Breakfast excellent

No Restaurant open at the hotel or snack bar in the evening as it states in the brochure both closed. Nearest restaurant was 300 metres up a road gradient which was very steep (not suitable for elderly perdons) and then to find that one of the only 2 restaurants available nearby closed after 1 week. Beach 200 metres as the crow flies but 350 metres walking not sign posted, when you arrive it is a pebble beach

The room itself, the staff, the breakfast and the location was fantastic. Lots of quality selections for food in the morning, beautiful view from the balcony with a drink in hand.

Only one thing, but sadly it was frustrating for my wife and me: the hotel itself was loud. Because of the thin walls and doors we could hear everything that was happening in the corridors or in the rooms next door. If you wanted to take a nap in the afternoon, at least when we were there, it was almost impossible.

It’s all you can dream off for a perfect vacation and sometimes maybe beyond that. In the Croatian hospitality spirit, everything was absolutely fabulous for our stay at the hotel. It’s a relatively new place, very well maintained, the room we had was spacious and the wide balcony with that intimidating view of the sea is worth every penny. You can’t find a flaw even if you try hard. Actually their big flaw is that everything is close to perfection. The staff from manager to everyone else is very-very professional and friendly. After only 2 days I wanted to never leave. Everyone that’s client-facing speaks English very well and it was always a very fluid and stress less communication. The partnering restaurant’s breakfast, again flawless, varied the dishes so all tastes are easily satisfied. It had the option for serving lunch and dinner so you can dine anytime as it’s only 2 minutes away from the beach. Honestly! All in all for us it was a great experience, many-many thanks to everyone at the hotel and restaurant. It’s a starred stay for us and I will definitely book them in the next years. If not early!

All in all our stay at Villa MiraMar was awesome. The rooms were pretty and always well cleaned. The breakfast was also great and the staff were always very friendly and courteous. It is great located if you want to have a relaxing holiday (no traffic noises, no loud neighbours,…)You’re at the beach in 2mins and in the City of Omiš in 5mins. For us was it the perfect location. We definitely will be back in the future.

Wonderful staff, very helpful and willing to give advice and recommendations. They were really lovely people. Facilities were new, very clean and generous in size. Nice breakfast.

The view was a bit obscured by other buildings. Roads around the hotel were narrow and not in great condition- neither of these difficulties were any fault of the hotel who went out of their way to assist in whatever was required.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel truly welcome. We stayed with our dog, and for the first time, we felt that our dog's comfort was just as important as ours. The hotel is in a perfect location with beautiful views and only a 5-minute walk from the sea. We will definitely be coming back!

The location just a short walk to the beach was perfect for us. We were familiar with the area so it was easy to find. The Breakfast was stocked with lots of options which was great and refilled often.

Understanding the late checkout process was a little frustrating and was not communicated when we checked in. We should have asked more questions. Our Ocean view room was more of the building in front of us but understand not every room will have a perfect view.

Good and quiet location close to the beach. Good breakfast (included). The rooms were clean and neat and had working airconditioning. They prepared a cot for free for our 1 year old. The cot was new and had great bedding. Staff was very welcoming, kind and helpful. I would suggest you to reserve a parking space in the garage beforehand. If you decide to eat lunch or dinner at their restaurant (Cristal), I suggest you order Georgian dishes on the menu (imeretian khachapuri,…).

The place is amazing. Close to a beautiful beach shaded by pine trees. There is a bar on the beach. Cozy, clean hotel. Great view from the room. The breakfast was varied and the dinners excellent. It was possible to order half board something like a business lunch or a la carte. The a la carte menu was the best I have ever had. The children were also happy with the children's menu and desserts with ice cream. The restaurant was also open for lunches. It was very important for us as the child had to be fed lunch. The bar was open until almost midnight. Great staff! There is a gym. I had a massage. It was amazing! There is a rental of scooters through the application. We reached the center of Omiš in 5-7 minutes. Everything was wonderful. We will definitely visit again.

Amazing staff, they are like family - always smiling and we felt very much at home here. The buffet breakfast is abundant and very delicious. At one point we had to check out and were waiting for our car to be fixed, they offered us water and coffee free of charge. The room was very clean and the view was amazing. The location is quiet and the beach is very close with great views over Omis.
