good shower pressure and pleasantly decorated, overlooking runway. Bed was big, comfy and bedsheets clean and soft though not holey! “Sky Suite Lounge” is on the first floor of hotel which you can book separately or as a cheaper alternative to the hotel room

Our first standard room smelt awful of damp or something. Our upgraded room, although nicer, stunk of cigarettes!

Location was fine, but selection of foods was limited. I guess it was Malaysian and I'm used to Western hotels, but I have seen many Malaysian hotels that cater well to Western preferences. The room, availability of the lounge, bar, etc and restaurant - mind you, I only used the room and a small breakfast

I did notice though that even with the a/cat 19 degrees C, that it seemed to keep cycling. One minute the room was at a nice temp and the next, I was kicking the sheets off, then the next pulling the covers back on. Perhaps I was just over tired ...

Very easy to reach from when you step off the plane. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Food was great. Buffet served throughout the day and night. Easy check in and check out process. Would highly recommend. If your luggage is not being checked through a transit flight then make sure you have what you need during your stay in your hand luggage as you wont collect your luggage until after passing through immigration. Once you pass through you will find your luggage with whichever airline you travelled with

Perfect airside transit hotel....located next to gate C5, good size room, very clean, good bathroom. Restaurant on site but did not use. Very fast and efficient check in. Had a restful sleep and hot shower, much easier than going through customs to a landside hotel. Good value for this kind of hotel. Will certainly stay again.

Cleaner started work outside my room at 6;30am with a vacuum cleaner. I was awake so no problem but might not be the case for other guests. Other than that, nothing to complain about.
