If you want to experience hospitality at it's finest you need to stay at this amazing hotel with its even more amazing staff! We enjoyed a fabulous holiday in Croatia, despite staying in two 5 star hotels this place was undoubtedly our favourite. Stephen the sales manager, Tanya on reception, the beautiful restaurant manager and Jelena at the bar were all top class. It was a pleasure to stay here and enjoy being surrounded by people who thoroughly enjoyed their jobs and were so eager to please - a breath of fresh air. We look forward to returning to Hotel Plaza Duce. Keep up the good work Duce family.

Modern clean property. Large comfortable sea facing rooms. Immaculate cleanliness. Daily cleaning. Large spacious hotel. On site indoor and outdoor pool spa jacuzzi pool bar restaurant. Beachfront property - cross the road and you’re on the beach . Close to Omiš the hitch is a beautiful small village and bus stop is right in the front. All staff are extremely helpful

Location is 25-30 min from Split by car by road and 40-50 min by bus. In peak traffic this takes longer. All excursions and trips start from split. Only very few from Omiš which is quite close about 5-10 min

We spent one week here enjoying indoor and outdoor pools and the beach near by. We had breakfast and dinner buffet both included so we wouldn't have to think about every night where to go next. Brekfast was good but fe. juices should be cold. Dinner buffet was ok but not as great that we rememberd. We missed more typical grilled fish and dinner had same problem as breakfast: Cold foods shoud be served cold and warm foods hot. Everything seemed to be kind of lukewarm. If we come here again, next time we know better and book only like 3 dinner nights. Dinner drink doesn't include so know that water and sodas are like 4€, wine 7€ etc. Food by the upstairs restaurant/poolbar was good. Cleanliness and tidiness were top class in my opinion. Good to know: the beach is located on the other side of the road and directly in front is also a camping area for motorhomes. This did not bother us. Beach towels can be obtained with hotel cards, apparently one time free of charge. Beach chairs cost from 8€/day or 14€/2 pieces/day. Not a bad rate, others near by offered plastic beach chairs from 5 to 8euros and a same kind of four star hotel offered theirs with 30 euros! A small Konzum shop very close by. Omis is 3km away which we walked and one day we also went by bus. I recommend that you dowload the promet split app so you can buy bus tickets from the app and see timetables in real time. You can also book a taxi from the reception and to omis it was 7€. Split center by bus took more than 1.5h/oneway, which was a bit of a shock. Either there was a lot of traffic or we remembered wrongly that the trip would be about something 35-40 minutes. Because of the traffic, it felt like we were a bit out of the way and ended up staying in the area more than planned.

Buffet foods temperatures. There is also like three kind of information how the indoor and outdoor pools are open so those maybe should update. In our room there was some kind of painting job done and you could stil see the masking tape on its place. Also our bathroom doors lock did not work. Tiny things but hope you'll fix these for the next ones.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. The room we stayed was immaculate, modern and had a great view over the pool and onto the sea and Brac. My husband also loved the room because of all the tech and again the stunning view. The food at the hotel was delcious we didnt have a bad meal and my husband who is normally fussy tried more and enjoyed everything too. The hotel as a whole again is immaculate, there is nothing out of place anywhere in the hotel and you can tell the staff work to high standards. With regards of the staff, all were incredible. They were friendly, informative and couldnt do enough for you. The management should be proud of them. It was a 5 star experience for us.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The property itself is clean and modern with excellent rooms that are well-maintained. Housekeeping was done daily and always to a high standard. The hotel offers plenty of amenities, which made our stay very comfortable. I also want to highlight the outstanding service, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious, both at breakfast and dinner. Overall, it was absolutely worth the money. I can confidently say that our time at the hotel was simply excellent!

Luxurious rooms, spacious and well equipped with plush quality furnishings. Bathrooms with bath and separate shower ‘his and her’ wash basins, robes, slippers and complimentary toiletries. Stunning sea and mountain views looking over to Brac island especially from rooms on level 6 upwards. Food exceptional in buffet style restaurant with ample choice and healthy options including a variety of fresh/ detox juices at breakfast. Facilities include indoor pool, gym and jacuzzi in addition to outside pool and sun terrace which is well furnished with beach towels provided at no additional cost which can be changed as needed. The hotel provides an airport transport service if required at a reasonable cost. The staff are amazing, we have visited twice and received a warm welcome, friendly atmosphere and fantastic service from reception, housekeeping and bar/ restaurant staff through to hotel management.

Nothing not to like but on the downside there is quite a busy road in front on the hotel, rooms on the lower floors may have noise pollution from traffic. The hotel has a private beach and beach bar which is accessed across the road.

Very friendly staff. Food was great (we had breakfast and dinner), and everyone can find something for its own taste. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, really comfortable. Our view was amazing from the 4th floor, huge balcony. Amazing view from the pool bar - outside pool with jacuzzi is a really nice touch. High tech rooms. Welcome drinks and "thank you for your stay" chocolates. The bathroom is astonishing. Overall - really amazing hotel with the highest standards.

If you are looking for a good inside pool and wellness and spa, you might find something better than here. Really tiny inside pool, one inside jacuzzi, and 3 saunas - but on a really small side. You have to cross the main road in order to get to the beach. Other than that, you really can't ask for more.

The hotel is nice and clean. We didn't get to use the spa area because we only stayed for 1 night. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We had a large terrace but it faced the road and it was quite noisy. We had breakfast and dinner included. The food was delicious /the desserts not so much/.

Drinks are not included in the dinner price /even water/ and this was not announced in advance. We were given the bill upon departure. And one more small but annoying thing - there was no bottled water provided in the room upon our arrival. You expect this in a 4 star hotel.

- spacious room, very clean and with an amazing view to the Adriatic sea, we had one of the best rooms (13th floor) on the corner, where the balcony was very big (olso with sunbeds) - shower and bathtube (suitable for 2 persons) in the bathroom - good and various buffet breakfast, good coffe - quality cosmetic products (Rituals) - nice and helpfull staff - very good cakes

- too many extra-charges for thing that shoud be included like: * parking: we had luck and we found a parking spot in front of the hotel, but the garage was 12€/day * sunbeds at the hotel private beach (should definetly be free for guests) * drinks at dinner (buffer dinner with various food, not all of then cooked well and no free drinks. For a bottle of water we had to pay) - they had champagne and other eye-chaching stuff, but raw steak and monosodic glutamate tasting soup (I would prefer better cooked meals than champage at the breakfast) - the best food was the most simple one (fries, pizza, deep fried...) - far from Omis city center

Wonderful welcome and amazing rooms . The whole hotel was spotless, and all of the staff were cheerful and helpful. Facilities were top notch. Great pool and a lovely spa. The beach across the road with Cafe was great too.

Having to leave We had the best holiday and it was really difficult to say goodbye.
