The property is affordable and is walkable to the train station, bus station, and palace. The room is small but clean and the bed is comfortable. They allowed us to store our bags all day when we came off a night train and even let us use a bathroom to freshen up.

While many of the staff were really friendly, a couple of the men at the front counter were not the friendliest at times. When we asked what was the best things to do in the area he replied with check google. We just wanted a locals view of things that may not be online and we found that a bit offensive.

Service, staffs, location, safety, we felt very nice for a decent 2 nights stay with Family. We were allowed to store elders Medicines in their fridge. Reception staff Mr Venu was very kind and helped to know about local route n sight seeing and needed details.

Nothing major. Just the glass Table in the Reception lobby had sharp corners. Should be covered with rubber caps. A bit of mindfulness was needed.

Bed room is clean and tidy.

Bed room is clean and tidy. Toilet and bathroom is not well cleaned. Some foul smell inside bathroom. Very conjusted too. Google map location is not proper while taking from booking.com. Its showing left side of theatre road which not leading up to property. We cant able to find out without asking someone at that junction which may be difficult at night time.

Location is near to Mysuru Junction Railway Station and City Centre Bus stand. Mysore Palace is also very near. All these three are within 5 minutes drive by auto. Room was clean and comfortable for 3 persons. Hotel ambiance from outside, reception and the corridor are very clean and impressive.

One thing which i didn't like was that bath room door was little bit broken and hope that it would be fixed.

Exceptional staff. Literally everyone is totally deviotwd to their work and caring for guests. They went above and beyond. Very good location, room and bed very comfortable, very clean. I had a great night sleep. Wifi - perfect. The hotel also has a very good restaurant with fabulous food.

Location was very good and comfortable. A bike rental office is available in walkable distance and maddur restaurant also at walkable distance.

Bathroom size and room size was just okay for us. But the room and bathroom would have been uncomfortable for a big person.

You can rely on them. - very central location- 1.5 km range from main market, bus stand, 1.5 km from Mysore palace - neat and clean room and all the passages

- although i knew the room is for 1 person, it was too small. Especially the bathroom was very cramped up, there was hardly any space to move. - since the bathroom was so small, the water would spill and enter the main room while bathing. - no food facility inside the hotel, however lots of food joints within 100-200 meters

It was so nice to be greeted so friendly and offered a chair for the check-in by the front desk manager, Sandeep Sharma. He also gave us a choice of 2 rooms. So we chose the smaller one facing the street, which has a lot more light than the bigger room. Room was comfortable and is a neighbourhood with a few restaurants and the More Hypermatket. Al the highlights are walking distance. Restaurant Highpark is nearby, which we really like we would certainly come again

Even though the space parking is very limited, they exceptionally took consideration to accomodate, for parking in and parking out. The receptionanists were so humble and receptive and very very pleasant. The room boys were very courteous and helpful.

If you could consider developing multistoreyed parking in the front potion of the property, it will be very good mutually.

Very good for families. Everything about the place is good. All the staff were very much down to earth and made sure that I had a wonderful stay. I wanted a paid channel on tv and voila it was done within 10 mins. You don't need to think twice before booking this place.

Though this is not related to the hotel, the attached restaurant was a bit crowded. I never had the chance to eat there..
