Bol is a very beautiful place and this resort is ideally located: it's a 15 minute walk to the heart of Bol and a 15 minute walk to the beach Zlatni rat. The resort is not new, but the rooms in Bonaca have been refurbished, so they are new-ish and clean. The whole resort is packed with greenery and has beautiful views of the mountains on the one side and the park/forest on the other. The pools in the resort are nice, but only 1,4 m deep. And usually packed with screaming kids. The food in the restaurant was very good, even though I would appreciate a little more variation of breakfast foods. Lunch and dinner always provided meat and fish options, as well as pasta and vegetarian / vegan meals. Even gluten free was available. WiFi was very good and the staff very friendly.

I stayed in Pavilion 1 and my room got pretty noisy during the evening musical events (every night 9-11 p.m.) The room was fine, but a bit small (I could barely fit my opened suitcase on the floor). The room and linen were clean, but the linen were torn, which I wouldn't expect in a 4* establishment. The room got quite hot quite fast and I kept on using the AC, even though I stayed there in late September.

The Hotel is located very close to infamous beach - Zlatni Rat. Full Board Plus, meaning that breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as drinks are included. Sadly, I did not really have time to enjoy it every day, I would skip lunch some days when going far for a whole day. My room was ok for me as a solo traveler, cleaned pretty much daily as I requested, had enough towels and shower accessories. Actually, the shower is the main reason I booked this room. It had very good water pressure and different modes as well. Quiet hours are pretty much after 23:00 to 07:00 so I got good uninterrupted sleep overall, despite the majority of guests staying with small children nearby.

I could not use air con while sitting outside on balcony, as the open door sensor would trigger the air con to switch off, that was a bit annoying. But the receptionist informed me of that, so not a big deal. The safe was broken and did not have any instructions on how to use. I ended up of not using it at all, keeping my valuables with me, so all turned out well. Residences of the hotel are spread around various locations, eg annex buildings, meaning a lot of walking. Distances to port and beaches are about +/- 20 min walk, I would recommend renting a bike next time for convenience, and to avoid the heat / sunburn in the daytime.

The first blessing when we got there was that we were immediately allowed into our room because it was ready. To someone who's been traveling from 6 am that day it meant a lot. Second blessing was being told not only do we have breakfast included but also lunch and dinner. The third was that there was a tennis tournament going on and both of us are tennis player. We cannot express how much love we have for this place! And the food is awesome too! Well managed, well operated and well maintained place. We are already planning a family trip for next year. For us the most magical area is the one by the Beach Zlatni Rat and this property was in the perfect location close to the beach, 5 minutes away. We felt like we were in heaven. I almost forgot - bear and wine is included with the meals! Pizza is heavenly (this compliment is not given lightly since we are pizza lovers, makers and overall connoisseurs.) Pick this place - you will not be disappointed! It will surpass all your expectations!

Location lovely. Breakfast lunch and dinner buffet was great. Rooms spacious modern and clean. Ran out of pool towels at 2 pm and was advised that’s it for the day. Instead of pool boy sitting in a room full of dirty towels maybe have a washer and dryer going all day to avoid lack of towels. Grounds lovely.

Pool area entertainment lack lustre. Need staff with more enthusiasm.

The room decor was nice, very clean. Whilst the hotel was busy it didn’t feel overcrowded. The food was plentiful and decent. Set in a pine forest and close to lovely beaches, with crystal clear water, 10 min walk into Bol. The location is idyllic, a slice of paradise.

It was hard to get loungers by the pool, as guests ‘reserved’ the loungers by placing their towels on them, very early in the morning. It would have been helpful if staff helped guests to find a table at peak mealtimes. Could do with better labelling of the food for allergies. My husband has a nut allergy and we couldn’t find any labelling for this, so it was guesswork.

Very clean and easy reachable, food was delicious every day different but something for everyone. Servers were quick. It is near Zlatni Rt and the city

No one took us to the room and you have to search it yourself and when you are new to some place it is not easy to find.You have to pay for parking even though it is theirs. The are no sunbeds on the beach ,I came to swimm in the sea not in the pool ( I think hotel should offer some kind of deal to their guests at least to pay less for sunbeds cuz sunbeds on the beach are pricey )and you have to pay for drinks at the bar ( I mean what more should I pay 🥴). Price of the hotel is high and you have to pay all these little things extra

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Our room was modern and comfortable, with premium bathroom, new furniture, USB sockets right from the wall, good TV, comfy bed, nice balcony and excellent WiFi (WiFi 6 with repeater right in the room, well done!). Air conditioner is powerful and quiet (LG distributed system). Minibar was also good. The food was great with plenty of everything. There are excellent cappuccino machines (Julius) for breakfast. But strongest point of this hotel is their staff. Workers at the reception, in the restaurant and cleaning service were among the best I have ever seen in Croatia!

This hotel is full of kids, so if you are looking for 'adults only' environment, you will not find it here.

There was a lot of choice at meal times. Salad bar was great, some of the savoury dishes were too salty, personal taste though. Lots of drinks available, beer especially nice and cold. We enjoyed the live singers on one of the nights in the restaurant. The staff were great, keeping the place clean at all times. Wifi good and reception staff helpful. Phone line in one of our rooms didnt work and it was fixed immediately. It's a big complex to look after and it ran like clockwork. Immaculate everywhere and nice gardens.

The hotel rooms were a bit on the small side. Overall the place felt more focussed towards very young families. During the day, loud announcements on a mic by the pool made us feel quite stressed so we opted for the beach alot which was just a 5 minute walk away. Every night there was a loud tots disco and although there was a quieter pool area and bar towards the rear of the hotel (which was actually nearer our room) there was only entertainment in that area on one night per week. No bar snacks served with drinks. None of the above was a deal breaker, just offering detail on things that we personally didnt align with.

Staff is amazing, no many Croatian speakers but still very friendly and always eager to help with any kind of information or assistance. Pool is big enough and with high safety standards. Zlatni Rat is very close like 15 minutes walk with a 4 yr old. Food is very very good. Various options with fish on a daily basis.

Room wasn't that clean unfortunately from the previous shift. There were a lot of spider webs all across the room so we had to clean it first. Sheets and towels were very clean on the other hand. Parking is not free, there is an 8 euro per day charge which I didn't see when booking. It is not a big deal honestly but would like to have that information when booking.
