Excellent breakfast and perfect location a few minutes walk from beautiful fiskardo harbour , best part of the island. Lovely pools not overcrowded. Lovely room and comfortable beds, helpful and friendly staff

Small Glass of wine was €12 at the pool bar which seemed really steep compared to other really nice restaurants in the harbour where a glass of house wine was €4 /€5. As a result we didn’t really order much by the pool and avoided the restaurant as didn’t want to be ripped off. Also Got a strange hard sell about going on a speedboat tour organised by the hotel for the extortionate sum of €200 pp, which felt a little bit like the hotel was trying to make squeeze us for money.

Nice location, with somehow difficulté access to the sea. Nice, big swimming pool. In fact the resort has several swimming pools. To access the nearby village (Fiskardo) the hotel has a bus every half an hour. Rooms with no view to the sea are less interesting than the one with view to the sea. Rooms are cleaned every day. The staff is polite and helpful. This is a major advantage. Various activities are organised and services such as spa, tennis court, … are available. I used massage in the spa and it was very relaxing and helpful to to relieve the pain in my back. Very good breakfast is offered on two nice verandas with beautiful view to the Ionian Sea.

The access to the resort needs some effort. Also the access to the sea from the hotel may be improved. The price was a little bit high in my view.

It was the most gorgeous place to stay, tranquil and with lots of options of things to do. Couldn’t recommend it more. Our massage was great, breakfast was fab!

The food by the pool is expensive and not very good.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, excellent location. We had the best time at Emelisse Nature Resort. On arrival, the staff were very friendly and showed us around. We stayed in an executive suite with a sea view which was perfect for us. The hotel has a fantastic swimming pool overlooking the sea, a bar and restaurant next to the pool which is excellent. We had dinner in the restaurant one evening which is well priced, the food delicious and the atmosphere was lovely. There is an hourly shuttle mini-bus going to and from Fiskardo which is a pretty seaside town with great nightlife. The breakfast is fantastic - there is something for everyone. We had the most amazing time and would be back in a heartbeat. Thank you!

We had a great time at Emelisse. Very clean and nice room, super friendly and helpful staff and captivating sea views on every corner - whether you are relaxing by the pool or enjoying breakfast on the terrace or just walking down the rock for a swim in a crystal clear waters. What made our stay most memorable though is people - we were treated with utmost care and generosity by the staff. Travelling with a 1 year old baby we had many fears of how to feed him and whether it will be comfortable for him - everything was amazing: all our special requests regarding food during breakfast (which was delicious) were gladly accommodated and the hotel overall turned out to be a perfect place for a vacation with a baby. Highly recommended.

The hotel sets high expectations, everything is really well thought at Emelisse. So if you are staying in other well-known 4-5 star hotels in Kefalonia afterwards, you might be disappointed :)

Our stay in Kefalonia was absolutely exceptional. The hotel was spotless, set in a beautiful and peaceful environment, and offered top-notch service from beginning to end. The welcome was just perfect – refreshing cold towels and a small snack upon arrival made us feel instantly relaxed and cared for. The entire staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. Every detail was thoughtfully handled, and we truly felt like valued guests. Everything was clean, calm, and comfortable – the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday. We will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

The location, facilities and views are all exceptional. There is a quiet pool area if wanted and easy access to the sea for a swim in the clear blue waters. The staff are cheerful and professional. Food in the restaurant isxexcellent.

The housekeeping staff live in the centre of the resort and are often outside the rooms smoking and chatting and their laundry could be seen drying from our room. They could be provided with a space of their own.

Beautiful pools and great to have complimentary shuttle to Fiskardo, lovely room and amazing balcony views. Great breakfast. Very welcoming check in and collection from car to hotel. Good spa treatment. Good food in the restaurant with stunning sunset views.

Private beach is in fact 2 sunbeds on a rock area, can walk to beach with no shade or beds. Drinks service was good around main pool but had to go to reception to ask for drinks around adult only pool would have expected better service on this. Hairdryers are fixed in the bathroom would be much better to have in main room to be able to sit and in the AC. Lots of wasps which I know is not in the control of the hotel but felt more could have been done to attract them away from food areas. Restaurant staff member pulled away from conversation with us at the table when restaurant not busy and was visibly told off for talking with us and not clearing up!

Fabulous hotel in the best location with an easy walk into Fiskardo or shuttle if you want it. The pools were beautiful with a short walk down to the sea from the main pool where you could jump in and snorkel. The adult only pool was relaxing and peaceful with plenty of shade. Excellent breakfast. Stunning views. Clean comfortable rooms. Friendly staff.

We had a seaview double but our balcony was shared with room next door and separated by a sheet of fabric which was a shame as we like to sit out and read but not private enough and always coincided with neighbour so did not use balcony. We arrived by car and it was a little chaotic finding the car park, parking and organising a buggy to take us up the hill to the reception but we got there. If I stayed again would make sure I had a private balcony.
