Just two minutes walk to the beach (which is mainly occupied by the neighbouring Le Méridien hotel). Very clean and modern rooms with comfortable beds. We stayed five days in a studio room which has a fridge, microwave, egg cooker, toaster, water kettle an a Dolce Gusto coffee maker, and a large balcony. There’s a small supermarket on the main road behind (above) the hotel, about five minutes away. There are also many restaurants, either on the main road or in both directions on the beach. The ladies at the reception were very nice and friendly. Split is approximately 10 kilometres away and can be reached by public bus from the main road or by BOLT/UBER services. All in all, we can recommend the Residence for a beach vacation.

The Residence hotel has only a minuscule pool with a few (6) sun beds and no shade. Neither do they have their own beach area with sun beds and umbrellas. All these services/facilities are owned by the neighbouring Méridien hotel. If you want a real pool and beach facilities, you have to register there. In June 2022, they charged 300 Kuna (40 €!!!) per person per day for guests who stay at the Residence- which in my opinion is impertinent. Everyone can use the beach though but you have to bring your own towels, sun chairs etc. And please note, there’s no shade - bring your own umbrellas!!! The Residence hotel should also offer these services for their guests, either for free or a nominal fee.

The room was great with a full kitchen, coffee machine, toaster, fridge and stove. It had fast free internet and was close to the beach and tennis courts. Very well located. Staff were great!

I believe they are busy upgrading as a suggestion I might suggest upgrading the lighting in the passage ways to the rooms, it's a bit cold and sterile. Other than that no real negatives stand out.

The location was perfect for me. because I wanted to stay near Marina Lav to catch a boat. Room was nice, very clean and comfy. Staff was very friendly and patient to wait for us due to our late arrival in Split.

Bathroom could have glass instead of courtains in the shower. A bottle of water would be nice as a courtesy with guests, specially those arriving late.

Really spacious apartment with a well stocked kitchen, beautiful views and lovely and very attentive cleaning staff. Decent small supermarket only 5 mins walk away.

Some shade (umbrellas) at the pool would have been helpful and enabled us to use the pool in the afternoon.

Borderlining excellent. But pool in very small, looked bigger in pictures. Appartment was nice and very clean.

Small pool and had to bring own towels to beach or rent. Rental of sunchair was 40 euro on beach located near hotel.

Great value for money. Kitchen was very nice! Breakfast in the restaurant was ok. We liked better to eat breakfast in the nice kitchen

If the floor in the apartment had been cleaned everyday, it had been perfect

Nice hotel next to LeMeridien Lav, but you cannot use for obvious reasons their properties. Room was big enough, clean, good bath room. Ladies at reception were nice, but the reception area is just a small room with limited options. Close to the beach, the marina around the corner is very nice, too.

While knowing upfront, the rooms in the basement have a limited view as we actually looked onto a stone wall, But to be fair, this was mentioned somewhere in the booking fine print I think.

The staff are very welcoming and extremely helpful, there is a small supermarket at the top of the steps going up to the main road which is great for stocking up on essentials, it’s so close to the beach for chill days and it’s equal distance for day or night trips to split and Omis.

The pool is a little small, but the beach is only 50mtrs away so it’s fine
