Really an amazing stay! Immediately after check in we found out how helpful the owner is-he helped us with luggage, during the stay gave us info and always asked if we need anything, and at the checkout he offered to help us through the traffic jam, and made breakfast earlier, so we don’t travel hungry. Near the apartment was very nice beach. We really recommend this accommodation:).

Stayed as a family of 5 adults in 3 different rooms but all with a sea view on a varying sized balcony/veranda depending on which floor level you were staying on. The sea views were fantastic even saw dolphins one evening. Was met upon arrival and then shown personally to each room. The beds are very comfy and the rooms very modern with good air con and a small kitchen area. Very close to the beach down the drive which is a slight incline over the main road (via the crossing) and down an alleyway and it’s the beach. We used Uber to go to Split which took us about 15/20 minutes (recommend visiting out of season) but the bus stop is at the bottom of the driveway otherwise.

Could have done with a few more clothes hangers and hooks in the bathroom. The shower in the top floor apartment doesn’t go very high due to being under the slopping roof could be a bit difficult for taller people.

An Elderly couples key opened my room door in the middle of the night and they startled me by walking in.

We only stayed one night on our way to north of Croatia. The communication with the host was easy and smooth. The apartment was lovely and newly furnished. You could easily spend some days there, and even cook your meals. The supermarket and the bakery are really close so getting your groceries is very easy. The beach is just across the street. The bed was comfortable.

Nothing to complain. It might be challenging for people with walking difficulties since the property does not have the elevator but for us it was fine.

Great location, you can see the beach from the balcony (we had quite a few times breakfast, plus a glass of drink in the evening on the balcony, it was so nice with fantastic view), good working airco, super nice and friendly hosts

I found the mattress too firm but we got a nice and soft top mattress which made it comfy. Also missed 1 or 2 towel hooks from the bathroom but that’s not a big issue, there is some towel holder plus a clothing rack on the balcony. Could use a new non-stick frying pan and non-metal kitchen utencils plus a toaster would be nice, but these were really just some minor things

Nicely located near bus stop to split, near the beach. Very clean and modern apartment. Lovely shower. We had partial view sea but it was still nice view!

The kitchen was very compact , no room to prep food. Just cooker and sink. It had no extractor fan and only two rings which meant cooking dinner was awkward but do able. It was lovely modern and clean kitchen more suited to making some thing small. Lots plates bowls glasss .

The apartment was newly renovated, modern, and exceptionally clean. It had a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and a perfect bathroom. Located right across from the beach, with plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, and beach bars nearby. The host was friendly and helpful. Definitely worth the money for a relaxing beach getaway. Highly recommend!

Very nice and modern apartment. We only stayed one night this time but I would definitely come back again. Johnny was very helpful and the breakfast was better than we expected. The view was amazing.

Due to late departure from the airport it would have been nice with a restroom and a toilet for not checked in customers.

We were met by the owner and able to get into our room very early before check in.

I wish I would have upgraded to having a balcony. It’s such a stunning view and we found we cooked a lot so it would have been nice to sit out on a terrace. Next time I will upgrade for sure!

Very kind and helpful hosts, they gave us a warm welcome and explained everything. The apartment was a pleasant surprise – a beautiful room with its own balcony, a small kitchen, and all necessary amenities. Wonderful view and close to the sea. I highly recommend it.
