The location overlooking the bay is exceptional. It is so relaxing to see all the boats and yachts coming in to Milna. The rooms are light & spacious. All the staff are friendly and helpful.

We took the catamaran from Split to Milna. The stop is directly across the bay from the hotel. Although we could have taken a taxi, we thought we'd walk but didn't realise it was so far (30 mins) in the heat. Given that there are only a few ferry/catamaran arrivals each day, maybe the hotel would consider a pick-up service for guests arriving by ferry.

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful during our stay. They have fulfilled/answered all our special requests without hesitation. Big shout-out to Sasha at the reception and Tony in the restaurant. :) Food was really good, big selection at breakfast. We enjoyed spending time on the roof terrace as well as on the terrace at the bar. The rooms were very clean and spacious for two adults.

We couldn't have a real good coffee at all, which was surprising. We just realised on the spot how many stairs we have to climb every time from our room to the facilities or down to the beach and back due to the hotel's location on the side of the hill. I don't think this was clearly shown on the hotel photos. You have to think twice before you go down or go up (you can tick off the sport for the day). Very small own hotel beach due to the boat/ship traffic, also cleanliness of water is questionable.

Private beach, and chairs. Very friendly staff in the bar. Cozy restaurant and bar. Many options at breakfast.

The staff do not enforce the rules, such as no swim wear at the bar or resturant. Many people wore trunks and bikinis even if the rules state that it is not allowed for guests to adress staff in ”beach clothes” Also, there were alot of people not staying at the hotel whom took liberties in putting towels on sunbeds!

The food was excellent, both breakfast and dinner. Restaurant and sitting area is set wonderfully underneath pine trees. Plenty of sunbeds. Nice sundeck, pool and workout area. Professional and friendly staff. 2 natural beaches not too far. Spacious room well equipped.

The room had an unpleasant smell. We couldn't really air it since there was a single entrance through the balcony. Lots of steps, not for people with limited movement. Parking is 10 eur/day, this should be for free. A gas station for boats right next door which sometimes smells.

The food was consistently the best food on our three month European tour because they had Mexican staff in the kitchen. We paid for the breakfast and dinner option and glad we did. They could add room service as an option. The views are spectacular. Adults Only with no children. A bartender that makes a great perfect martini. Staff that must have had some Southern Hospitality Training because they had good morale, work ethic and did it with a smile. Something we did not see much of for three months of our Europe Tour. The owner is from Texas so perhaps that was the difference and or management. You have a little beach with a pool and lounge chairs at the waters edge. I think we had live entertainment three times in week.

Climbing up and down the stairs everywhere but I'm 65 with life's bumps and bruises. Not much to complain about here.

The hotel is set in a beautiful location on the waters edge in Milna. The outside areas are generally really well looked after and have spectacular views. The breakfast was pretty good, lots of choice and fresh good quality fruit and many hot options too. Staff are generally very helpful and polite and the food in the resteraunt is really good, plenty of vegetarian choices and good value for money too.

The rooms on the 3rd and 4th floor are quite tricky to get to with many steps - they also have no views and no outside area/ balcony to speak of. (There was a sliding door that opeoned up to a concrete area but it was derelict) Rooms are very small and there is very little space to put clothes away. The main irritation was the additional charge of 2.50 per person per day for a beach towel. So an axtra 10 Euro per day for a family of four. This feels stingy and not in keeping with a four star hotel expectations.

Location provided great views of the Milna bay and activities on and around the water. The various seating areas allowed the customers to spread out in both shade and sun. Good to have safe sea-swimming access.

Although there is a broad breakfast choice, it doesn’t vary across multiple days and so can become over-familiar. Staff engagement felt a little distant - maybe lacking the sense of a host or owner. As is often the case in rooms like this, no coat-hooks (just to hang a jacket or a bag maybe).

We had the most wonderful time and will be back next year. The hotel is lovely and the staff is wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable, the food (breakfast and dinner) was tasty, it's peaceful and a great place to relax.

The long walk from the ferry port. With the amount that we paid for B&B we were then asked to pay €5.00 each day for 2 beach towels. There was no ladder to enter the sea from the platform. You had to manage over the stoney beach.
