Location: 5min walk down to the main promenade where there are cute shops, restaurants and pakara's. 5min drive to Zlatini Rat (parking 5e/hour or 15e/day - cash only to pkg attendant). Hotel: boutique hotel, very clean, cute Pool: we didn't get a chance to use the pool because we love the beach. It looked very clean and serene. Staff: very friendly and helpful. Michelle at the restaurant was great, super friendly, attentive and remembered our names. Front desk staff were also nice. Wifi: it wasn't the best, it was just okay. Room: was very nice and clean, well stocked with shampoo, comfortable, cute. We were upgraded to #208. It had a peekaboo view of the ocean. Parking: outside and underground. Included and easily accessible. Restaurant: breakfast buffet was included. It had a nice selection of food, something for everyone, incl if you are vegetarian. On request, the kitchen will make you any kind of eggs the way you like it, waffles and pancakes (which are more like crepes than traditional pancakes). Way beyond a traditional continental breakfast.

The cleanliness throughout this hotel was exceptional. The reception staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious and well equipped. The decor throughout the building was consistent and well thought out. The pool area was great and very peaceful for relaxing.

The reception doubled as the bar and lounge area but we never saw anyone using it over our 7 day stay. I would describe the lounge area as functional but lacking in ambiance and comfort. The centre of Bol isn’t far but the steep hills make this hotel unsuitable for people with restricted mobility unless they have a car.

Breakfast choices were very nice. The views are amazing. The staff is very nice and helpful.

Loved this hotel and all the facilities on offer. It was very modern and spotlessly clean.We were upgraded to an apartment, which was a nice surprise. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay with nothing being too much trouble. Breakfast offered a large selection of dishes and was lovely and fresh. Towels were available for the pool and beach. I would definitely stay here again.

The location of the hotel was a good 7-8 minute walk downhill to the beach/harbour which was fine for myself and my daughter but the very steep walk back uphill for anyone with mobility issues would be a struggle.

Quite a walk in the heat up hill but we knew that. We also arrived earlier than first planned as our ferry time changed.. we had no control over that...The room wasn't ready so we left our luggage in the foyer and sat in the shade at the pool waiting for reception to contact us when the room was ready. At 1.30 pm/2pm we noticed other guests were being checked in, so went to reception to ask if our room was ready ..yes we were told, reception had apparently been too busy to tell us...despite us waiting in the heat for two hours. The rooms are also very small and by the standard of other hotels we have stayed in I can't see why Boutique is in the name. Lack of plain tea ...not everyone drinks herbal or fruit tea.

This hotel was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Exquisite breakfasts, very fresh and tasty, wide selection of products. There was a lovely pool, very clean and relaxing. We had a room with an outstanding view at the sea. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. I was also very happy with the location. Very close to the sea, yet far enough to enjoy quiet and peaceful atmosphere. It is true that your stay will be more than just a check-in.

Ground coffee instead of instant one at breakfast would be nice

Hotel staff were so lovely, always said hello/good morning and we’re happy to help with anything needed. The room was lovely and clean with everything we needed. Felt like such great value for money. Hotel breakfast was absolutely lovely with so much choice from fresh fruit to cooked meats and spreads. 10 minutes walk from the town/beach so great location. Really enjoyed our stay.

Hotel is lovely and clean and is a nice size so is not too crowded. The pool area is lovely and there were no issues at all with sunloungers being available. Breakfast was great with a really wide selection. The hotel is a 5- 10 minute walk into the town/harbour ( depending which way you go). There are some lovely restaraunts and bars down there. The nearest beach is around a 15 minute walk ( Borak beach). sunloungers are expensive (€20 each) however they are really comfy and the water is crystal clear. Zlatni rat beach is a bit further- around 20/ 25 minutes walk from the hotel.

Rooms were very nice, pool area also nice (although a few more sunbeds would be good). Breakfast was plentiful with a lot of choice and could order eggs how you wanted them or pancakes if you prefer. The rooms had Tea and coffee making facilities as well as a safe and mini bar fridge which were very helpful. And Aircon was adequate to cool off. The hotel had a small gym are with some free weights, a running machine and weights machine which were more than adequate. There’s also a sauna if you want to use it. Staff were all very nice and helpful from the reception, breakfast to cleaning. The accommodation in Bol rises up a hill from the sea so it’s a 10 min uphill walk back to the property but nothing too strenuous. If you had small children or were elderly it probably wouldn’t be ideal but there are taxis available. The upside is the walk to the beach is downhill and only takes 5 mins or so. Hotel is also situated 2 mins walk from a small supermarket which is great. The hotel is kept and run to a very high standard.

This wasn't the usual type of place that we stay in, we usually choose small guesthouses and this was definitely not that . But nevertheless it was very comfortable with a very modern, attractive room. Lots of space. There was a small balcony with chairs and a table. The staff were pleasant. The included breakfast (maybe included because of my Genius rating?) was fantastic - lots of choice, good quality, etc. There was a pool and exercise room but we didn't use them.

We initially chose this place because we were traveling by ebike, and were told when booking that there was indoor overnight storage available for them. But when we checked in we were told the only option was to lock them up outside, in a small area for bikes. But the rack was already almost full with their own (rental?) bikes, and we had to resort to locking one of our bikes to an air conditioning unit. So, apparently there needs to be better communication between check in staff, and whoever answers their messages. Also, we specifically booked a pool view room but our room overlooked the small parking lot and the next door building. Other than these small gripes, things were very good.
