The property is located very close to Split airport (20 mins taxi ride), so you will be starting your holiday very soon after you land. It is located in Podstrana, a quiet suburb area of Split, this is one of the areas with the best beaches around Split. I was recommended this area by people born in Split and they were not wrong. The property is located on the beach. Not 5 mins walk from the beach, literally on the beach. You come downstairs, go through the cafe which is part of the hotel and you are on a lovely beach with tiny clean white pebbles. As soon as you get into the sea, the sea floor is sand, no rocks, see urchins, jelly fish, just crystal clear waters. The property also offers free sun loungers and this is a considerable saving in Croatia where loungers can cost 20 euros per day. Property: clean, modern, rooms newly decorated. Hosts: contactable at all times, provided great recommendations for eating and going out. Also very professional and respectful. Area: there are about 10-15 restos in the immediate vicinity and a small marina near the Le Meridien hotel. For more nightlife, go to gorgeous Split which is a 15 min bus or Uber ride (Uber c 12 euros, depending on time, bus 2.5 euros in front of property). We had an amazing time and will be back.

Everything was perfect! Room was fresh and modern. Receptionist is a credit to this hotel so friendly and welcoming and very accommodating with luggage and checking in! Restaurant downstairs was convenient and again friendly staff. Location easily accessible to split town by bus and good shops nearby right on beach!! Can’t go wrong and will definitely be looking to book this hotel again on return to Croatia

Could maybe do with a lift - we didn’t have any luggage but can imagine it difficult with lots of luggage

Great communication from The beginning till the end of our stay. Great location, with access straight to the beach, nice restaurant in the hotel, very accommodating, plus a few restaurants on the beach near by. The bus stop is just a few steps away to take you to Split center. Clean, we couldn’t ask for anything more..

We loved everything about it!

Great location, supermarket opposite. Good buffet breakfast - something for every nationality. Cereal, bread, tomatoes, cucumbers, ham, cheese, cheese cake, eggs cooked to your preference. Juice and endless coffee. Fabulous sea view from our 2 bedroom apartment which was extremely clean. Cleaners replaced towels and towel roll. Owners very friendly and helpful. They can help you book trips with a local tour company based 5 minutes walk from the hotel. I understand they can collect guests from the airport. Dog friendly. The Split Mall is only 25 minutes by car and if you do not hire a car it is possible to get the bus into Split which may take 45 minutes to an hour.

The fridge in the bedroom was a little small. Perhaps tea as well as coffee could be provided at breakfast. If you have children the road infront of the complex was very busy so don't let them out alone.

The hotel is front sea, the mainly reason of my booking. Room was tidy and A/C run smoothly and constantly, what was great once the weather was very warm! The shower offered good water pressure and temperatures. Lovely breakfast, with fresh fruit every morning and omelette options, cereals and cakes on weekend! I just don’t know if they offer fresh juices because we didn’t ordered, but I have no complaints to number here.

The price could include the beach chairs and umbrellas, even for few hours, with the restaurant downstairs. We weren’t advised about paying for using them and was unpleasant to be informed only after setting our stuff on it and getting comfortable.

This time we were a bit unusual guests as we were getting married, and all our family from Denmark and Croatia stayed in Sunset Split Rooms.💍🎊 The owners went above and beyond for everything in the accommodation, from cleanness of rooms, restaurant, hospitality, organizing transportation and made our stay so memorable not just for us but all our friends and family and all those who came from other accommodations and saw where we were staying. Althought we had a weeding here, I can recommend this place to couples, group of friends, families and even solo travels who really want to relax because this place has it all - first of all its beautiful inside and out, interior is beautiful and we could enjoy morning swim, sunrise and beautiful sunset everyday since the property is right on the beach!! Then the staff is just awesome - they wanted to keep our cake after the party, cut it for us, the same as watermellon and helped us as much as they could to make it comfortable for everyone while preparing for the wedding 💍 There is a restaurant on the bottom floor on the beach and it was magical to eat next to the sea with our friends and family during the day, but the kitchen was also open the whole day so you could come for drinks, lunch, coffee, dinner etc. and it was so convenient for everyone because you had everything in one place. Otherwise there were plenty of restaurants around the place where you could eat alternatively. Cannot recommend it enough and cant wait to go back! ❤️

Great location, direct beach access. Lovely bar and restaurant area. Rooms were a good size and very clean. We did have an issue within our room (no fault of the hotel, but due to the storm conditions overnight) and the hotel owner immediately attended to the issue despite being 1am in the morning. During breakfast the next morning the owner came to check on us and apologise further for the issue. A huge thank you to the team for their quick response and help. Would recommend to anyone looking for a hotel with close proximity to the beach, local to shops and with stunning beach walks.

It's a family owned place with apartments, gym, restaurant, bar and the best view in the place. Literally you get out of your apartment and you are at the beach. Breakfast was great, hosts were super friendly and assistive. Overall great experience, and surely will be back when around. I was first guest this season, and I'm happy to say, they've prepared for a great season.

The owner, his son, and the lady working reception were so nice and helpful. They held our bags on day of arrival and day of departure which was greatly appreciated. They also offer a shuttle service which was great. Amazing stay in split!

The staff was very kind and helpful, the location was excellent and the food was very delicious.

Unfortunately there was a a regularly participant mechanical noise during the night which disturbed sleeping. Also we would have needed a dryer on the terrace for wet bathing suits, also a room cleaning for those staying at the hotel for at least a week.
