The location is excellent. Very convenient access to I-30 but the hotel is decently located away from all the noise and business from the highway. Tons of dining options right around the hotel. Parking area is well lit. I feel safe returning to hotel late at night. Staff were helpful. Bed was very comfortable. Room was clean. Breakfast was very good.

The size of the king suite was nice. The fact that the master bedroom had a door was an added bonus as we had noisy neighbors across the hall. The breakfast was good.

The TV in the living area was not on the wall across from the couch, making it necessary to turn your head sideways to see it🤷 The water pressure in the shower could have been stronger and the vent in the bathroom was very noisy.

Clean, reasonably priced hotel. That's what we needed; clean and reasonably priced. Felt safe, comfortable, and secure during our stay. The location is directly next to shops, restaurants, and other amenities, proving to be wonderfully accessible as needed. Quiet and comfortable.

The entrance and parking area were a little confusing at first, but didn’t prove to be too much of a challenge. The water pressure in the shower was a little low, but high enough to make sure we got clean.

I am handicap ♿️ and needed a shower chair. When we checked in, the girl saw the request I had put in. She got the chair and accompanied us to our room to drop it off!

The room was excellent. It was very clean and lots of room. The staff was very polite and accommodating. The free breakfast was also great.

I LOVED the location! It was right in the middle of all the restaurants, yet it was still tucked away and felt quiet. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable! Another thing I loved is they had Dove products- soap, shampoo, and conditioner! The breakfast was great. My daughter loved the cheese omelets and waffles. We will definitely stay again in the future! Book the hotel!! ❤️

I loved everything!

Our room was very clean. The staff was real helpful. we liked the motel isn't right in the middle of the busiest part of town. so it was easier to get on the interstate or wherever we needed to go. We will stay there again if we need to go to the Dallas Fort Worth airport.

They cleaned the room each day, new towels, mopped floors, etc.. Made the beds but did not change the sheets, which was fine. Surprised me. Rarely do I ever see this in hotels anymore

Convenient tomy medical appointment.

Mini-fridge in room 310 worked when it wanted to. Would not stay closed and keep items cold. We had ruined food due ti this issue. Prolems occur and we understand that. It did not taint our stay. We are alrady rebooked for a stay in December 2024.

Breakfast was good and only problem with location is the main entrance is small that is joined with entrance and exit of 2 other restaurants.

The drive up had an entrance from the road that was barely big enough for 2 cars to get in.

Staff were friendly and answered questions that we had. The room was clean and we were lucky to get a jacuzzi tub in ours, even though we didn't request one. Checking in and out was easy and our parking spot was close to the room.

We had stayed at this hotel previously because it was pet friendly and didn't charge additional fees when we brought our pet. We booked the location a second time with this in mind, and there was still no pet fee. However, a week before our stay we were notified that the policy had changed and we were charged a $25 per night (no more than $75 per stay) non-refundable pet fee. I get it, but it was a bummer that their policy changed.
