The location is brilliant with sunset views from our balcony , amazing . We had room 41 lovely hotel but more b&b as there was no where inside the hotel to eat or drink only the restaurant on the beach . Which is quite disappointing as the roof top swimming pool has a bar and kitchen , think in its day they had meals up there which would have made the hotel extra special . Also the bar in the lobby with a beautiful balcony was not opened either including the downstairs bar area . Like I said only place to eat in the day is the restaurants on the beach . Apart from this it’s a nice hotel but more a b&b .

Amazing views, lovely beach right downstairs. Cool bars and restaurants on the ground floor. Staff were so friendly. Loved the team on reception, and always got a hello from housekeeping / kitchen etc. The rooms are really nice, clean and spacious. AMAZING wellness room complimentary for hotel guests. Again, staff are super helpful and friendly. They helped us with multiple odd tasks throughout our stay (personal ventures included) which was really cool.

Shouldn’t have to pay $50 AUD per day to lay on a sunbed at the beach I paid $1,884.86 AUD (4 nights) to stay at. I know there’s beds by the pool, but people choose this hotel for the beach. We couldn’t wash or even iron clothes because the rates are way too high. Laundering your own clothes in Split can be a tourist trap. Invest in a shared laundry room for your guests. Breakfast also needs some love. The only sustainable food you can expect is egg and sausage. The rest is fruits, cheese and cereals etc. Not a heap of options really.

- the TV was really outdated so we couldn’t watch anything as there were only local channels - the blinds weren’t blocking out the sun completely so we were awaken pretty soon in the morning. - the breakfast could have had more options, especially salty ones - sun beds weren’t offered to those staying at the hotel

The location on the beach front, size of rooms, comfy beds, the bar on the beach. The bathroom was large and had both a shower cabin and a bath. The reception staff were always very helpful and attentive. The roof bar offers amazing views, especially at sunset. Nearby Stobrec is an easy walk and there are lots of bars and restaurants there. There are a number of mini markets around the hotel for snacks etc. Overall, a great place to soak up some sun and enjoy the clean Adriatic sea.

Breakfast was ok but there was no variety day to day, the loungers and umbrellas on the beach were expensive even for hotel guests - these should be complementary. The air con is regulated from reception and it's a bit of a hassle to call them each time to turn it on or off. There are no umbrellas on the roof pool.

Stayed for four nights in the Hotel. This is a very nice hotel overlooking the beach and backed by some exceptionally nice and helpful staff. The rooms are equipped with everything you might need and have glass fronted balconies overlooking the bay. There is direct access to the beach through the hotel. Secure parking is also available in the hotel. My reservation included breakfast which was really nice and I had cooked breakfast to order on a number of mornings. I found the rates for the four night stay to be extremely competetive.The staff on duty at breakfast were extremely warm, friendly and helpful. The hotel is around 7kms from central Split and the bus stop is less than a three minute walk from the hotel with frequent service and very affordable rates. There are also a couple of large supermarkets within a five minute walk. All and all a very very nice hotel with exceptional staff, offering great value for money. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and returning there when in Split again.

The road outside is quite busy. However this was not an issue in terms of noise as the rooms were extremely quiet.

The location is EXECELLENT. Just on the beach. If waking up to the sound of sea is all you want, then this is the perfect location. Rooms are quite big compared to Europe. No Room service though. Eco hotel -- so AC is centrally controlled at 22C. Breakfast -- limited options. Easly Uber availability to Old Town. Lots of supermarkets around. Sunbeds are available on the beach at 25Euros for 2 with umbrella. Get charged to room.

We had a marvelous stay. Spacious triple room with terrace is equipped with sunbeds, umbrella, table and chairs, separate stairs allow going from your riom directly to the beach. Very friendly staff, great breakfast with fantastic view at Adriatic sea. We had dinner several times at hotel restaurant (opens at 4 p.m.). Main dishes as well as deserts were delicious, much better than at restaurants alongside the beach+ better prices. Top service. On the day of departure we were allowed to check out 1.5 hours later with absolutely no additional surcharge which was very helpful! Quite and not crowded, clean, 'feel-very-welcome' vibe - we want to thank hotel owners and employees once again: please keep this great service and atmosphere . Please know that all your efforts are very much appreciated! We will definitely come back

Very minor note on conditioner - you have to call reception every time you need to turn off/turn on/adjust temperature. They do it remotely. For us that was absolutely no problem as reception was available 24/7, we were more concerned about bothering receptionist but they were very responsive and friendly at all times. I believe such approach is paid off with lower electricity consumption=sustainability Last note on branded hand soap/body wash - it looked like they were mixed with water too much so that you could bearly use them for the desired effect +zero foaming (no SLES/organic?). For us that was also no problem as we brought our own soap/shampoo/shower gel etc. I'm sure if we would bring that up to personnel, it would be solved as well

location is great, only 10-15 mins into Split harbour, there is a lift straight down to the beach and there is a bar with good quality food being served (we ate there 3 out of our 5 nights!). You can walk along the promenade where within 15 mins there are more trendy bars and restaurants. The roof top terrace where you have your breakfast has great views and all the staff are super friendly and helpful. I would defintely return here without hesitation, room was spacious with great views from the balcony.

Nice in the beach

Bar on the beach staff were rude until we complained. Next day miraculous change. We got completely ripped off by taxi which charged us 67 euro from Split which should be 10 as charged by Uber. Also beware of bars that only accept cash and atms charge 8% fee. I’d highly recommend the hotel as it’s quiet and away from the noise and hotel staff lovely.

We liked the hotel a lot,good and peaceful location next to the beach and Sea view ! Staff was very nice and friendly,Ana was great ,a real pro in her work.

The gym was very poor and especially on rainy days would have been great to do so some exercise.
