The staff was incredibly friendly and made the stay totally worth it. They were all kind and helpful. The room was nice and we did love having access to the pool.

There was a weird smell on our floor that wasn’t noticeable until our second day of stay. The room was only attended to once so we had trash that was piling up. We didn’t make a fuss about but something for future guests. Also, the pool room was HOT — the pool was a nice temp but the heat from the room was unbearable we didn’t stay long. Also the heat was causing the chemicals in the pool to burn your eyes just walking in.

Close to my daughter’s house! Loved having the kitchen set up with the extra sink and drawers in the room and all the kids loved the swimming pool. I loved it ice machine, and the washer and dryer we’re so close all in all it was a wonderful stay

Breakfast was not very good.

My previous experiences with Holiday Inn Express always included a breakfast that was freshly cooked to my specifications.

Absolutely everything! We stayed the week & it was fabulous! The room was wonderful & perfect for our family of 4, the staff were so nice & professional, the continental breakfast was delicious, & the indoor pool & hot tub were a wonderful way to spend a few hours, definitely plan to always stay here when we visit 😊

Night shift personnel at desk very nice and helpful.

Morning shift personnel at front desk not as nice. And didn't care that the coffee was cold and not able to drink at 6:15am. Probably not a coffee drinker.

Staff was very friendly. Room was nice. Complimentary breakfast was delicious and lots of variety

The pool was cold. Hot tub didn’t work. Would not turn on. That was very disappointing

I chose this hotel because it was right across the street from the hospital. My mother was in on the Ic u. I thought it was a little overpriced for what we got in the front desk. Ladies could be a little bit more friendly. But I liked the location because it was convenient.

The need to work on the air conditioning. This is Texas, and the summer has been between a 115.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast had many hot buffet choices.

The keurig was not near a plug so I had to move a side table next to the bed to plug it in. A power strip extension cord would have been a better option

Nice Hotel with spacy rooms, good internet and many close-by restaurants.

Room was close to aircon fan exhaust, as such a bit noisy.

Not their fault but the storm shut down the a/c. We had to go to Austin the second night of our 2-nite stay. We’re hoping to get a refund on the second night. A back up generator would be a nice addition.
