On the day of my arrival, I was allowed to park my motorcycle right at the entrance – what a great welcome! The hotel’s parking is just around the corner and located in a public lot, which was perfectly convenient. Service was outstanding – the entire staff was very friendly and helpful. One waiter even went above and beyond: after we asked about getting some watermelon, he not only got it for us but cut and chilled it with lots of ice, then personally brought it to us at the pool – all completely free of charge. Now that’s what I call going the extra mile! We received plenty of great tips and advice (because we asked!) on what to do, where to go, and where to eat – all super useful. Laundry service was available and excellent: my clothes were returned washed, dried, and neatly folded – even my socks – and all for a very small fee. The pool isn’t huge, but definitely large enough to cool off and relax. You can order drinks and snacks directly to your sunbed (drinks are charged, of course), and the sunbeds themselves are free of charge. One more thing, which might not seem important at first, but really adds to the experience: the interior design of the hotel is very well thought-out. When you’re in the breakfast or dining area, make sure to look down and admire the beautiful, unique tiling! All in all, it’s clear that the owners and staff are running this hotel with real care and attention to detail – they’ve set the bar high for others. If it’s within your budget, don’t hesitate – book this place!

Location was great with grocery store close by. Easy to get to restaurants and beaches. Bike rental and car rental were also close by. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet was simple and for a 10 day stay it was very repetitive but the eggs to order were great and quick. Pool was very nice. Private balcony was great for end of day relaxing.

Towels were very thin. For a 4 star property I expected something a bit nicer. Room was comfortable but small. Bathroom was large but dated. A drying rack for wet items on the balcony would have been handy.

Loved the style and size of the hotel .. it was quite small and very Croatian rather than being very modern which is just what we like .. lovely little pool and right on the beach front for a swim in the sea… the staff were amazing and best reception staff I have ever known they were so friendly and informative and gave us so much advise for travelling around Brac.. the rooms were a great size and really lovely balconies overlooking the sea.. we ate in the hotel restaurant quite a few times as the caeser salad and pizzas were amazing .. the hotel is in a quieter part of Brac and it is hard to get around as taxis are very expensive but we hired a car which worked perfectly .. such a lovely hotel and we loved our stay here .. We highly recommend x

Magda in reception was incredible. She helped us with anything & everything we needed & we left feeling like we had a new friend. She is an absolute gem!! Our room was also very nice. We had a beautiful view & the room was very spacious. The grocery is directly behind the hotel, the hotel restaurant for dinner was okay, there is another local place to eat just opposite the hotel & that was very good & fresh. Many coffee stops & shops. Beaches are in walking distance.

Breakfast was a huge disappointment. I like a properly made espresso drink in the morning & the coffee machines don't produce a very good product. The offerings were typical European breakfast I suppose but the fruit from a can was not appealing. There is a full restaurant, it would be nice to have a bigger breakfast menu option for what I paid for breakfast we didn't even end up eating.

Family suite was very good for 4 people. Good size balcony with sea view. Two bathrooms with showers on both. Room also renowated at somepoint. Breakfast was also quite ok as well. There were also restaurant at hotel which was ok compared to others at the area. Beach front of the building which was nice option as well.

Centrall airconditioner could have been more effective but also weather was very hot +35 during out stay. There was another air conditioner in bedroom which kept the room temp decent.

The location was amazing. We had a big room with a balcony overlooking the port, which was super pretty. It was also walking distance from the small beaches around.

The hotel needs a bit of a revamp, especially the bathtub and the headboard (which was all scratched). One thing we really didn't like was the waiter telling us to pick up our plates because that was not the breakfast area anymore (we had no idea where the breakfast area was starting or ending and he's been serving other tables around us, but didn't think to tell us when he saw us seated there). And one small recommendation, please give more than two small tubs of shower gel and shampoo to two adults for 3 a night stay.

The hotel is in a fantastic location in the lovely village of Postira Brac, it is clean,comfortable, the staff were very helpful & friendly. The room was a good size with very comfy bed & fab sea view. Breakfast had a good choice, fruit,yogurt, cereal, cold meats, cheese, tomatoes, croissants, bacon, sausage, eggs etc. Good choice fruit juices, tea & coffee.

There was nothing to dislike.

We are absolutely delighted with Hotel Lipa: the location, the facilities, the food and above all the friendliness of the hotel managers (almost all of whom are women!) is outstanding. The hotel is located directly on the beautiful promenade and on the beach, with other beaches just a few hundred metres away on foot. An absolute recommendation!

Lovely location, on the harbour with lots of restaurants. Courtyard swimming pool, kids loved it, beautiful island to explore, nice breakfast.

Would have been nice to have a kettle and coffee machine in the bedroom.

The location was excellent,beachfront,close to sidewalk and to restoraunts ,you don’t need a car to go to the beach or for meals.Breakfast was very good,once we had a dinner at the hotel and it was good as well.

Cats outside everywhere,In the garden,in the restorant outside under the tables!not comfortable unless you are a cat lover.The night receptionist had no idea what was going on with the hotel.He needs to be trained more.Poor internet in the upper rooms!Needs shade in the swimming pool area.Far from Bol,but more comfortable for family stay!
