Hot breakfast was definitely a plus! Make your own breakfast sandwiches and waffles were a hit for the kiddos. Plenty of space in the rooms for the kids and the TV had everything they needed. Pool was clean and no one else was out there so they had it all to themselves. Also always love the app capabilities with online check in/out and digital key.

The staff forgot it was a holiday and shut the breakfast down early. However, they did reopen it quickly, apologized for the error, and extended the breakfast time to accommodate anyone who may have missed out. The food came out hot and fresh and was just as great all of the other days.

Usually the Home2 Suites by Hilton hotels are excellent, but this time I gave only 'good' in few categories. The reasons are: the cooking burners didn't work in the kitchen and after I told the front desk about it, it wasn't fixed. Also when the room was cleaned, they forgot to give me towels, toilet paper, and didn't fill up the shower gel bottles. In spite of this all, I will stay here next time, too and hope that these issues won't come up again.

Location is perfect! Down the street from My daughter's student apartment at UF. I will definitely stay here again when I come to visit her.

The breakfast could have been a little better. Some of the hot items weren't hot. They were out of orange juice I the days we stayed there.

Large room, comfortable beds, curtain separation from sleep sofa, full size fridge, desk, plenty of storage would be excellent for longer stay

I wish breakfast did not shut down at 9 am on Monday during graduation week. Extend weekend hours when there is a big event during the week

Property was clean and very nice

The breakfast staff, one lady in particular was rude. When I asked about the different hot foods was “can’t you read and look at them”. Not what I expected from Homes 2 suites by Hilton. That experience ruined me in how she spoke to me.

If you’re going to UF the location is just perfect!! Friendly staff that responds promptly to any request

The second bead in the room ( sofa bed) was extremely uncomfortable, basically imposible to sleep in it

The hotel is close to Shands Hospital, the breakfast was good, the room was spacious

If they would have come in with fresh towels and clean my room.

Very homey in our room. It was perfect for our one night stay before our son’s surgery.

The bathroom was a little dirty. Facial hair was left on the faucet and behind it and there was hair on the shower walls.

Location is very convenient to UF and having breakfast provided in the morning was also a plus!

The bed was extremely hard, so much so that you were sore when you woke up. Also the breakfast buffet didn't have any meat or fruit on it. Spouse has celiac and all she could eat was the oatmeal.
