Front desk Lady so nice friendly and she immediately made us feel welcome. Perfect for few days to even weeks stay, lovely Breakfast, good restaurant and located as close as it can be right on the beach. 2 pools plus a small extra childrens section in one pool makes it idealistic for all ages. Btw. Many rooms have perfect Ocean wieu from the room, some rooms have balcony with Ocean wieu. You feel welcome there. Free parking is right by the entrance door inside the fence so its really easy.

People who place their towel on sun beds hole week, to awoid other People use of the shared sun beds is annoying and every hotel should pay more attention to keep pool arear free of towels from People who dont use sunbeds but like to block others use. Will you Block a common parking lot, toilet, restaurant chair, step, elevator etc. in same way?

The accommodation overall was very good. The hotel is beautifully located right by the sea, and the surroundings are well developed. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I can definitely recommend this place to others.

The breakfast selection could have been more varied. The room did not include basic utensils like cutlery or plates, which would have been useful. Also, offering guests a small discount on dinner would be appreciated, as the prices are quite high.

Room and balcony 10 metres away from the waterfront, sleep with the sound of lapping waves. Amazing views from the balcony, including views over Split. Staff made us feel at home. Pool and water access. Sea was a bit cold (19C, in May) but quite swimmable. Easy, cheap 30 minute bus ride to central Split. Really nice dinner options (menu a bit limited, but good basic food).

Maybe mosquito nets on the window? We found a few mosquitos despite being 10m from the sea, but they were relatively mild types. (And we wanted windows open to listen to the waves).

The hotel is in a great location, straight on the beach with a swimming pool. Staff is lovely and always here to help with anything. Restaurant is good both for lunch or breakfast. Very relaxed atmosphere with beautiful views. Very quiet rooms and surroundings. Good parking and a mini supermarket next door.

Difficult to say but maybe have the restaurant opening at 1pm instead of 2pm? Not a major problem anyway, it kind of works if you have a late breakfast.

The location of this hotel was just exactly what we needed. The pools (2 of them) were well maintained and there were plenty of loungers surrounding them. The beach was across the pavement from the hotel. It was coral beach but was lovely. A good variety of yogurts, fruit, breads, hot food and cereals in the morning for breakfast. Podstrana was about a half hour taxi to Split airport. There was a grocery shop next door with an ATM at it. Was ideal for getting ice creams and snacks. The hotel room had a mini bar/fridge.

Nothing really to do with the property but for people to know that Split has some crazy traffic delays at certain times of the day. Something to be aware of when traveling into the city or to the airport.

Breakfast was lovely, pool was great, balcony views gorgeous, staff were super friendly and loved being so close to the sea!

If I had to be really picky, a bit of variation on the breakfast would have been good as we stayed for a week….but it was very tasty!

We loved the location right on the beach and the views from our room's balcony were amazing. We enjoyed the included breakfast with the sea view; there was a good selection of breads and fruits. The pools and pool deck were our favorite spot to spend the day in the sun.

The wifi was slow in some areas of the hotel. There were only two pillows on the bed, so it would have been nice to have more. While the location on the beach is wonderful, the hotel is further from Split, so could be difficult to find an Uber into the city because there were not many Ubers that far from the city.

Brilliant friendly staff( especially Anna in reception), all helpful and approachable. The Wi-Fi is a big positive The swimming pool was great and clean

Nice Hotel. Great location. A bit out of the city but if you are there by car no problem. Small grocery store right next door. You are right at the beach. Breakfast on the big patio right at the beach was amazing. Two nice pools. And a big plus for me the Beach was never busy and very clean unlike the popular spots inside town. Loved sitting on the balcony at night with ocean view. Would definitely recommend. Especially with kids. It was just great not having a long walk to the beach grab the kids step out the door and you are there

The Ac was old and could have been a lot colder. It worked and it was better than not having one. But that was a big minus for me. If they could upgrade their Air-conditioning everything woulr be great

The people. ALL the staff were so lovely. Very friendly and helpful Ana on reception especially looked after us Views were amazing. Little beach just outside was cute Food was good in evening. Breakfast very basic Bus service into Split was reliable clean and cheap (2.50 each one way) - took about half an hour

A bit tatty! No bars/restaurants to walk out to
