Lovely property in a fab location. Pool and beach are lovely. Cabanas were comfy. Bar was great. Food selection in the buffet was good (even for allergies)

Staff could have been more attentive but overall were good. Service was slow. Only complaint is the bedrooms are small and dated.

Fantastic staff really wanted to help and improve their English, the whole place is very well maintained and the gardens are great. Evening entertainment was really good and we enjoyed each night

The best thing was the location. Beach and sea are amazing! The resort garden and the fact that you wake up, 3 mins walk and you are at the beach and swimming is the best!

Food was very poor quality. I am from Sardinia originally and I know how good the traditional food can be, but the one in the hotel was more mass-tourist oriented. Quite irritating that they ask you to pay extra even for water (after you spend circa 2500 CHF for 3 nights, asking 5 euros here and there for water is just disappointing - just add this extra to the booking price directly). Staff also not great. They forbidden to use the table pool because some kids misbehaved a couple of days before, so instead of ensuring the correct use of the pool table, they decided to close it all together. The shuttle inside the hotel did not really work - called it twice and both times, after waiting for 10 mins, I gave up and walked myself. Last point, just below the walls near the apartment rooms, and inside the children room all around the walls, dead ants! I understand you need to use chemicals to keep them away, but you should clean up afterwards. Unfortunately it was almost like brown dust all there..

Very good location, close to the sea and to the main roads. Nice garden and comfortable beach area.

Very small room with a heavy smell of dampness and rottenness. Your place on the beach will depend on your room level. The hotel did not inform me before about such restriction. The breakfast is very bad quality for the hotel with 4 stars. Your place in the restaurant will depend on room level and your personal impression of the waiter or manager. Even completely empty restaurant at early morning, they don't like to give your choice table at the window. Very slow and bad service during meals.
