The hotel is a family-run hotel located right on the beach. The room was immaculately clean upon our arrival and cleaned daily as the guest wished (we only needed toilet paper and one or two towels changed during our one week stay). The staff was very friendly, from the owner Mira to the lady who cleaned our room Silvija. We booked one of the rooms facing the beach. It had a lovely balcony with a table, two chairs, and two sun loungers. The room included a buffet breakfast which was plentiful, from eggs, cheeses and cold meats, to bread, jam, cereals, and pastries, and of course coffee, tea and juice. The sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach were free and while you had to scramble a bit with other guests for the best spots in the shade, there was always plenty of room for everybody. The hotel has a wi-fi which even worked on the beach. It also has a beach bar where you can get food (we only had snacks such as sandwiches), beer and soft drinks, and a very good ice cream. Overall, it was a lovely stay and I highly recommend this hotel.

Split.  Podstrana.  Hotel Sun. Hotel Sunce 🌞 I went at the end of the season.  October.  If you want to relax, do exactly like me.  A maximum of 6 rooms were occupied.  The hotel has an excellent location.  Your own beach is literally two meters away.  There is a restaurant with a breakfast terrace, and a bar with access to the beach.  There is a swimming pool, sauna and gym.  The beach is framed by breakwaters.  Clean.  The water is an unreal azure color.  The hotel provides sunbeds and umbrellas free of charge.  The rooms are cleaned every day.  Breakfast was prepared by the owner Mira ❤️ even for 3 guests, a buffet was always prepared.  If you wish, they can prepare an omelette separately.  Mira is always caring, like a mother ☺️❤️ Laundry services are available.  You can also iron your clothes.  You can order lunch at the beach bar, or dinner at the restaurant on the terrace.  There is also a large selection of restaurants along the beach, no matter which direction you choose to go.  There are also Water Sports offices.  Within walking distance there is a bakery, shop and pharmacy. Next year I will definitely return there.  And I recommend it to everyone.  😎

Location was great you will have to drive or take a bus to Split. . Great view from our 3rd floor room (pics below don't lie). Owner and staff were as helpful as can be. Language was a barrier (owner spoke only Deutsch) I only speak English. She seems to be working very hard to maintain this beautiful property. Free breakfast was nice. On the bus line to old town. Walk downstairs to the Beach. Balcony was great. Owner wants order but, I found her to be pleasant.

Room was very small. Bathroom was too small to move or change clothes. The refrigerator was not cold and did not cool anything, Is the only negative.

Great beachfront location. Breakfast was ok. Staff were lovely and friendly.

the beachbar should really open faster after 12 o'clock if you get breakfast at 8 and to the beach at 9 there is a 3 hours to wait to get a nice cold drink is a bit much. the room minibar fridge was not cooling probably weak peltier tipe fridge ...

The room was very clean and the hotel is right on the beach. The beach ist quite small and not overcrowded. The umbrellas were free of charge. The breakfast was also good. The beach bar is great and open the whole day.

Clean and quiet rooms with great view to the sea, good location of the hotel, excellent breakfast, next to the beach, free sun-beds and umbrellas, clean water.

The staff was very friendly, it felt like a family. The room was comfortable, including the bed. The AC in the room was effective. The sea view from the balcony was amazing :-) . It was very helpful that the hotel had its own private beach, which meant that we did not have to pay for the beach beds. The food in the beach bar was okay. Would be great, if they would have a larger selection.

If we went to have breakfast towards the end of the serving time (Close to 10 am) we only had the leftovers. The parking place of the hotel is not planned for the number of rooms they have. At times, we had to wait 30 minutes for the car that was blocking ours to move their car. But these were minor things compared to the great time we had there.

The location: perfect, in front of the beach. The beach: great, white pebbles, water transparent. Great beach chairs and umbrellas, at no additional cost. The area: very nice and tidy, nice properties all around. The breakfast was plentiful, with a great buffet.
