Lovely quiet hotel in a perfect spot ! The beach is just a few mins down some steps & is stunning. Lovely quiet pool with with lots of beds. Beautiful terrace for breakfast with gorgeous views.

I am a frequent traveler & this was one of the more unique accommodations. Family owned I was greeted with a very warm welcome by the mother, had unlimited answers to all my questions during a yummy breakfast by the daughter & such fab chats with the father, specifically as we were sharing the same taste in music & a very impressive record collection at the breakfast terrace. On top of this my apartment was very stylish and clean with an beautiful private terrace & the view from the breakfast terrace right at the seaside was just stunning 🙂. This is a fabulous place run by Mladen and his Family who are superb hosts. Although described as apartments they are all individual Boutique types with lovely terraces. So you have choices. Our room was lovely and spacious with and outdoor terrace, beds and tables and ever a shower overlooking the sea. The Pool is large with plenty of comfortable Sun Beds. You can walk from the Pool down steps to the Beach. The view from the Rooftop Terrace, where we had Breakfast across to the Islands is stunning. The beautiful quite Village of Stobrec with Restaurants, Marina,and Beach is a few minutes stroll. And it's only 15 mins in a Taxi from the hustle and bustle of Split. Highly recommend Villa Ark. Happy to provide any further information.

Absolutely nothing, only that we had to come home.

The property is in a quiet location and we had a beautiful sea view. Ease of access to Split. Short walk from the harbour and some good coffee shops and restaurants. Marija was extremely helpful and pleasant.

The general locality is a bit run down. Constant depressing music by the pool.

Best breakfast ever with a great view. Really great service. We were flying home on the last day and they provided a scale to check our luggage. We were allowed a late check out coz the room was empty after us. Great swimmingpool, free parking.

Perhaps the bathroom could be cleaner. There were some hairs missed in the bath. But that's really the only thing!

We loved your property: the pool was perfect, breakfasts set us up beautifully for our days, the roof top bar suited as grandly in the evenings. All the staff that we met - all the family - were so helpful, polite and welcoming.

Superb! Exceptional view with very nice garden. Hosts were very friendly and professional, room clean and everything just lovely! Although we were a bit skeptical while arriving (because google maps led us via a road under reconstruction), we could not be more wrong – first thing that just blow our minds was the garden. There is a lovely private pool, and whole estate is quiet and peaceful. Room was clean and tidy. We had fully operational private kitchen inside a room, although we were not using it. Breakfast was included. Hotel is family-run business and hosts did best to welcome us and make a pleasant stay! Mladen (owner) greeted us and had some best advice for having fun around Split! I’ll definitely visit again

Location was lovely. Quiet with beautiful pool area lots of sun loungers and access down to the beach. Snorkels and flippers available to use. Breakfast terrace with amazing views. Fresh breakfast. Spacious room . Staff very friendly. Plenty of fresh towels and beach towels. 10 minutes walk in Stobrec town. A great find.

Room and bathroom was a little dated. No kettle. Bath felt a bit slippery and bit unsafe to stand in under shower.

Hosts were really friendly and accommodating. Offered us to use the pool and leave our stuff earlier than check in time. Location is amazing, theres a pool and a beach couple of meters out of the property. Free reserved parking too.

I would like to thank the host my friend, Mladen first for sharing his insights of life with us which is especially helpful to my wife. In addition, I would also thank him for his trust in us when we cannot pay the total amount in cash on spot but can only wire him the remaining part via bank transfer when back in Geneva. It will be settled next Monday during the business hours of the bank when I can change CHF to Euro.
