Warm welcome from Damir who met us with the keys, gave us a walk through the apartment and some local information along with where we could get something to eat, due to delays we arrived much later than expected. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed plus tourist leaflets and a booklet of local places to eat. The apartment was spotlessly clean and pleasantly decorated with a calm blue colour throughout. It was close to the beach and the views from the balcony over the ocean with the city in the distance were superb.

Absolutely no reflection on the apartment or the hosts - both exceeded expectations, The only downside is that it is on a main road which can seem noisy especially first thing in the morning and access to the beach is via a somewhat uneven pathway which includes many steps so not one for people who have mobility issues.

If Split is your next vacation destination, I highly recommend staying at Villa Luketa. The air was so fresh, the apartment was spotless clean, the rooms smelled nice, and it just felt like home. In the apartment there is everything you need, we especially enjoyed the well equipped kitchen, and the spacious terrace. The Villa is in a private, quiet, beautiful coastal area, away from the chaos of the city, and yet easily reachable. The bus stop is just a few steps away. The location is absolutely perfect with a wonderful view of the sea from all of the apartments. The beach is just downstairs and there is even a garden. There are three grocery stores within a very easily walkable distance. The Villa is a family business and the hosts recommended us a few places to visit nearby, and kindly welcomed our request for a late check-out. We had an amazing vacation here. The villa is on a slope above the beach, so you have a nice sea view from your terrace/balcony. You have your private path to the pebble beaches a few meters from the property. The apartment was spacious and equipped with everything needed, even if you plan to cook on your own.

The owners were fantastic, very helpful and attentive and friendly, the location was amazing, just a few steps from the beach with beach bars and food places nearby. The apartment was much bigger than we expected and had everything we needed and was very clean.

The place is very close to the beach and has a terrace with a beautiful view, but it is on the way to other apartments, hence not very private. But nevertheless it was enjoyable.

In the booking, it was not clear that the terrace was not private. WiFi was very, very poor. The air-conditioning remote was not in the place.

Prefect location. 60m to sea, 150 m to restaurants and shop. Nice and helping owner. Very clean apartment.

Very comfortable and spacious apartment, in very close proximity to the beach. The hosts were wonderful, and made sure that we were comfortable. Everything is close by, bus stop, supermarkets, bakery, etc. We loved our stay! Thank you!

The noise from the road was annoying, had to have windows closed at all times.

The apartment is really nice. Ivo and his family were really welcome with us. I will recommend :)
