lokacija izvrsna zbog koje se vracamo svake godine. u ponudi imaju domaca stina vina 👍 odlican bar ispred hotela na setnici. simpatican portir i konobar na veceri koji su bili tu i prosle godine.

recepcija. osoblje nenasmijano, uvijek u grupicama, okrenuto ledjima. komentiraju goste na glas. check in bez ikakvih informacija o hotelu i bez tople dobrodoslice. svake godine recepcija je i dalje najgori dio hotela sto se cini nevjerojatnim. late check out nije bio uopce moguc sto je ok, no kad smo dosli u sobu da se brzinski spremimo i izademo na vrijeme, isto nismo mogli jer je cistacica taman namocila podove sto nije imalo nikakvog smisla s obzirom da taj dan izlazimo.

The level of customer service was mixed, some of the staff were quite grumpy - no smile when speaking to bar staff etc, we didn’t get a welcome when we arrived in the hotel only a ‘your room isn’t ready yet’ when we arrived. No one explained the hotel when we arrived and the facilities etc. Was told by one bar member at the pool to move my sunbed so he could walk past (there was many other ways to walk around without me moving) we had no soap in the hotel room which we had to ask for three times before any was given to us.

Great location, friendly staff. Room was comfortable and clean, with pine forest view.

Dinner buffet can be bit crowdy, especially if hotel is booked out.

Great location, clean and spacious areas, nice horticulture, variety of food options…

All is good, just a suggestion about working hours of fitness. Make it open from 6am or 7am, since 8am is a bit late if you want to have breakfast (7am-10am) afterwards.

+++++ Location. The hotel is set in a pine forest along the walking path to Golden Horn, just 50 meters from the sea. ++++ Breakfast. We enjoyed the variety and quality of food at breakfast — everything we tried was tasty. Tip: the last hour of breakfast gets crowded, so it’s better to come earlier. ++ Room. The room was nice, with a great bed and comfortable mattress. I wouldn’t say it was spotless, but overall it was fine.

- Pool. This was expected disappointment. It was rather small, and despite the “no balls in the pool” rule, many people played with them and occupied a huge amount of space. There were also lots of uncontrolled children. Another issue is that towels are not available during the day and you have to take them either early in the morning or in the evening.

I'd prefer not having dinner included in the price and reducing room price. Food was just ok, and definitely wouldn't have wanted to eat at their buffet every night.

Beautiful hotel on coast, with private beach and great pools. Getting sun beds was never an issue on the beach or pool and thankfully no crazy fighting for beds. Location is great and lovely 20min walk along car free, sea front promenade into Lapad center, which is also very nice. Bus outside hotel into Dubrovnik was super easy and frequent. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially hotel bar staff. Buffet choice was excellent

Nothing to note

The location is great—just a short walk from the coast and the promenade leading to the city, and it's also close to the famous Golden Horn beach, which is a nice bonus. The rooms are a good size with very comfortable beds. While the sea view is nice, it can be partially blocked by threes or hotel buildings. The breakfast and dinner options were decent, offering a fair variety. Overall, it's a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

The parking situation could be better organized, and the elevator in the C block is quite small, which can be inconvenient at times. It's also disappointing that the hotel doesn’t offer tap water during dinner, especially since the local tap water is perfectly drinkable.

The hotel is probably the nicest we’ve stayed in. This is our second stay here and we would definitely return. The staff are professional, helpful and very friendly. Very attentive and efficient at breakfast or dinner. Everywhere is spotlessly clean, the food is excellent and the space always feels cool, calm and spacious. Even though there may be many people staying it never feels crowded. Pool bar staff were fun and kind. Very pleased with everything. We think Bol is beautiful and the location is wonderful for snorkelling and the pool is fantastic. Very impressed.

Amazing stay !! I would recommend 100%! Very relaxing, good bed and enough space for our5days stay. Staff very nice and helpful. Pool very nice and great location! Gym very nice and spa as well!

The restaurant was ok. The schedule was not perfect for someone in holidays .The breakfast until 10am (quite early if you want to work out in the morning and still have time for breakfast) . Good options at breakfast. Dinner as well very early (9pm closure) and the options were not amazing (specially for vegan or diet restrictions people)
