Hotel Villa MiraMar was fantastic. Alexander was so helpful always there with whatever information or help you need. A really welcoming experience. Hotel is spotless and the team very friendly. If you are looking for a beach Hoilday and to relax this is the place to go. Breakfast was really nice and a good selection to start your day. Restaurant is open in the evening if you are staying about but you can also going into Omìs less than 10min in a taxi from hotel for 10eur a really lovley place to visit with plenty of restaurants and bars. Hotel will also arrange you transport from Split airport really at a really good price much better than at airport. Hotel is about 1hr from Split airport. Really good hotel with fantastic sea views from your room.

Absolutely nothing about the hotel it was fantastic. The only thing I would say if you are any way unsteady on your feet there is hills/incline/ steps about the place 9

An excellent hotel located close to the beach, slightly elevated — just enough to give you beautiful sea views from the balconies. There's a private underground parking area that’s quite spacious. I read some reviews mentioning a tricky access road and "extreme" parking — but come on guys, you're driving in the mountains, what kind of roads were you expecting? The hotel staff coordinates arrivals and departures and tells you exactly where to park. Your car stays cool and shaded — that’s a big plus. There’s even an elevator, which we didn’t expect at all. It’s very convenient to get up from the parking area to your room with all your luggage. Our room was clean, stylish, and had a stunning view of the sea and a portion of the beach. At night, we could even hear the sound of the waves. More things we liked: Spacious balcony — perfect for relaxing in the evening. There’s a clothes drying rack in the room and an iron with an ironing board in the hallway. Small fridge in the room. A good, powerful air conditioner. Well-equipped bathroom with towels, shower gel, and shampoo. Great water pressure too. The breakfasts were excellent — just the way we like them. It’s a buffet with a wide variety of food. Every day, in addition to the usual dishes, the kitchen staff prepared something new. Plus, there were different delicious cakes every morning! The entire staff was super friendly. Another big bonus — the hotel is pet-friendly, in case you can’t leave your furry friend at home. This place is called a “villa,” but in reality, it’s a proper, cozy 4* boutique hotel by the sea. We absolutely loved it.

The staff are very kind and helpful. The hotel is clean, and the rooms have good airconditioning. Beach and beach access are the same across the whole coast, not just for this hotel, with beaches pebbly and fairly narrow. Beach access is a bit of a climb, either up and down some stairs or on a steep path. If you have a car, you can also explore other beaches and towns nearby. If you are scared of driving on steep, narrow roads, this part of the coast may not be suitable for you.

Our stay here was simply mind-blowing and exceeded all expectations. The hotel was clean, pleasant, comfortable, and the breakfast was very varied. But we were totally blown away by the staff—their tremendous professionalism, friendliness, helpfulness, and energy with which they treated us. They threw an amazing birthday party for my daughter, for which I am extremely grateful. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

No Restaurant open at the hotel or snack bar in the evening as it states in the brochure both closed. Nearest restaurant was 300 metres up a road gradient which was very steep (not suitable for elderly perdons) and then to find that one of the only 2 restaurants available nearby closed after 1 week. Beach 200 metres as the crow flies but 350 metres walking not sign posted, when you arrive it is a pebble beach

The room itself, the staff, the breakfast and the location was fantastic. Lots of quality selections for food in the morning, beautiful view from the balcony with a drink in hand.

Only one thing, but sadly it was frustrating for my wife and me: the hotel itself was loud. Because of the thin walls and doors we could hear everything that was happening in the corridors or in the rooms next door. If you wanted to take a nap in the afternoon, at least when we were there, it was almost impossible.

It’s all you can dream off for a perfect vacation and sometimes maybe beyond that. In the Croatian hospitality spirit, everything was absolutely fabulous for our stay at the hotel. It’s a relatively new place, very well maintained, the room we had was spacious and the wide balcony with that intimidating view of the sea is worth every penny. You can’t find a flaw even if you try hard. Actually their big flaw is that everything is close to perfection. The staff from manager to everyone else is very-very professional and friendly. After only 2 days I wanted to never leave. Everyone that’s client-facing speaks English very well and it was always a very fluid and stress less communication. The partnering restaurant’s breakfast, again flawless, varied the dishes so all tastes are easily satisfied. It had the option for serving lunch and dinner so you can dine anytime as it’s only 2 minutes away from the beach. Honestly! All in all for us it was a great experience, many-many thanks to everyone at the hotel and restaurant. It’s a starred stay for us and I will definitely book them in the next years. If not early!

The hotel is very clean, cozy, and comfortable in every way. It is dog-friendly, and the staff is friendly. The bed is exceptionally good for a hotel bed—almost as good as at home. The soundproofing of the rooms is also excellent, and you can't hear any noise from the neighboring rooms.

All in all our stay at Villa MiraMar was awesome. The rooms were pretty and always well cleaned. The breakfast was also great and the staff were always very friendly and courteous. It is great located if you want to have a relaxing holiday (no traffic noises, no loud neighbours,…)You’re at the beach in 2mins and in the City of Omiš in 5mins. For us was it the perfect location. We definitely will be back in the future.

Wonderful staff, very helpful and willing to give advice and recommendations. They were really lovely people. Facilities were new, very clean and generous in size. Nice breakfast.

The view was a bit obscured by other buildings. Roads around the hotel were narrow and not in great condition- neither of these difficulties were any fault of the hotel who went out of their way to assist in whatever was required.
