Amazing location. Right by the old harbour and town one way and the beach the other. It is literally the best location! The rooms are modern clean and our one had a great view. There are also pool rooms that were great too. The bar has an amazing view and is great place to stat and finish the night. Breakfast was good. The garden restaurant is super pretty. We had dinner one night and the food was good. The staff on reception were super helpful and friendly and really made our stay. The only reason I gave 9 not 10 is that it is very expensive! But we loved it.

Chose your room carefully. There are some on the first floor that overlook the pool and aren’t so private. The hotel was amazing in changing our room to one on the second floor which suited us perfectly.

Breakfast was superb,from 7.30am. Bean to cup coffee,vast selection of cereals grains,fresh & dried fruits,yoghurt, fresh breads,pastries,pancakes,cold meats and cheeses..Hot..eggs,boiled scrambled or fried,bacon vegetables. All taken in the lovely garden terraced area. Location of Hotel was excellent being able to access Supetar harbour very easily.

Unfortunately roof bar did not have a coffee machine so we could not make use of it after evening meal service.The restaurant service closed at 9.30pm so not available after that. Orders at the table for dinner unfortunately are not taken electronically as many now do.So mistakes were made. One food item that was disappointing was inferior fries being served with evening meals,where home cut fries would have been preferred and indeed expected with such good food.

Hotel Osam was paradise, the breakfast had a large variety of fresh food. The room was nice and big, I didn’t have a nice view but I spent most my time by the pool. I had ideas of adventuring out and looking at the island but the hotel was so comfortable I didn’t want to leave. Watched the sun set and rise from the roof. Sasha at front desk was very friendly and always eager to help.

The sun bed area should be a quiet zone most people are relaxing and then you’ll get couple eating noisy packet food and talking like they are there in their own. Also my courtyard area was a little dirty and nothing to look at, it was like a was at the back off an industrial area.

Hotel Osam is the best place to stay in Supetar. The staff are one of the highlights of this exceptional hotel. They are friendly, welcoming and anticipate your every need. The rooms are comfortable and spacious and done in a calming and modern decor with a nod to the rustic stone villas and the Mediterranean lifestyle of Brac’. The location is perfect. A short walk from the ferry and close to everything that Supetar has to offer, including being just steps to the nearest beach. The facilities are excellent and well thought out, designed for a quiet but modern luxury feel which is difficult to find in the area. The restaurant and bar provides exceptional service and the food and cocktails are some of the finest you’ll find in Supetar. We can highly recommend.

My daughter and I were upgraded to a room in the villa and were treated like royalty throughout our stay. We were on the half-board plan and the breakfasts were very good and dinners were exceptional. We notice many people not staying at the hotel would eat at the restaurant - a testiment that it was one of the area's best restaurants. The meal choices for dinner were diverse, and we were sad that we only stayed 2 nights. We did not make use of the pool and other facilities because the beaches a 15-minute or so walk away were so beautiful. The town was lively at night, and we had a perfect stay.

If someone asked me to name the best hotel or apartment in Croatia, without a doubt, I would say Hotel Osam. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. We were warmly welcomed in the parking area by the wonderful Mrs. Sasha, whose hospitality made our entire stay incredibly pleasant. She is truly the definition of the outstanding service every guest hopes for when staying in a hotel! The experience was perfect in every way - from the smooth check-in process to the excellent service throughout. Our room was spacious, spotless, and featured a large terrace with a breathtaking sea view. The bed was very comfortable, and everything was clean and cozy. The hotel is beautifully located right by the sea and has a charming outdoor area where breakfast is served. Breakfast itself was generous, varied, and delicious - something for everyone. The pool area is peaceful and perfect for relaxing. The rooftop bar was one of the highlights of our stay - amazing cocktails, a great vibe, and stunning panoramic views! The staff spoke perfect English and were always helpful and friendly. Wi-Fi was fast throughout the hotel, and there was plenty of parking, easy to find via Google Maps. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to everyone. I’m already looking forward to returning very soon!

The staff were all wonderful - friendly, efficient & helpful. The food was so good we ate dinner at the hotel every evening which we did not intend to do. The position, right on the corner of the harbour, is great (unless you want a beach hotel which we did not). We paid a little extra and had a room with a separate seating area as we were visiting early in April and staying for a week and appreciated being able to sit and admire the view.

Absolutely nothing

“We promise to take good care of you” and they absolutely did! This was the response to a message I sent to Hotel Osam from the wonderful Sasha on making a last minute booking. Having found ourselves next to a noisy building project in Bol, we decided to cut our losses and move to the other side of the island for our final three nights to try to salvage some peace. On arrival, we were met by the equally kind hotel manager, Edita, for whom nothing was too much trouble. I could write extensively on the thoughtfulness of these two ladies which transformed our holiday - the quality of the accommodation they provided, the fabulous food, helpfulness of other staff etc. Suffice to say, this was one of my best hotel experiences ever. We were blessed with great weather and the location in the pretty and quaint harbour of this more busy part of Brac Island was perfect for a short break. Absolutely loved our time at Hotel Osam, you saved the day … heartfelt thanks!

We didn’t get to see the other rooms so can’t comment but the suite we stayed in was absolutely first class!

Ideal location in Supetar, right next to the harbor where the ferry from Split docks. The room was large yet simple. It wasn't fancy or more than it needed to be, but it was sufficient for our stay. The best part of the hotel is the staff, who are always attentive, helpful, and smiling.

The room is rather simple and could use some improvements. The minibar fridge, was noisy and old, we tried to put some drinks in it but it kept opening on its own. The pool was a bit too cold because the roof hadn't been opened (apparently they do that later in the summer), so it was always in the shade.

Staff were amazing also arranging for our taxi to pick us up to take us to Milna for our onwards Catamaran, great location next to the harbour. Good facilties and the rooftop cocktail bar served excellent cocktails. Nice to have tea in the room too. Really chilled hotel and beautiful setting.

Wouldn't expect in an 'adult only' hotel, children there at breakfast. Perhaps have a sectioned area if the restaurant area is open to the public.
