Larger Agriturismo with a lot of facilities near Lake Como. It looks modern from the outside, tasteful older style interior in the room. Very nice pool and large garden. We unfortunately didn't get to use it because of the weather though. Breakfast was good, we liked the setting and view of the garden.

For €150 a night in the low season I expect a bit more. We can't judge the wellness area on its quality since we didn't use it, but to pay €20 per person extra (exclusive use for 2 hours) is a lot in our opinion, also factoring in the room rate. We liked our room, although it was very noisy once someone walked through the hallway. You can hear anything and everything, from people being loud after midnight to kids screaming at 7 AM.

It was peaceful and beautifully maintained/renovated. It had everything you could possibly need or want. The pool and outside area was amazing, the staff went over and above to make sure we were happy (nothing was too much trouble) and all the staff were friendly, helpful and eager to please. The food was delicious, the included breakfast was ideal and the whole place was spotless - what more could you ask for?! We didn’t use the spa but I’m sure that would have been great too. Just a perfect peaceful base to visit Menaggio, Belaggio and Como from. We loved the 11am check out and we were so grateful to the owner who let us in well after the last check in time as we were delayed. The animals at the house were very friendly and no bother at all - super cute dogs especially. We would recommend this to anyone!

This place had such a warm family vibe. The property was perfect. The pool was to die for. The staff were very helpful and nice. I loved the property dogs Whiskey and Lily. Beautiful yard for laying our in the sun with a good book. Great location by Spaggia di Gravedona.

No AC in the summer, quite hot in the room, had to leave the windows open the entire time which brought in quite a few bugs and dirt, but hey that's a farmstay for you

Pool is superb and outdoor area is really nice. Rooms are also comfortable and well sized. An AC would have been nice but ceiling fans are provided. Breakfast is also varied and you can order coffee and eggs. The family is really nice and so accomodating. Parking is provided on the grounds and location is good as well with only 20 minutes to menaggio, but loads of nice small villages close by. Would definately recomend :)

Amazing staff that are willing to help with everything. The food is amazing, breakfast and dinner, with local stuff. Location is also great, with a ferry closeby (20min walk). Also loved the animals there. The spa is amazing, with a jacuzzi, sauna, turkish steambath, cold plunge and relaxation area, all private. EV charger also a bonus.

Only thing that maybe an issue in the summer is the no airconditioning

Beautiful property and very comfortable room! We wish we could have stayed longer. The easy parking, lovely grounds, clean pool, air conditioning, ceiling fan, proximity to the lake, and delicious food were all appreciated!

The dinner was delicious, but took over 3 hours to get all of our food.

It was a very relaxing resort. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Food was excellent. Quite location. Very clean. Has the quality of a 5 star hotel at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend and return.

Lovely hotel with an understated family feel. Pool is awesome and exactly like the photos. Room was comfortable and very clean. Breakfast is served overlooking the pool and was high quality. My son adored the 2 property dogs!

the property was breathtaking the food was incredible and the rooms were extremely comfortable best of all the staff were so accommodating and helped us plan our trip in Lake Como the first day we relaxed by the pool and ate at the hotel, the next day we took a 20 minute bus to the port and got a boat to Bellagio day 3 we got a boat from the local town all the way to Como without the help of the staff we would never of been able to do so much - they really made our trip so fulfilling

Pool onsite was really nice and having the convinience of the restaurant on site was great and the staff were all exceptional. And if you ever stay I can highly recommend the chocolate cake in the restaurant.
