We spent 5 days at Lifestyle Hotel Vitar in August. Before we arrived, Martina had messaged us about our stay and very kindly upgraded us as it was our wedding anniversary. When we arrived the hotel surpassed our expectations. Every member of staff were friendly, helpful and could not do enough for you! The cleanliness of the hotel was superb, the food was to a very high standard, whether you were having breakfast in the restaurant (plenty of choice) lovely coffee or lunch on the roof top terrace. The roof terrace had a pool with a hot tub/jacuzzi with wonderful views over the sea and mountain landscape. There was even gym equipment on each floor if you wanted to exercise. The hotel was in a fantastic location within easy walking distance of the beach, shops and a variety of restaurants with a winery where you could have tap as and try various wines. There was also a Tommy supermarket close by for snacks, water and fruit should you wish to have lunch by the beach. There were market stalls along the side of the beach front where you can buy gifts or souvenirs. Tips: At the beach the sunbeds cost around €15/20 each a day which can work out expensive, whereas you can buy comfortable sunbed cushions on the market for €15 so a worthwhile investment. Buy some sea shoes at the market for the beach to protect your feet, as the beaches have pebbles and there are coral/rocks when you walk in to the sea. Buy water from the supermarket as water bottles, especially around the beach area are expensive. A cold bag to take to the beach is advisable too, as the temperatures in the Summer can be hot.

Our stay at the Lifestyle Hotel Vitar was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel's location is perfect, between the charming town of Bol and the stunning Zlatni Rat Beach. This prime spot allowed us to easily explore both local village and the iconic beach that Croatia is famous for. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the breathtaking view from the rooftop. From the serene waterpool and jacuzzi, we enjoyed the most spectacular sunsets over the bay. Breakfast at the hotel was another standout feature. The spread was diverse and delicious, offering a wide variety of options that catered to all tastes. It was the perfect way to start each day. The staff at Lifestyle Hotel Vitar truly set the bar for hospitality. Everyone we encountered was warm, welcoming, and always eager to assist. The service was impeccable, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The rooms were also a highlight: modern, spacious, and extremely comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, ensuring a restful and enjoyable stay. Overall, Lifestyle Hotel Vitar exceeded all of our expectations. Whether you're seeking relaxation or beautiful beaches, this hotel offers the best of both worlds.

The staff were amazing and happy to do anything we asked for, really exceptional service and always with a smile. The facilities are great roof top pool, jacuzzi and sauna with great views over Bol and the sea. Tasteful design and decor throughout and the breakfast was as good as anywhere I’ve stayed.

The hotel is situated off the main drag which is good, it is up a hill so wheeling the suitcases from the harbour was sweaty work. There is a “toy train” from the centre which goes to Zlatni Rat beach as well and stops right by the hotel if you’re feeling lazy.

Our stay at Lifestyle Hotel Vitar in Bol was fantastic. The rooms are modern and extremely comfortable, and we were especially impressed by the rooftop pool, which is the perfect place to relax with a stunning view. Breakfast was excellent—delicious, fresh, and with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable, so all compliments to the staff. The hotel’s location is ideal—close to the town center and beaches, yet quiet enough for complete relaxation. We loved it so much that we extended our stay by an extra night, and we will certainly be coming back. This is a place we highly recommend 🥰

Location was excellent and the hotel was beautifully renovated and furnished. Staff was amazing. My now-husband stayed here for our wedding and the staff was extremely accommodating. He actually forgot his button down shirt that he was supposed to wear with his suit and the hotel receptionist was kind enough to give him her husbands, they even had the shirt pressed for him. They even surprised the both of us with a delicious platter of seasonal fruit and champagne once we returned from our ceremony. We absolutely loved our stay here - being walking distance from the town and Zlatni Rat, the amenities (beautiful rooftop pool, jacuzzi, sauna), delicious complimentary breakfast, and the wonderful people who work here. We are so grateful to have chosen Hotel Vitar and want to come back some day. I can’t say enough great things!

Nothing we didn’t like

We got an upgrade on our room which absolutely MADE the holiday, we were crazy in love with our room, it was so beautiful, and cannot tell you how delighted we were to be blessed with an ugrade. The staff were completely delightful, so polite, kind, friendly, smart and helpful. The hotel was clean, the breakfast had lots of choice, it was extremely well located, the swimming pool and roof terrace was absolutely dreamy. The menu was delicious, that vegetarian burger was so good I wish I could eat it again!! Really liked that it was Adults Only as it was serene and peaceful to relax during our holidays! Loved staying here, I would definitely recommend.

I loved this hotel and really recommend it to anyone staying in Bol. It's very stylish and I had an amazing room. Loved the amenities including coffee machine, wine glasses etc and little cookies in my room plus welcome drink on arrival. I especially loved the roof terrace with pool and jacuzzi and 360° panoramic views of the sea looking across to Hvar Island and the mountains behind. The pictures don't do it justice; it is a really lovely setting. The staff are also really lovely and helpful, including giving me a map on arrival and showing me interesting locations, restaurants etc. Breakfast was great. Good location just outside the town of Bol and a five minute walk down the hill to the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

The road outside the hotel can be a little noisy at times. Nothing the hotel can do about it and it's more than compensated for by the other good things the hotel offers though.

The hotel is new, nicely decorated and everything in it is very clean. As for the location, the hotel is not exactly in the center, but it is quite well positioned. It is positioned roughly in the middle between the city center and the most famous Zlatni rat beach on the other side. It takes less than 5 minutes to get to the first beach or to the city, and it takes no more than 10 minutes to walk to the center, so the location was great for us. I would like to commend the staff who were extremely friendly and always available. We traveled with a small dog and there were no problems, in fact the dog was greeted with a welcome message.

Loved the rooftop pool and the breakfast was amazing. The view you get from the top is lovely. I liked there were additional items at breakfast you could order as well. The hotel felt like a very luxury treat. The balcony was a really welcome addition too, nice to have some outside space. The staff were so friendly and helpful! There was particularly one lady on reception who was incredibly helpful and kind.

I wouldn't say didn't like anything but we did think that there could be more of a 'lounge' atmosphere in the lobby. Somewhere you could have a drink before or after dinner. There is a bar there you can do that but I don't think the layout lends itself to people sitting there for long and relaxing. And some sort of pop up bar on the rooftop would have been great as well!

The hotel was modern, clean and had many facilities for all guests. The rooftop pool has an amazing view and has many sun beds alongside space to eat and shade. The room was large with a clean bathroom, space for storage and a balcony. The buffet breakfast was also a great addition and had a lot of variety with some Croatian delicacies which added a great touch. All the staff were friendly, hospitable and helpful which was great - would definitely recommend.

The property is on the stop of a steep road so may be difficult for some if walking from the port to the hotel. We could hear the guests in the room next to us late at night which made it difficult to sleep as our room was made for a double room I believe.
