Breakfast was a very welcome availability! Even with a national holiday where many would have to acquire participating food service! Staff and features were 4.9*s Hotel was very friendly and clean even during renovations

Seems beds were a little lacking with firm bedding- the matter of in room coffee seems always just a limited supply- very easy to ask for extra pkgs! Also, please know recharge ports available in wall outlets or lamps, dpn't always work correctly- no fun to find out your phone wasn't charging overnight!

The customer service was excellent. They went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable.

I had reserved a king room but got assigned a double queen. It was my fault because as I typically do, I didn't read the entirety of the options. The host and manager made up for it by reassigning me a king suite. They did not have to do that, since it was my error NOT THEIR'S. They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was 100%. I WILL stay there again without question.

The location was close to where I needed to go. I really liked the high ceiling, which made the room feel so spacious. First hotel that had two soft & two firm pillows to please everyone, which ALL hotels should provide.

The phone in the room had the wrong room numbers on it & couldn't call the front desk for a wake up call, so had to go down to ask for one. But other than that, I had no complaints.

The breakfast was fine.The lady that worked in the breakfast area was very pleasant and very pleasing.

The only issue that I had that was really not an issue was the elevator was really slow. Other than that, everything else was great..

Location was ideal for me. Right by I-30, pub-restaurant right next door, and breakfast was really good.

The room smelled really good. Breakfast was nice and fresh and I loved longer time so you can rest then eat. Beautiful facility loved be dove products in the bathroom. Mini fridge and microwave was convenient in the room and air was keeping us cool.

It was only one elevator that was slow, so we used the stairs most of the stay. They were not completed with building. I didn’t realize that when I booked but they made it easy to check in and out. Everyone was nice.
