Nice staff. Good breakfast. Super location.

The air conditioning worked, but rather weakly. Terrible noise, music, and loud songs from tourists until 4 am from the catamaran moored opposite the hotel. I understand this is not the hotel's problem, but you should know what to prepare for if you book here.

Location is excellent. Hotel had a lovely laid back feel to it. Enjoyed having a balcony overlooking the sea and restaurant (for people watching). Balcony had 2 chairs with seat pads, but was very small. Breakfast on the terrace, with the sea views, was lovely. Adequate choice of continental breakfast included in the price. 10% discount in the restaurant below the hotel.

Room was small (however, was adequate for 2 night stay). When sitting on balcony, cigarette smoke was an issue! (I know that the hotel has no control over this however) we would have liked a couple of wine glasses in our room - the minibar had wine but only tumblers to drink from.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Kastil. We were two couples travelling and both had rooms on 4th floor with views over the water. The hotel is centrally located with a good buffet breakfast.

Note there is no lift which was not a problem however our room keys constantly wouldn't work and after 24 hours we were advised not to keep the keys near a mobile phone or credit cards, it would have been nice to be told this after the key had been reset 2 times by the same person within 2 hours on arrival day or better still advise guests at check in.

Location was perfect. 20 min walk to Zlatni Rat Beach and plenty of amazing restaurants within 14 min in either direction. The restaurant below offered a discount for hotel guests but I believe their own restaurant was opening soon for the season. The bar next door had a great vibe and was really laid back. Nobody rushes you anywhere!

Our only complaints were no elevator ( carrying luggage up was challenging) and the aircon didn’t work well and because we faced the boardwalk we had to keep our windows closed because of the noise.

Hotel has a perfect location and that itself is just amazing. Other than that breakfast was tasty, sheets smell nice, windows have great isolation, view is beautiful (Bol is a beautiful place), etc. The cook and a cleaning lady are doing a great job.

On our first day a bathroom doorknob fell off (it wasnt drilled in so silicone kind of fell off), safe in the room was locked so we couldnt put things in and hairdryer was broken.

The hotel is in a lovely situation on the harbour side and close to the ferry dock. It's a busy location but, like Bol itself, is not noisy. The hotel is well maintained and, though in an old building, it has a modern feel. All rooms are clean and comfortable and have sea views. A good buffet breakfast is included and is taken on the lovely outdoor, covered terrace overlooking the boats. Bol town is small but has a good range of restaurants and bars.

It was all pretty good for what is a simple hotel - some of the staff did have an end-of season tiredness about them but they were all pleasant and helpful ..

We loved the location of the hotel (less than 5 minutes from where the ferry moars) and the view across the sea from our room. The breakfast was amazing, with eggs, bacon, meat, cheese,, different sorts of bread and cereal, fruits, grilled vegetables, yoghurts, delicious! There is a beautifully paved board walk from the village of Bol to the beach, all underneath trees, so shielded from the sun.

We had a room with sea view (without balcony). The window in the room was quite high, which means that you can only see the sea standing up, not sitting down or from the bed. But, when standing, the view is beautiful.

Amazing location. Our room on 3rd floor had a balcony with a view of the harbour. Thel aircon was good, but we did not have extreme temperatures during our stay. The breakfast was really good.

The room is small for two persons and lots of luggage (We were on a 2 week trip, Bol was a 2 night stop for us). There was no elevator to get our luggage to the 3rd floor room. Yet it was manageable and we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location just in the center in feont of ferry pier, super central location you can go everywhere by walk. Beautiful view especially from the terrace for the breakfast, very well assorted. Very clean and helpfully staff they allowded us for early check in. A very good place and beautiful building in the center.

The only appointment i can find the rooms are a bit old style decorated if they renovate rooms decor can be the best place in bol to stay.

Excellent location and beautiful building! Located right by the ferry port, it took us only about 3 minutes to walk to the hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful, with an amazing restaurant and picturesque views all around. We had a balcony room with a beautiful balcony overlooking the ocean! I also mentioned to the staff it was my birthday and was surprised by a bottle of champagne! A really nice detail.

The aircon really left a lot to desire. Upon arriving, we noticed our room wasn’t cooling and a suspicious smell coming from the vents. We requested maintenance, but ended up getting a room switch to a room without a balcony which was a bit sad, but a fair trade for a better AC. However, the AC was still quite poor in the other room. We were able to sleep but as the temperature in the summer is quite hot, our sleep was not the most comfortable.
