To be honest I was between 4 and 5 star rating but ended up with 5 because everything that's asked from hotel employees was finished in a very short period. Anyhow let's start: Good things: - they upgraded our room to the balcony room - clean, renovated room, with window between bathroom and bedroom, with air conditioning, hairdryer, deposit box, - beach towels, even after checkout (u need to ask ofc but at least to us, they provided us this possibility) - after checkout (if u want to stay longer that day) there is a dedicated room where u can take a shower, dress up and prepare for ur trip (again ask at reception) - AMAZING food, every night some other sea fish (salmon, shark, tuno, and some Croatian fishes), but really amazing prepared - our fridge didn't worked, and they fixed it in one hour - great location, 10-15 minutes to the most famous and probably most pictured Croatian beach "Zlatni rat" Tip: - Parking (8e per day) and sun beds (beach under this hotel costs 10eur per sun bed) are not included in price (yes it's a Croatian government rule). Btw just as info, if u want to have 2 sun beds and umbrella at Golden Horn Beach then thats 36eur per day

Not so good things: - Our room (b212) is really really noisy (u have in video noise recorded in the morning (around 8 am). Tbh I am not sure that I've ever been in noiser room than this one, u can hear everyone in hallway. (Because of this I was thinking to give 4) - there is no enough hangers for wet swimwear, and other sea stuff. Please change team

Everything was amazing. Beautiful Pool. Very warm staff. Breakfast is amazing, dinner is amazing variaaty of amazing delicous food.

Half board paid for and not providing free tap water at meal is a bit unusual had to purchase bottled water and pay for any beverage with dinner

The hotel was clean, and there was always this lovely refreshing fragrance when you walked through reception. The room was spacious and the mattress and cushion was in a good condition. Breakfast buffet wat fantastic.

It would’ve been nice if we had a kettle for coffee and tea in our room.

The hotel is newly renovated, rooms are super comfortable, clean and the whole structure is clean with a nice scent.

Half board but not even the water is included after playing over 200€ per night.

Literally everything! Distance from the port, distance to the beaches, facilities, stuff, breakfast, everything was excellent!

Nothing that I didn't like. I will definitely visit Bol again and I am going to stay at the same hotel!

The location is absolutely perfect, it's situated between the port of Bol and the famous Zlatni Rat beach. About 10 minutes walk to both of them. The staff is great, especially the room cleaning staff. The room was 10/10 clean and the room maids entered every day to clean the room and change the towels. This is the first place i've been to in Croatia to have room cleaning service like this! The bed is great, though the pillows are only average. The A/C is great, it could keep the room at 22 degrees without problems, even if there were around 35 degrees outside. The "standard" room with balcony i've booked had a partially sea-view. :) Breakfast is great and the restaurant and the terrace are big enough, so it isn't crowded at all, even in July.

The rooms are really small and the window between the bathroom and the room is really weird, especially for the rooms with a view to the front of the hotel/parking. Hopefully there is a curtain behind the window, so you are fine in the end. Hotel parking is about 10% parking spots on pavement and the rest is "parking spots" between the pine trees in the little forest in front of the hotel. Be careful with low ground clearance cars. It's also almost impossible to find a spot, so if you manage to, don't move the car during your stay. :)
