Location, location, LOCATION. The views are absolutely wonderful and having breakfast on the terrace overlooking the town of Omis is really a dream come true. The building is set on and part of old fortress walls and it is worth every penny to stay there. The staff were so kind and friendly - thank you to the young man and lady at breakfast - both really welcoming. Ante at Reception is the perfect hospitality professional. Thank you for the BEST stay with you. I am so very happy I did not stay in Makarska. Omis is just lovely town - less frantic and more picturesque than both Split and Makarska - and very easy to reach - just book a Flixbus from Dubrovnik or Split - the Omis bus stop is short walk to the hotel.

I loved all of it!! But for the sake of an honest review, the rooms are old style and it is quite expensive for what it is. Some travellers may want a modern option.

The location right before the canyon is so great! I loved the lift with the glass door! (I’ll keep the suspense here, only one thing: face the glass door at all times!) The staff has been so nice and so arranging! I’d like to thank you again! The rooms are comfortable with enough storage capabilities. I felt very welcome and warmly guided through my stay in Omiš. Whatever question one has, they should ask the hotel personal, they’re very knowledgeable!

Perfect in all ways. Wonderful setting. Bedding was fantastic for a good night's sleep. Breakfast had loads of choices and stunning views of Omis and the sea from the restaurant balcony. Jacuzzi on the roof was a treat. The staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Book a room with a balcony it's so worth it.

Can't understand why such an amazing hotel doesn't have tea and coffee facilities in the rooms.

Hotel staff were very helpful with all my questions! Room was clean. Meals were delicious. Breakfast, especially, was plentiful. parking onsite was a plus although I missed in the booking that there was a fee. Still worth the trouble. The view from the restaurant was stunning. Easy walk to the port. I love that they garden and provide some produce for the restaurant. There is a sitting area outside that also has wonderful views.

the decor was a bit outdated. hairdryer was one of those small ones built into wall in bathroom, and not very good for styling. The satellite television and internet were not working very well, so unable to get news in English and most programs were in German. I speak some German but not enough to compensate. Difficult to walk on the road to get to town due to no sidewalks, curvy roads, and fast moving vehicles. Small things for an otherwise nice stay.

The view from our window was stunning. The breakfast buffet was great, and we had a steak at the restaurant that was tender and well seasoned. The restaurant looked out over the town and was a beautiful place to relax with a cocktail. Family owned and very professional staff. This was a very cool place with an older vibe. Easy parking . The 10 minute walk to the nice sandy beach was very nice and had a nice restaurant right on the beach. Really enjoyed our stay!

Everything! Stunning location with incredible views from the rooms and the restaurant. Only a short stroll along the river and across the bridge into the center of Omiš. Our room was comfortable and very clean with everything we needed. Breakfast had lots of choice, and the tirimasu was amazing. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The entrance stairs were beautiful and a lovely spot for photos but there is also a very cool lift with more great views. The hot tub on the roof was also a big highlight for us!

The view from the balcony is amazing. The jacuzzi experience is special, almost nothing like it. All of the staff is lovely and friendly, also they contacted us beforehand and gave us suggestions where to dine and what to do during our stay. Also really liked the James Bond villan lair entrance, you'll see it when you get there ;)

Even though the whole room was spotless and the bathroom clean, you smell the sewage while taking a shower.

What an amazing place to stay! Our room was on the top floor with a balcony overlooking the river gorge. We were quite happy just sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine and enjoying the view. The room was plenty spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and the restaurant served great dinner. The only thing we would change is to have stayed longer!

If you're big on customer service, you will absolutely love it here! It's a family-run hotel, and the staff are extremely helpful, friendly and approachable. Excellent customer service! In fact, the best I've experienced. They'll provide you with all the advice and tips you may need. The hotel itself is perched upon rocks and stands out as a characteristic building/structure. My room had a balcony overlooking the river Cetina and the canyon. An absolute must visit! The restaurant has a beautiful terrace where I had my breakfasts ...while marvelling at the surrounding Omiška Dinara Mountains 😍. I loved it here (as a solo traveller) and will return with my partner! Oh and the rooftop jacuzzi was a touch of luxury I really enjoyed, too! Literally the best 360 degree views of Omiš! Special thanks to Ante for all the advice regarding hiking in the area! My holiday was everything I wanted and needed! Couldn't have asked for anything else!

Just booked as a one night stopover on our way from Dubrovnik to Plitvice lakes but wish we had planned for longer. The location was perfect – only a short walk across the bridge to the little town with restaurants, gift shops and food markets. The hotel itself was really unique – built on the rocks overlooking the town. Parking was available for 5 euro which we thought very reasonable. The hotel entrance was interesting. A corridor led you to a funky elevator which took you up to the lobby. The young gentleman at the front desk was extremely helpful and in fact all the staff were very accommodating. We were fortunate to be able to get a spot for the jacuzzi on the rooftop. Very private and amazing view; just wish I’d had time to book a massage. The jacuzzi itself was not very hot or as clean as I would have liked so I didn’t stay long, but it was a unique experience. It was nice to have a restaurant/bar on property. We had eaten earlier in town but it was nice to have a nightcap after the jacuzzi. The room was small and a little dated but clean and the bed comfy; the balcony with a view of both the river and the ocean was a plus. We could only find German programs on TV and again did not call the front desk for assistance as it was already late before we turned it on. The self serve breakfast was a bonus and a step above the usual ‘free’ breakfasts in hotels in the US. Plus the view from the restaurant was amazing. As breakfast started at 7am and we are early risers, the 11am check out gave us enough time to take a walk through town before the drive to Plitvice. Would highly recommend this hotel as a place to explore the area surrounding Omis.

The jacuzzi could have been warmer and a little cleaner but otherwise we had a great stay.
