This is an old-style apartment in the Virgo block. With large interior spaces, separate bedroom. With a huge terrace. Comfortable for 3 people. There is no air conditioning, but the rooms are cold enough. The kitchen is moderately equipped, we missed the microwave a bit. The beach is easily accessible by stairs, approx. 50 steps down.

To Booking reservation: Do not pay based on the Booking letters, only on the spot! Booking's emails have been hacked, it is not possible to distinguish between hacked and non-hacked emails. Unfortunately, I paid based on the Booking email, it went to waste.

So it's "the" everything. At first glance the Resort could use a touch of renovation but the impeccable maintenance, squeaky cleanliness, good food and service charm you in a second. In general, convenient location, great and practical beaches around, awe-inspiring color of the sea, the magic and the hospitality of the island itself sweeten the deal. The bottom line, great value for money and worth your while. I'd definitely like to come back sometime. On second thought, I could stay there forever :-)

Great location, friendly staff. Great for families with kids. I'm really glad I did not pay attention to the negative reviews left on this site for the resort. Yes, as ppl mentioned the rooms are outdated, but it's NOT hidden. An intelligent being can discern through the pics that this is an old, not renovated hotel. It also carries a certain price for this reason! If you are expecting modern, glam then you need to shell out $$$, and not book a budget hotel and then complain about it!

Pleasant saltwater pool next to a beautiful shoreline and good swimming opportunities. The road along the sea that leads to centrum offers a beautiful view of the ocean. Very clear nightsky, so if you like stargazing, this is perfect! Comfortable and large rooms, with functioning small kitchens. We've been very happy with our stay here!

Didn't dislike anything in particular! It's not a luxury level resort, but it's excellent for the price!

A good logical and sensible choice, in my opinion, for a stay of a week or so in Jelsa. I have stayed here once before, was happy with the place before and also happy this time. Very reasonable price. Conveniently located for both walking to Vrboska (35 minutes) and also for coming on the daily 16.30 catamaran from Split to Jelsa. Best to eat in the evening an hour after the scheduled starting time, if you have booked dinner. In terms of places to visit, the Soline beach was my favourite.

My only one suggestion for an improvement is to have five or six extra tables outside in the swimming pool area so that more people can enjoy the entertainment provided in the evening after the meal. Otherwise I was happy with everything.

The hotel is beach front and this, beside the beautiful socialist architecture is one of the biggest pros for this hotel. It's nostalgic, it's like a gentle caress from a past, romantic, in the shades of pine trees with crickets chirping whole summer, with the smell of coniferous forest that awakens childhood memories when you were carefree.

Only the lack of aircon

Excellent location in the pine tree forest, close to the see and in walking distance to the nice town of Jelsa. Simple, but sufficient room equipment and offer for breakfast and dinner. Parking available near the hotel.

Rooms do not have refregerators, but we knew that in advance. Offer for meals could be improved without significant additional costs, e.g. polenta and out flakes for breakfast, black coffee in addition to the poor quality espresso from the machine. The hotel should make/repair stairways going down to the walking area near former Jadran hotel.

Hotel has an amazing location. In the pine forest with a great see view. I would say this is an old hotel, with old appliances but clean. If you expect 5 star experience, you will be disappointed, but if you just need nice place with decent features you will be more then happy

Location was good, nice coves and beaches close by. Facilities in the room was what we expected for the price, enough space for three people. We were very happy with our stay even though rhe resort has seen better days. Close to Jelsa. Staff in the reception very helpful.

Breakfast was until 10 am but food started to run our after 9 am. The room was not cleaned underneath the beds.

We booked a one bedroom apartment and were lucky to have a seaview. The apartment was large and well equipped. House keeping came every day with clean towels every few days. The resort was well designed with a good sized pool. The apartments were well spaced out and there was lots of privacy. Very close to the beach and local path to the town. Staff were very helpful. Bike hire on site was very reasonable.

The site is on a hill and has lots of steps. If walking from the town, come along the seafront to avoid the stairs!!
