We loved Villa Mediterranea! Mel was incredible. Made sure to reach out before we got there to get our timing so he could greet us outside to make it easy to find the place. We walked from the ferry which was a very easy walk. There is a beach directly in front of the place and Zlatni Rat beach is such a close walk (10-15min). The room was great and spacious and we got the room with the free breakfast which was great! Mel is so kind and made sure to make everyone feel comfortable. We also loved Bol and will definitely be back and will stay here!

Great location, just off the main path from Bol port to Slatni rat beach, with two beach bars close by. The apartments are space efficient but comfortable. The breakfast is varied, fresh and delicious. Mel and the team were friendly and helpful.

The property is quaint and very well kept. A small, quiet oasis situated in a perfect location, right on the water and nestled between the port and the best beach in Bol. Mel, our host, treated us like royalty and was extraordinarily accommodating with all of our requests. He made us feel like family from the moment we arrived. We felt so grateful to have found this property, and will absolutely be returning the next time we’re in Croatia!!

We had a great stay! The location is unbeatable—right by a quiet beach and just a short walk from the most famous one in the area. The pool was peaceful and never crowded, perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was a highlight: homemade, varied, and delicious. Our room was clean, spacious, had AC, a small kitchen, and a balcony overlooking the pool. The staff, especially the house manager Mel, were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Only small suggestion would be to offer beach towels, though I’m sure they would’ve provided them if we had asked.

A very warm friendly welcome every morning for breakfast , which I might add is great 👍🏼 The property is very cute,clean and in a fantastic spot for the town one way and beach the other. Sasha the host, is a friendly easy to talk to great guy and very helpful,nothing is too much trouble for the staff . would definitely return and recommend this beautiful little find to others 😊

Beachside Villa Review: A Perfect Coastal Retreat I recently stayed at this beautiful beachside villa, and it was an unforgettable experience. Just steps from a pristine beach, the location offered stunning ocean views and the calming sound of waves. The villa itself was spacious, elegantly decorated, and filled with natural light. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped, enjoying the sunset. The private pool and garden were ideal for relaxing, and the beach access made it easy to enjoy the sea. The hosts were attentive and made sure our stay was perfect. A fantastic choice for anyone seeking a peaceful coastal getaway!

Excellent location about 30 seconds walk from the beach. 10 minutes walk along the promenade to Bol in one direction and Zlatni Rat beach in the other. Bol is a lovely small town. We had a beautiful room with a sea view. Mel is an excellent host and made us very welcome the swimming pool and garden are lovely and were quiet when we were there. Secure parking is just a few minutes walk away. Mel sent us directions and met us at the parking. Would definitely stay again.

The property was amazing. The rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. The bathroom was a really good size, the bed was really comfortable and the balcony was a good size with fab furniture. The gardens are lovely and the breakfast area was fab. The breakfast was really good, lots of choice and made fresh for you. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. They made the stay very enjoyable. Mel in particular went out of his way to make our stay excellent. The owner of the villa was also welcoming. The location is really good.

Mel - the manager- was very kind and helpful, writing to us in advance on whatsapp and meeting us at the parking place, helping even with the luggage! The studio is new a modern, with nice view on garden and pool. Wondeful breakfast in the garden, also with some locally cooked typical food. Only a nice 15 minutes walk (in the shade of pine trees) from the famous Zlatni Rat beach.

Nothing we didnt like in the property. Just maybe, the parking area - a few steps away under the pine trees, could be adjusted a bit (i.e. big holes covered and some stones removed)

Excellent location! Extremely close to the beach and walk around the coast. Eateries and port are close by. We rented electric scooters which were perfect to speed up the walk with our children (4 & 6). They stood in front of us. Mel was a wonderful host—helped us to find the place which was a bit of a challenge for us. He and his staff prepared a beautiful spray for breakfast each day with fresh baked breads and cakes (banana bread was particularly good). Our kids enjoyed the pool as much as the beach (Zlatni rat) nearby. We had to depart very early the day we left and Mel packed us some food to eat along the way. Good value and great hospitality. Highly recommend.
