A lot of Entertainment for the kids, beaches where really amazing. Good Location

Mmm, the food was a bit bland, no really variaty is selection, drinks where very basic. Rooms where way to small, virtually no place to hangup wet towels and swimware. Also didnt like the fact that even that you are at the resort, using the resort amenities...you have to pay extrafor it. Want a hotel towel, you pay, want a beach chair pay, want an umbrella pay. 30 euro per day for our Family. We went and bought our own umbrella and chairs at Tedi in the town for €25 euro and saved.

Great location with amazing coast line view, good accomodation, swimming pools, food and service.Close to shops, beach and restaurants.Great entertainment in the evenings,especially by Ivan, who did amazing job by making our stay full of fun.Reception team was very nice and helpful. Rooms cleaned every day and nothing we asked for was too much trouble.

Food was very tasty but with limited variety of dishes.Deserts, despite diffrent kind, tasted same way. We had problem with noisy neighbours for few days, despite the reception intervention, we have counted number of sleepless nights.Not to blame the staff but the building where we stayed had very thin walls, so there was not much privacy.

Hotel was really clean, the layout of the property was great with plenty of trees and private areas and that. Location was great, right beside several beaches and short walk into town. The Kids Club was amazing, we have two kids, 5 and 8, and they had a ball everyday with Jessica(one of the teachers/minders), she was brilliant! The whole "Animation Team" were excellent!

The reception staff were not nice to deal with at all, when we arrived we were just given the key to the room and that was that, no rundown of the facilities, where to find anything, even our room. There were several tiers of All Inclusive and depending on what wrist band you had you were allowed into some areas and not other, this was not explained to us. It just seemed like they hated interacting with customers and the quicker you leave their presence the better. Fortunately we didnt have to deal with them much. !!!All other staff were great, especially the chefs!!!

The food tasted good. Location perfect: you have direct access to the beach and another one nearby which is actually u bay so its great for children when its windy.

a little more fruit selection. And if you do not eat pork there is no so many options, especially for breakfast. For example if you offer scrambled eggs with vegetables and/or pork, you cant use the same pan for mixes. Guy who prepares eggs could be faster, and prepare more eggs so you can just take it, you have to tell him how much you want so that he can fry them and you need to wait.

Very nice facilities , very good Location . The food was good . The wider port / marina is great . Activities are really easy to organise in the marina .

You are allocated a restaurant on arrival. It would be nice to swap between them. There seem to be several tour operator groups operating at the site . This can lead to a feeling of exclusion . The staff were always helpful but all info is accessed via a QR code when maybe two minutes extra check in time and provision of a map would Perhaps make the most experience better .

We really enjoyed our stay here and it is a great location to go with kids. Restaurant food was diverse and healthy, room was not at all in need of a renovation and yes beds were a bit hard but still comfortable and my husband's back pain got a lot better haha. Staff was friendly, there were many swimming pools, weather was great, walking paths around the hotel are very nice, location very beautiful. I really have a hard time to see what the bad reviews are about because really we have nothing to complain about and thought this place was a small paradise. Thank you to this hotel!

Rooms were spacious and comfortable and air conditioning was great. All inclusive food options were good, although the kids would have liked ice-cream on offer as a dessert! Coffee in the morning was excellent. Our boys enjoyed playing padel very much despite the heat, and we all enjoyed the ice-cream but a bit more choice of flavours would have been even better!

Our children's beds were not made up on arrival in our family room, and we arrived very late so no one was available to sort this for us. We made do for the first night with some bedding the night porter found for us, and it was all sorted the next day with an apology.

Almost everything was very good, You can find very good food in self service,room had balcony with nice views,outside was safe you can leave your staff for all day without any problem. beach was very close just one minute from room. Staffs were very nice and friendly, you have various of drinks almost all day and nice snacks and ice cream.in general I would like to comeback again.

Little problem in the room like phone was not working and air conditioning was turning off with delay but it wasn’t so big problem

We're returning guests, and we loved it even more this time! The location is absolutely stunning, and the variety of food, cocktails, and ice cream was fantastic. Amazing pools for the whole family.

Please consider adding a coffee machine with more options — I believe guests would truly appreciate it! Also, as a Croatian, it was disappointing to be required to speak English at reception. It would be great to see more support for the local language.

Fantastic place, very clean, beautiful surroundings, great facilities for both kids and adults. Always felt relaxed. Food and drink were delicious, staff were always nice and very helpful. Being on the doorstep of a stunning beach and the quaint town of Supetar was perfect, we loved strolling along the beach to the local bars and cafes. Equally very easy to get out of town via bus/taxi/ferry if so desired.

The ONLY thing would be we would have liked slightly higher quality/nicer tastjng wine with the all inclusive drinks but only a small gripe
