We really enjoyed our stay here and it is a great location to go with kids. Restaurant food was diverse and healthy, room was not at all in need of a renovation and yes beds were a bit hard but still comfortable and my husband's back pain got a lot better haha. Staff was friendly, there were many swimming pools, weather was great, walking paths around the hotel are very nice, location very beautiful. I really have a hard time to see what the bad reviews are about because really we have nothing to complain about and thought this place was a small paradise. Thank you to this hotel!

Rooms were spacious and comfortable and air conditioning was great. All inclusive food options were good, although the kids would have liked ice-cream on offer as a dessert! Coffee in the morning was excellent. Our boys enjoyed playing padel very much despite the heat, and we all enjoyed the ice-cream but a bit more choice of flavours would have been even better!

Our children's beds were not made up on arrival in our family room, and we arrived very late so no one was available to sort this for us. We made do for the first night with some bedding the night porter found for us, and it was all sorted the next day with an apology.

Almost everything was very good, You can find very good food in self service,room had balcony with nice views,outside was safe you can leave your staff for all day without any problem. beach was very close just one minute from room. Staffs were very nice and friendly, you have various of drinks almost all day and nice snacks and ice cream.in general I would like to comeback again.

Fantastic place, very clean, beautiful surroundings, great facilities for both kids and adults. Always felt relaxed. Food and drink were delicious, staff were always nice and very helpful. Being on the doorstep of a stunning beach and the quaint town of Supetar was perfect, we loved strolling along the beach to the local bars and cafes. Equally very easy to get out of town via bus/taxi/ferry if so desired.

The ONLY thing would be we would have liked slightly higher quality/nicer tastjng wine with the all inclusive drinks but only a small gripe

On arrival we were allocated to eat in the Tui restaurant on the site next door. This meant we had access to the full Tui site so other than sleeping in the Waterman hotel we spent our time in the Tui side which is much nicer. The Tui site is recently renovated and generally the facilities much nicer. The food was good for an all inclusive, plenty of choice and refreshed regularly. All the staff were great and the Tui site has a lovely feel about it. It’s not clear on booking just how close the Waterman/Tui hotels are to the town, which is a great advantage. The harbour town is lovely with some restaurants. On the beach directly by the hotels is a huge amount of activities, water sports, a dive centre, massage and bars and restaurants. Overall a great family resort with plenty to do in a great location.

Best value for such kind of stay

We had the best stay at Waterman Svpetrvs. Very child friendly and our 2 year old toddler loved the pools, the food and the staff at Antonios (big love to them). The beach is so close by and the baby pool with the slides (+ ice cream bar) was a hit! Our room was perfect and the ocean view was amazing. Also nice to have a walk to the city center which is very near by! Basically the resort has everything, if you want to chill you never need to leave the premises!

Breakfast left me underwhelmed and dissatisfied. While the restaurant has potential, they need to address the issues of basic execution, greasy offerings, and inadequate cooking techniques to provide a breakfast experience that is truly worth the visit, also lunch and dinner.

Waterman's failed to deliver a satisfying culinary experience that matches its reputation. The overall lack of finesse and sophistication in both cooking and presentation left me unsatisfied. In conclusion, Waterman's 4-star resort's dining experience was disappointing due to subpar culinary execution and lack of attention to detail. While the service was commendable, it couldn't compensate for the underwhelming food quality. It is my hope that the resort takes steps to elevate its dining offerings to meet the expectations of its guests.

The resort is an unusual layout with varying levels of accommodation. We stayed in one of Beach Houses which was wonderful location, peaceful and well appointed. However, it would have been interesting to see what other rooms were like as there were so many different buildings. The lady at check in was very helpful and kind but overall did not have much contact with any more members of staff. We were allocated Antonio's restaurant on arrival, which had a lovely setting with great views. Food was good we managed not to be bored after 7 days, alcohol a little hit and miss but we knew it wasn't going to be branded drinks and warned the children in advance not to expect coca cola, sprite etc. The beach area was lovely, plenty of loungers at an additional cost but only €12 for 2 loungers which can be moved into the shade. We hired paddleboards which was an additional cost. We didn't spend anytime at the pools as we found them busy but we aren't really a pool family we much prefer snorkelling and swimming in the sea. Evening entertainment was good, the team really worked hard. Overall it was a great way to spend a week in beautiful Croatia.

We really enjoyed our stay so couldn't fault it. I can perhaps see some passengers being disappointed with choice of food but for our family it was perfect.

Resort is really nice, cosy, everything is easily reachable. Stuff is really friendly and can listen and understand needs of guests - we had some small issues with our room after arrival but everything was sorted out next day. Beaches are nice and clean. You can spend your time in many different ways, there are lot's of sport & entertrainment facilities within resort itself or nearby.

Food quality should definitelly improve as it is not on the level of 4-stars resort. Selection of side dishes, salads & cakes is more-less OK, but main dishes are on the level of cantine (2+). You will not be hungry, but don't expect variety & quality like in other 4-stars hotels.
