Beautiful hotel. Nikolina at reception was very helpful. Jay at the bar was lovely. Dan (bar) was also lovely. Very clean. Good food. Really stunning hotel.

There was a restaurant manager quite disrespectful to the staff. Difficult for people with bad mobility issues. Otherwise wonderful.

Small and family owned hotel with a personal touch and great staff always with a smile, hard working and positive mindset. Clean, calm pool area a pool bar and a fantastic view having, breakfast, lunch, dinner or just lounge. Close to the beach and walking distance to other beach restaurants or beach club. Only 30 minutes from Split airport and 2h 15 minutes direct flight from Gothenburg Sweden to this great place. We will come back and I already told my friends to come here.

We visited Hotel Eden at the beginning of August. As a family of 5, we all loved staying here. We visited the pool everyday of our stay and was impressed with how it was kept so beautifully maintained and the temperature was perfect. The pool/bar staff were incredible throughout our stay, super friendly and always went above and beyond with their customer service. The beach is a short walk and there are plenty of nearby restaurants within walking distance. The front of house staff were friendly and helpful and gave us advice on visiting a beach, 20 minutes drive away. We also drove to Krka national park, a must see if your in the area. We had dinner twice at the familija Resturant which is a short drive from the hotel, most beautiful setting and the food was amazing! We couldn't have asked for a better stay. Thank you, Hotel Eden

Absolutely gorgeous boutique hotel in Split. We had a sea view and our view looked exactly like the picture advertised. Breakfast was the best of our two week trip. Staff were amazing and welcoming.

Using the pool lounge area was impossible (we tried for two days) - it’s too small for the size of the hotel and people camped out there all day. It’s also about a 10 minute walk to a beach with lounge chairs, swimming, etc. We ended up just walking down to the beach area at Le meridian and paying for chairs and the use of their pools. Not a big deal, but something to consider.

Hotel Eden is beautiful; contemporary, clean, well laid out, wonderful chilled vibes. On sea front but beaches are shingle and hardcore. Great breakfast for all nationalities' tastes. Two pools; one outside and a small indoor pool and sauna area. Staff could not be more polite and helpful. The restaurant food in the evening was A1 and relaxing setting to watch sun go down. We had a fabulous holiday there. Great if you do not want to be in city centre, with higher room rates.. Split was beautiful and interesting; great city to explore, as was Marjan Hill area just out of town; the local nature park. We went most days!

Very close to a main road. Great if you are willing to catch bus 60 to Split, which is frequent, and quick and only two euros fifty cents. There are not yet many places to walk to for an evening meal. Just a few cocktail bars and a marina area. Nearby Stobrec was where we went which has some great bars and restaurants and sea front if we did not go into Split. Podstrana main road and pavement to nearby Stobrec are still being built. Use Uber to get about in local area. We found exploring fun but we love to walk. This location is not great if you want bars around you.

The room was beautiful and bed comfortable. Pool area qas nice and we really liked the sauna too. Everything worked well and the hotel staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast had Everything you could wish for: eggs in 4 different form and even bubbles and good orange juice for making mimosas. The bus from split stops right in front of the hotel and there is a small grocery store there too.

The place had little information available for guests, but of course staff was helpful. However some info about room, breakfast times, pool hours, minibar peices and things to do in Split would have been nice. But this is merely a little detail.

The staff were amazing, helpful and friendly! The hotel was super clean with room service and fresh towels every day. Bed was very comfortable with fresh white sheets. Lovely breakfast every morning!

There was no kettle and coffee/tea facilities in the room. If you like a tea or coffee when you wake up then you need to wait for breakfast or order room service. I'd have loved a bath once or twice but there was only a 🚿....not the end of the world though as the shower was super! Always strong and hot. Being 20- 25 mins out of Split it was a bit far to travel in and back every day....but in saying that we loved the quieter side with less noise.

Our room was huge and we had a fantastic sea view. The staff were excellent and really make the hotel. The Pool area and sundeck are lovely with beautiful views over the bay. A good selection for breakfast each morning. The access to the beach is also brilliant.

No tea and coffee facilities in the room which we felt was a little disappointing for a deluxe room in a 4* hotel. We are early risers so coffee on the balcony watching the sun come up would have been perfect.

The hotel was very nice and th view and sunset was incredible. One room was as expected but the 2nd room was upgraded. The pool was wonderful. Our waitress at dinner was great.

The front desk wasn't very friendly or helpful. The hotel was on a very busy street and getting out of the parking lot was difficult thus forcing us to eat at the hotel more than we wanted. Couldn't drive around to find suitable restaurants. The beach in front of the hotel was very rockie and hard to get into the water.
