Everything was great, the place has a well-maintained luxury 80s style! It’s located very close to Venice but in the countryside, surrounded by greenery and fresh air. Definitely a great base for visiting Venice, Vicenza, Verona, and Padua. The pool is beautiful, with a bar serving light lunches and cocktails. We used the gym, which is small but very nice (only cardio equipment). Breakfast was excellent, with a well-stocked buffet and a wide variety of options. The room was spotless, with a spacious bathroom featuring a tub/shower. The staff were truly kind and welcoming, with a level of professionalism that is hard to find these days.

Fantastic service from everyone there. We were stranded abroad due to the car breaking down and ended up having to stay here for one week. The staff catered to us amazingly and made sure they could accommodate us even though they were extremely busy. They put up with our endless questions and requests for help. Helped translate to mechanics and vets. Honestly nothing was too much trouble. Thanks to Sara and the men on reception (sorry I forgot your names), and a huge thank you to Samuel at the pool bar for being a top guy , catering to us and helping us with phone calls. but the marketing on booking.com is misleading. villa Fiorita itself seems to be closed and the hotel name is Park hotel Fiorita which is a building next door. also the pics of the rooms are misleading (rooms in Hotel good as well but still..) so you expect something when booking you don’t get. I believe this should be changed as I suppose people who want to sleep there for more than just one night can get disappointed easily.

Friendly staff, room, pool, location, good breakfast. The five floor accomodation is the building next to the villa. Situated in a park. The building and rooms could use an upgrade. But its clean and spacious. Price is top. We enjoyed the pool and poolbar. All staff was helpful and polite. See you next time!

Great hospitality, 24/7 front desk, numerous parking spots in a secure, gated area of the hotel, pet-friendly. We were only passing by Treviso and most importantly needed a secure parking and pet-friedly hotel, and can recommend it as it fully met our needs.

The balcony was very outdated and basically shared (with a low fence) with the nextdoor neighbours who were smoking constantly outside, filling our room with smoke as well.

This is my first time in Italy with my family. It’s a lovely place and I recommend it. In our experience, I would appreciate it if they provided a kettle for each room or an option for those who really enjoy tea or coffee. They could add more protection to the showers to contain the water better because they still have curtains to prevent getting the floors wet (the curtains are very friendly, they like hugging and sticking to you while you shower) but the shower is amazing. All of the staff are very kind and helpful. I’m ashamed that I know nothing in Italian but they were awesome. You don’t have to worry about parking. The swimming pool is very fun. The problem with staying outside is the mosquitoes, in that case you can have mosquito repellent. The beaches are not far from the hotel.

We loved the pool and pool bar. The pool was never too busy, plenty of sun beds available and towels were provided, and the bar served great drinks and snacks at very reasonable prices. The breakfast was excellent value for money - a huge amount of choice and literally all you could eat! We had dinner in the hotel restaurant twice; the food was fantastic. Staff could not have been more helpful - nothing was too much trouble for reception or restaurant staff. As other reviews have mentioned, the decor in the newer wing of the hotel where we stayed is a little dated, but all our rooms and public areas were spotlessly clean.

We liked everything, so many things to do and so clean. The villa is exceptional with a sense of some previous time, yet all clean and without lacking anything. The rooms were so spacious and reception desk staff was amazing.

The lady at the dining room was quite rude. Everything can be told in a bit nicer way. The elderly waiter was so kind and nice.

Excellent reception,gave free soft kids and ice creams for kids..very helpful in all request and questions. Really nice pool

There was small glass shard in bathroom and I cut myself but despite that small issue,i still decided to give clsan 10 as staff and all was really amazing

When you book a room, unfortunately, you look only at the pictures. We thought we would stay in a villa, appeared that we stayed in the hotel built in 70-80s, it was a disappointment. Only thanks to the Receptionist, she changed our initial room, which gave us a bit of comfort (the initial room was overlooking a garbage area and noisy street). So, hope you are lucky and you room is the villa.
