Hotel Damianii truly surpassed our expectations. We were delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade upon arrival, landing us in a room with a private hot tub and stunning sea views. The hotel itself is beautiful and immaculately clean, with exceptionally kind and attentive staff. Its prime location means the beach is just steps away, complete with exclusive sunbeds for hotel guests. The service by the pool and on the beach was excellent. We're completely satisfied and wholeheartedly recommend it – we'll certainly be returning.

We had 2 rooms (1 sea view, 1 Mountain View). Definitely worth the extra for sea view, our sea view room had a huge balcony. Wonderful staff and great facilities. The wellness centre was beautiful and gym very well equipped. Location good for restaurants but would recommend having a car here as there are a few very good restaurants which are too far too walk to.

Didn't expect to have to pay for sunbeds on the beach and for the cabana beds by the pool as a resident of the hotel. Drinks and food are insanely expensive at the hotel so we went to nearby restaurants for drinks and meals. We usually rack up a sizeable tab at 5* hotels we stay at, instead we spent virtually nothing here...their loss benefited other local beach bar and restaurants. Also, be aware that you have to cross the main coast road to get to the beach.

Very friendly and attentive staff and also very efficient at getting the room's cleaned whilst we had breakfast. We checked out quite early with no time for breakfast and they were even kind enough to give us a box of croissant's to take with us. Facilities were outstanding to include a gym that had more than anything you need to have a regular session. Also offer a range of massage options which was easy to book and had a nice spa area. Peaceful location right next to the beach and a few bars/restaurants.

Only one very minor negative was that the pools were advertised as heated and neither the inside or outdoor pool appeared to be.

This hotel lives up to its name. The staff at reception, in the restaurant and on the beach were all very friendly and helpful. The pool is quiet and it is great to have the use of sunbeds on the beach. We appreciated being close to Omiš for restaurants, although the hotel’s own restaurant is excellent. You feel like a VIP.

Personally don’t like carpets in hotel rooms. So many facilities you don’t really need on a summer holiday like a sauna and whirlpool in our bathroom.

Everything was good , amazing room

The swimming pool, beach area and breakfast were outsanding! The breakfast menu was fantastic and much better then a buffet. The service was excellent.

I was surprised for a five star hotel by the stains on the carpet in the bedroom. Unfortunately, the electric points did not work in the room on arrival either and took a while to be fixed the following day.

Everything, this was the best hotel stay we've ever had, the hotel and facilities were excellent, indoor/outdoor pool, indoor/outdoor jacuzzi, Finnish and Turkish steam rooms, hotel room with a lovely sea view with a jacuzzi in the bathroom were all just luxurious. The pool area and private beach all with 4 poster beds for use were a very nice touch of class. The staff at the hotel were absolutely brilliant and amazing, friendly and couldn't do anymore with us and also made the stay even more fantastic, always met with a smile wether it was at reception, restaurant or even being brought drinks to us down at the private beach, we would like to thank everyone for there total 5☆ hospitality. We are already planning our next trip back to this lovely hotel.

Leaving the hotel and getting on a plane and coming back to rainy england

Beautiful boutique hotel, large and luxurious suite. Super comfortable large bed and huge bathroom with jacuzzi. Excellent sun loungers on balcony. Small but very well appointed gym with brand new high spec equipment. We also enjoyed running along the beautiful coast line and down into Omis alongside the river. Staff are a huge credit to this hotel - all delightful and gave some great recommendations. 1st rate breakfast.

Road outside the hotel a little busy but this is a minor point.

The staff were lovely and staying at the hotel was a pleasure as a consequence. Breakfast was good and they were accommodating of our son who loved the stay. Small and easy to navigate. Felt like a very personal experience which was great given we were there for 6 nights.

Things I wish I knew - Some of the lights did not work considering it's a 5 star. Having a jacuzzi in the room was nice however as there was no air-conditioning in the bathroom so it was very damp if I did not leave a large window in the bathroom open. In addition if you left the bathroom door open the room also ended up being very damp. Gym was closed after our first day which was not great as we booked it for the gym and pool. Not ideal if you want to frequent the old town as it's a long walk. We had a suite and the lounge and bedroom are open plan so no separation. No bottled water is provided daily which seems unusual for a luxury hotel.

Hotel was nice and cozy and personnel was friendly. We were offered Lunch boxes due to early checkout. Pool and in-door spa were excellent. Room was spacious.

Restaurant service could have been faster. At one point, another drink was offered due to slow service with dinner as a compensation. Road between hotel and the beach, which causes some noice.
