Hotel Osam was paradise, the breakfast had a large variety of fresh food. The room was nice and big, I didn’t have a nice view but I spent most my time by the pool. I had ideas of adventuring out and looking at the island but the hotel was so comfortable I didn’t want to leave. Watched the sun set and rise from the roof. Sasha at front desk was very friendly and always eager to help.

The sun bed area should be a quiet zone most people are relaxing and then you’ll get couple eating noisy packet food and talking like they are there in their own. Also my courtyard area was a little dirty and nothing to look at, it was like a was at the back off an industrial area.

If someone asked me to name the best hotel or apartment in Croatia, without a doubt, I would say Hotel Osam. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. We were warmly welcomed in the parking area by the wonderful Mrs. Sasha, whose hospitality made our entire stay incredibly pleasant. She is truly the definition of the outstanding service every guest hopes for when staying in a hotel! The experience was perfect in every way - from the smooth check-in process to the excellent service throughout. Our room was spacious, spotless, and featured a large terrace with a breathtaking sea view. The bed was very comfortable, and everything was clean and cozy. The hotel is beautifully located right by the sea and has a charming outdoor area where breakfast is served. Breakfast itself was generous, varied, and delicious - something for everyone. The pool area is peaceful and perfect for relaxing. The rooftop bar was one of the highlights of our stay - amazing cocktails, a great vibe, and stunning panoramic views! The staff spoke perfect English and were always helpful and friendly. Wi-Fi was fast throughout the hotel, and there was plenty of parking, easy to find via Google Maps. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to everyone. I’m already looking forward to returning very soon!

“We promise to take good care of you” and they absolutely did! This was the response to a message I sent to Hotel Osam from the wonderful Sasha on making a last minute booking. Having found ourselves next to a noisy building project in Bol, we decided to cut our losses and move to the other side of the island for our final three nights to try to salvage some peace. On arrival, we were met by the equally kind hotel manager, Edita, for whom nothing was too much trouble. I could write extensively on the thoughtfulness of these two ladies which transformed our holiday - the quality of the accommodation they provided, the fabulous food, helpfulness of other staff etc. Suffice to say, this was one of my best hotel experiences ever. We were blessed with great weather and the location in the pretty and quaint harbour of this more busy part of Brac Island was perfect for a short break. Absolutely loved our time at Hotel Osam, you saved the day … heartfelt thanks!

We didn’t get to see the other rooms so can’t comment but the suite we stayed in was absolutely first class!

The staff were all wonderful - friendly, efficient & helpful. The food was so good we ate dinner at the hotel every evening which we did not intend to do. The position, right on the corner of the harbour, is great (unless you want a beach hotel which we did not). We paid a little extra and had a room with a separate seating area as we were visiting early in April and staying for a week and appreciated being able to sit and admire the view.

Absolutely nothing

Ideal location in Supetar, right next to the harbor where the ferry from Split docks. The room was large yet simple. It wasn't fancy or more than it needed to be, but it was sufficient for our stay. The best part of the hotel is the staff, who are always attentive, helpful, and smiling.

The room is rather simple and could use some improvements. The minibar fridge, was noisy and old, we tried to put some drinks in it but it kept opening on its own. The pool was a bit too cold because the roof hadn't been opened (apparently they do that later in the summer), so it was always in the shade.

Staff were amazing also arranging for our taxi to pick us up to take us to Milna for our onwards Catamaran, great location next to the harbour. Good facilties and the rooftop cocktail bar served excellent cocktails. Nice to have tea in the room too. Really chilled hotel and beautiful setting.

Wouldn't expect in an 'adult only' hotel, children there at breakfast. Perhaps have a sectioned area if the restaurant area is open to the public.

Location was great a few steps from restaurants, a number of beaches nearby. 5 mins from ferry port and easy to find. Hotel restaurant was good, breakfast plentiful. Staff really friendly and helpful. Despite only having economy rooms available, these were really good. Rooftop bar was superb to relax with a pre dinner drink.

If I had to say one thing, it would be the size of the pool, quite small.

Location of hotel is perfect - in the very center of Supetar, close to the promenade and shops. We really liked the view from our hotel room and a little bench where you can chill. Double check the route the GPS is taking you so it doesn’t take you through narrow streets of Supetar that lead to nowhere. Staff personnel is polite, friendly and communicative. The room itself was spacious enough for two of us. The only thing there was missing is some kind of a hangers for clothes or beach towels inside the room. You only have those in the bathroom and closet. The food was okay. Nothing special, we paid for half-board (dinner + breakfast). The price of beverages for guests of the hotel could be cheaper or with certain discount and some food from the menu had to be paid at least in half price, meaning the dinner menu for guests that have half-board included in their stay was small which could be relevant for people staying in the hotel longer than 3-4 days. The parking space is close to the hotel. There are only 8 parking lots available and the price is 10euros per day. The ramp can be only lowered by the staff so you have to call receptionist or go to them to lower the ramp.

First morning we had to choose from eggs (scrambled, ham and eggs etc), sausage, hot dogs, toast and have additional buffet breckfast, vegetables, jam, cerals, bakery, pastries, fruit and cold buffet. Next day we had buffet breakfast. The location is exeptionel, right in the city center, whit shops, restaurants. It was quiet in April.

The pillow was a bit hard for us. Do not come with a large car or a trailer or a caravan. There are very narrow streets where is hard to navigate.

We liked that the hotel was on the pedestrian walkway between the beaches, the harbor and restaurants along the harbor near the ferry dock. wish we could have explored more. we love brac.

The hotels cart to deliver luggage to the ferry was out of order. It wasn’t a big deal except we missed what looked like a delicious breakfast. With that being said the hotel very nicely fixed us a sack lunch of sandwiches and an apple.
