Clean, great size room, kitchenette was a very handy addition! Location for us was good as we had a wedding in Tabanac. Free gated parking lot with a good amount of spaces. Lady from reception was very helpful & polite.

Air con wasn’t particularly cold or powerful in 41 degree heat. The shower head kept falling down the pipe which is frustrating but that’s a minor issue.

Our room with its tiny kitchenette was lovely and we loved that the toilet had its own cubicle with a door in the bathroom! The air extractor also worked well. The position was great as it was a short drive away from the main tourist area of Bordeaux, yet it was a quiet area. The secure, free parking was excellent! Camille and Francine (I think this was her name!) were really friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the simple breakfast buffet.

There is too much light in the bedroom at night.

Big fairly comfortable bed, kitchenette, bathtub in the bathroom and easy parking were exactly what we were looking for and this place delivered.

The carpet was visibly dirty and needed a serious steam clean. Public transport is not really close to the hotel (20min walk to trams) and the neighborhood is probably not very safe for solo female travellers to walk alone at night.

A bit hard to find as it’s in a commercial sector although it’s not far from the city centre. The only external sign is on the sliding car park gate . I much larger sign more visible from the road junction would be good .

The hotel is perfect for one night rest on a budget if you are travelling with a dog. No overcharged because you have a pet, rooms have a good size. The free parking is a big plus. I have stayed twice, and both experiences were good. The staff is very nice and helpful.

The hotel was modern, impeccably clean, rooms very comfortable & quiet. The staff were so helpful & kind. It was also great to have free & secure parking. We'll definitely stay there again if we visit again & will recommend it to family & friends!

Excellent accommodation. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious, quiet and absolutely spotless, and the equipped kitchenette was a real bonus. The car park was convenient - above ground and with plenty of space and with a coded barrier keeping it secure. Staff on reception were polite and friendly. It's true that the hotel is located in a bit of a scruffy industrial area, but we felt safe enough walking to the tram stations, which were all about a 15 minute or so walk away and took us quickly and cheaply into Bordeaux.

I don't know who thought it was a good idea to put a big clear window between the bedroom and bathroom, although at least the loo itself was behind closed doors. The option of a curtain for those of us who value our privacy when showering or using the basin would have been nice, as well as the option of an English TV channel among the multitude of channels!

The receptionist was lovely, very helpful and friendly. The room was clean, well equipped with a great view of the river and a very comfortable bed. the hotel is within walking distance to the tram.

what isn’t mentioned is that ladies of the night do tend to hang around the area. this isn’t a negative or positive, just an observation.

Spent a night here before heading to different country. Made a last minute reservation for a discounted price and they even upgraded our room 😉 I love rooms with kitchen. It’s a plus for me.
