The air conditioning worked, but rather weakly. Terrible noise, music, and loud songs from tourists until 4 am from the catamaran moored opposite the hotel. I understand this is not the hotel's problem, but you should know what to prepare for if you book here.

The check-in process was quick and effortless, and check-out was just as seamless—no delays, no stress. Breakfast was ok, with a variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day. Our room was located above the cocktail bar, but that wasn’t an issue—in fact, we loved it! Since we visited the bar every night, the lively atmosphere added to the fun while still allowing us to relax in our room. What truly stood out was the exceptional service. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive. And the location? Perfect! Just a short stroll to the beach, making it effortless to enjoy the sun, sand, and sea whenever we pleased. Highly recommend this place for a vibrant yet comfortable getaway

The location was great, the terrace was beautiful with a gorgeous view. The personnel was very polite, friendly, and professional. The rooms were clean and our towels as well as bed sheets were replaced daily. Great AC, we were never too hot in the room. The ambiance was beautiful, someone was playing the guitar in the restaurant under our balcony every evening, which really elevated our vacation experience.

Breakfast options were limited. The hotel was recently renovated, but there are still things in the rooms, specifically bathrooms, that could be redone (e.g., there was mold in the silicone strip that connects the shower doors - this is not something that can be cleaned, it must be replaced).

Staying at Hotel Kaštil felt like stepping into a small castle, it is authentic and full of character, great for history buffs. It is located on the promenade so it makes sunset walks by the sea really accessible. The staff were incredibly friendly and had great tips about Bol, which was super helpful as it was our first time there. The restaurant served amazing traditional Dalmatian dishes that really added to the experience. We are definitely coming back in the summer. Best greetings to Toni and the rest of the staff!

Staying in the heart of Bol gave me immediate access to everything I needed—cafés, restaurants, and cultural landmarks were all just a short walk away. It made exploring effortless and spontaneous. The hotel’s position by the sea made the stay even more special. Waking up to the sight of the water was simply fantastic. The proximity to the waterfront also meant easy access to beach walks, boat tours, and seaside dining—an unbeatable bonus. What truly elevated the entire experience was the staff. They were genuinely warm, helpful, and attentive to every detail.

Our stay at Hotel Kaštil was exceptional from the very beginning. The staff warmly welcomed us at the parking area and helped with our luggage to the hotel. The receptionist was extremely kind and professional, providing all the information we needed for a pleasant stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with breathtaking views. The hotel is literally just a few steps from the sea, making it perfect for those who want to be close to the town’s main attractions. We were especially impressed by the breakfast. The rich variety of food satisfied all tastes, and enjoying it on the terrace with a stunning sea view made our mornings unforgettable. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic and relaxing stay in the heart of Bol.

Incredible Location. I would argue BEST in town. I had a third floor room overlooking the ocean. AMAZING. And the staff were super helpful. I especially liked Christian (who worked at night). He went out of his way to help me. Breakfast terrace was nice. Everything was just perfect!

I like it when places have a small kettle to make tea or coffee in the room. Not a big deal, but breakfast doesnt start until 730 am and i am an early riser (and like my morning coffee). But that's a small thing!

The hotel's location is super, the view from the windows is amazing. The beds are comfortable. The breakfast is small, but there is everything you need. You can also try the restaurant as it's a real pleasure to sit on their terrace. There is a parking, and the hotel stuff is here to welcome you with your luggage from the parking lot.

The A/C was not working so well. And you have to insist with the entry card as it's not always working from the first try

Location is excellent. Hotel had a lovely laid back feel to it. Enjoyed having a balcony overlooking the sea and restaurant (for people watching). Balcony had 2 chairs with seat pads, but was very small. Breakfast on the terrace, with the sea views, was lovely. Adequate choice of continental breakfast included in the price. 10% discount in the restaurant below the hotel.

Room was small (however, was adequate for 2 night stay). When sitting on balcony, cigarette smoke was an issue! (I know that the hotel has no control over this however) we would have liked a couple of wine glasses in our room - the minibar had wine but only tumblers to drink from.
